Abstract
The invention discloses a storage box of high-vacuum PCB circuit board pressing equipment, which comprises a feeding trolley, a storage box, a push-pull material rack, a conveying screw rod, a moving box and a ground track, wherein a plurality of storage plates are arranged in the storage box, the storage plates are detachably connected in an inner box body of the storage box through a clamping device, the clamping device comprises a pair of connecting plates, a pair of clamping jaws and a compression spring, and the pair of connecting plates are symmetrically arranged on mounting blocks of the storage plates; the clamping jaws are pivoted with the connecting plate through pivoting shafts; the compression spring is disposed between the pair of jaws through a pair of fastening blocks. Because the storage plate passes through the block device and can dismantle the connection in the storage box, through connecting plate, jack catch and compression spring's interact for convenient and fast more when changing the storage plate.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of laminating equipment, in particular to a storage box of high-vacuum PCB circuit board laminating equipment.
Background
The high vacuum PCB circuit board laminating equipment is used for laminating multilayer circuit boards of different types and different materials, such as a laminated copper foil laminated board, a copper foil resin fiber board, an electric wood laminated board and the like, and can manufacture 8 layers of printed circuit boards at most. The PCB, also called printed circuit board, is an important electronic component, a support for electronic components, and a carrier for electrical connection of electronic components. Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the storage box of the high vacuum PCB circuit board laminating apparatus shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4 comprises a feeding cart 10, a storage box 20, a push-pull rack 30, a conveying screw 40, a moving box 50 and a ground rail 60, wherein the feeding cart 10 is disposed at one side of the storage box 20, and two ends of the feeding cart 10 are respectively provided with a side pushing frame 11; the push-pull rack 30 is installed at one side of the storage box 20, the conveying screw 40 is driven by a first motor 41, and the moving box 50 is driven by a second motor 51; wherein, be equipped with a plurality of storage boards 25 in the storage case 20, storage board 25 can dismantle through block device 70 and connect in the interior box 21 of storage case 20, block device 70 includes: a pair of connection plates 71, a pair of jaws 72 and a compression spring 73, the pair of connection plates 71 being symmetrically disposed on the mounting blocks 251 of the hopper plate 25; the claw 72 is pivoted with the connecting plate 71 through a pivoting shaft 711; the compression spring 73 is disposed between the pair of jaws 72 through the pair of fastening blocks 731, and the compression spring 73 is sleeved on the expansion part between the pair of fastening blocks 731.
Preferably, the latch 72 includes a first flat portion 721, a cantilever elastic portion 722, a snap protrusion 723, a second flat portion 724, and a snap 725, which are integrally connected.
