Description

Communication guarantee method and device based on traffic prediction and computing equipment
Technical Field
The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of communication networks, in particular to a communication guarantee method, a communication guarantee device and computing equipment based on traffic prediction.
Background
The Mobile communication network generally refers to a 2G/3G/4G network, wherein the wireless network part comprises a plurality of base stations, and the number of the base stations covering a certain range is different according to different network standards, such as Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM), wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA), frequency Division duplex Long Term Evolution (FDD-LTE), time Division Long Term Evolution (TD-LTE), and the like, and different Frequency bands 800M to 2600M. The base station is divided into a plurality of cells according to the coverage direction, and the cells communicate with the mobile phone terminals of the users through the radio frequency antenna to carry out various services such as voice, video, internet access and the like.
Communication support is a very important work link in daily network maintenance of communication operators. Network operators can generally obtain statistical data such as the service volume, indexes and the like of each cell from a background network management system for managing the wireless network. These traffic, metrics are the various statistics generated by the users communicating with the cell over a period of time. In the process of predicting the cell traffic, the cell historical data can be obtained, and then various corresponding prediction models are adopted to predict the future indexes and the traffic of the cell, so that the future traffic and the index of the cell can be obtained. According to the predicted data, for example, the wireless utilization rate of a certain cell is predicted to increase in the next month, network maintenance personnel can make capacity guarantee for the changed cell in advance, and normal cell load is guaranteed through means of resource, parameter optimization and the like, so that the purpose of communication guarantee can be achieved.
In the initial stage of network construction, operators generally match the network resources according to the resource meeting the average traffic demand in order to improve investment benefits, and except that some specific areas may meet the maximum service demand resource allocation, the resource allocation of most areas is performed according to the demand, so that certain economic benefits can be achieved. On the other hand, the business behavior of the user, i.e. the business behavior of calling, surfing the internet, playing games and the like by using the mobile phone terminal, is influenced by various reasons, such as work and rest time, working time, rest day, holidays, business expenses, cultivation of use habits and the like, and the load of the network changes, and tends to increase or decrease, and has periodicity. If the situation occurs in one day, the busy hour of voice (the maximum 1 hour of 24-hour voice traffic) and the busy hour of data traffic (the same applies); during a week, monday and friday traffic is high; in summer, the traffic in schools and other areas is low; the traffic of some scenic spots can increase during holidays; at some point in time, such as operator tariff adjustment, the launch of a new package may stimulate a sudden change in traffic usage. Therefore, the service load level of the network fluctuates, while the current operation basically meets the service fluctuation of most cells on the basis of resource investment, but the resources of part of the cells are guaranteed by temporarily investing the resources to meet the service requirements of users, which is the communication guarantee work.
In the process of implementing the embodiment of the present invention, the inventors found that: generally, the guarantee work of an operator is performed on some important holidays, important activities and key area scenes, and these are based on the accumulated experience of network maintenance personnel, for example, during the national day, the service volume of some scenic spot areas is judged to be increased through personal experience, and the resource investment is planned to be performed for guarantee. The experience-based communication guarantee method is still a relatively efficient method at present, but in the current information flood era, the experience-based method also has an incomplete problem. For example, according to the past experience, a certain ancient town sight spot needs important guarantee, but after sufficient guarantee resources are input, the number of visitors of the sight spot is reduced due to the reasons of weather, network comments and the like, so that the guarantee resource waste is caused by the over-guarantee condition. In a similar way, scattered areas where the guarantee force needs to be increased cannot be known according to human experience, such as ' net red ' areas, or people's streams caused by rapid information propagation after some important events occur, are immediately gathered, and the phenomenon that the guarantee is not timely is caused. The requirements of these communication guarantees cannot be effectively implemented by individuals or historical experience cases.

Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the invention can be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the invention to those skilled in the art.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a communication support method based on traffic prediction according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the communication support method based on traffic prediction includes:
step S11: and acquiring basic work parameters of at least one wireless cell and service data of any service index.
In the embodiment of the present invention, before step S11, an area that needs to be secured is defined. The area to be secured may be a city level company, or several counties, or a specific area. The size of the area is determined by the size of the area division, so that the size of the relevant data volume of the cell in the area to be acquired subsequently and the time for subsequent data processing are determined, the size of the area can be determined according to the capacity of background processing and storage, preferably, a provincial city and a direct prefecture city can be divided into a plurality of areas generally, the city level can be divided into a range, and the division too small can cause neglect of some areas needing to be guaranteed. For example, the main city area of the Chongqing city is divided into several areas, and two or three areas can be divided into a large security area for scheme establishment.
In step S11, the basic service parameter data of each wireless cell in the area to be ensured and the service data of any service index are obtained. The service index may be any one of an uplink/downlink traffic index, a utilization index, a traffic index, and an RRC connection number index, and correspondingly, the service data may be any one of uplink/downlink traffic index data, utilization index data, traffic index data, and RRC connection number index data. The basic work parameter data comprises at least one of longitude and latitude data, station height data, transmitting power data, azimuth angle data, station type data and bandwidth data of a cell.
In the embodiment of the invention, the network management system acquires the relevant data of each wireless cell in the area, the defined area is generally covered by the wireless network, and therefore, the wireless base stations and the cells which are covered are all provided, the base station cell list in the area which needs to be ensured can be screened from the base station cell data of the whole network by a known method, and then the indexes and the service data of the cells and the basic work parameter data of the cells are extracted from the network management system. Specifically, a cell of a defined area is selected, and a list of cells is obtained; according to the list of the cells, the service data table of the cells is obtained through the background network management system, wherein the service data table comprises the items shown in the table 1, and the data is generally in the hour level or the day level.
Table 1 service data table entries

According to the list of the cells, obtaining the service index table of the cells through a background network manager, wherein the service indexes comprise service indexes such as table 2, such as uplink and downlink flow, utilization rate, telephone traffic, RRC connection number and the like; and acquiring a basic work parameter table of the cell according to the cell list, wherein the basic work parameter table comprises the longitude and latitude, the station height, the transmitting power, the azimuth angle, the station type, the bandwidth and other data of the cell.
In step S11, the alarm information of the at least one wireless cell is also obtained at the same time, and the alarm information needs to obtain the time point of the alarm, so as to correlate with the traffic and the index of the cell, and generally obtain the alarm that affects the normal operation of the service. For example, the alarm of a certain H company base station includes: the method comprises the following steps of cell unavailable alarm, radio frequency unit service unavailable alarm, cell service capacity reduction alarm, radio frequency unit hardware fault alarm, radio frequency unit input power supply capacity insufficiency alarm, single board overload alarm, radio frequency unit optical interface performance deterioration alarm, radio frequency unit alternating current power failure alarm and the like. The alarm of a certain Z company base station comprises the following steps: the method comprises the following steps of a super cell CP service quitting alarm, an RRU link is broken, equipment is powered off, a base station quits service, an LTE cell quits service, a GNSS receiver satellite searching fault, an Ethernet physical connection is broken, RRU power detection is abnormal and the like. The alarm of a certain company A base station comprises: power Failure (PowerFailure), heartbeat Failure, gigabit Ethernet Link Failure, hardware error (HwFault), connection Failure (linkfile), and the like.
Table 2 service data table entries
Figure BDA0002077447630000081
Step S12: and simulating according to the basic work parameter to obtain the simulation coverage range of the at least one wireless cell.
Specifically, the coverage of the cell is simulated by adopting a simulation algorithm according to the basic working parameters, and the coverage of the cell can be obtained after simulation calculation. The simulation algorithm may be an Advanced Network Planning & Optimizing Platform (ANPOP) or ATOLL simulation software based on a geographic information system and propagation model.
In the embodiment of the invention, the coverage area of the corresponding cell can be simulated according to the basic work parameters of any cell. And according to basic work parameters of a plurality of cells in the area needing to be guaranteed, the coverage area of the area needing to be guaranteed can be obtained through simulation superposition.
Step S13: and training the service data of any service index to obtain a predicted value of any service index of the at least one wireless cell.
In this embodiment of the present invention, before step S13, first, time point information of an alarm occurring is obtained according to the alarm information, and service data of any service index of the at least one wireless cell corresponding to the time point information is obtained. Specifically, the alarm information is associated to a specific time period according to the time point information of the alarm, and is generally associated with a granularity of 1 hour or a day level, for example, a CELLA single plate overload alarm, the occurrence time is 20.
And then, abnormal service data of any service index of the at least one wireless cell is obtained by applying an abnormal value detection method. In the embodiment of the invention, the abnormal performance index of the cell is detected by an abnormal value detection method based on the application statistics. If a certain index data follows gaussian distribution, under the 3 σ principle, an abnormal value is defined as traffic data whose deviation from the mean value exceeds 3 times the standard deviation in a set of measurement values, because the probability of occurrence of a value other than 3 σ from the mean value is less than 0.003 under the assumption of normal distribution. And (3) obtaining a confidence interval of KPI fluctuation by using probability estimation, quickly and effectively identifying the abnormal fluctuation of the index by using the confidence interval, and associating and marking the abnormal service data of the time interval in which the abnormal index appears and the corresponding time interval of the cell.
And finally, processing the service data of any service index corresponding to the time point information and the abnormal service data to obtain the corrected service data of any service index. Specifically, an average value method, a median method, a proximity value method, and the like may be adopted, and the subsequent prediction model is combined to process the service data of any service index corresponding to the time point information and the abnormal service data. In the embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the service data and the abnormal service data of any service index corresponding to the time point information are subjected to null processing, that is, the service data and the abnormal service data of any service index corresponding to the time point information in the cell service data are removed, so as to obtain the corrected service data of any service index. And subsequently training the corrected service data of any service index, so that data processing is carried out on alarm and deviation statistic probability values in consideration when cell prediction is carried out, and the prediction accuracy is improved.
In step S13, a time series to be predicted is set; and training and predicting the service data of any service index of the at least one wireless cell by applying a preset prediction model to obtain a predicted value of the time sequence of any service index of the at least one wireless cell.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the preset prediction model may be any one of a linear time series prediction model (ARIMA model), a long-short term memory (LSTM) model, or a time series prediction model (prophet model). In the embodiment of the present invention, the three prediction models are applied to the cell flow and the wireless interest rate index for prediction, and two evaluation models, namely, mean Absolute Error (MAE) and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE), are applied to quantitative evaluation, and the results are shown in fig. 2 to 5, where the abscissa represents the number of each cell. By comparison, the application effects of the three prediction models are shown in the following table 3, and the ARIMA model has the worst performance; the LSTM model is greatly improved; prophet performance is close to that of LSTM.
TABLE 3 Effect of the application of the three prediction models
Figure BDA0002077447630000101
Because modeling is carried out in batch, N cells have N groups of models, each model of the ARIMA model and the LSTM model can achieve the optimal effect only by manually tuning parameters in a refined manner, the batch realization is not facilitated, the Prophet model can obtain good effect only by slightly tuning parameters in a refined manner, and the effect is slightly worse than that of the LSTM, so that the prediction effect by adopting the Prophet model is better.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, preferably, a Prophet model is applied to train the service data of any service index to obtain the predicted value of any service index of the at least one radio cell. The nature of the Prophet model is an additive model, satisfying the following relationship:
y(t)=g(t)+s(t)+h(t)+ε t
where g (t) is a trend term, s (t) is a period term, h (t) is a holiday term, ε t Is an error term and follows a normal distribution. Fig. 6 is a prediction result obtained after the Prophet model is applied to train the traffic, wherein a black point is cell traffic data input into the Prophet model, a curve is a model prediction curve, and an elliptical dotted line region is a predicted traffic value of a subsequent time series. According to the embodiment of the invention, the prophet model is adopted for prediction, so that the efficiency and the accuracy can be improved.
Step S14: and associating the simulation coverage area of the at least one wireless cell with the predicted value of any service index, and displaying the predicted user gathering or service intensive area by combining an electronic map to formulate a communication guarantee scheme.
Specifically, the simulated coverage area of the at least one wireless cell and the predicted value of the time series of any service index are associated at the front end and displayed graphically; and selecting any time point in the time sequence, and displaying the predicted user gathering or business intensive area by combining the graph with an electronic map to formulate a communication guarantee scheme. The simulation coverage range of the cell is associated with the predicted value of the service index of the cell, the known method is applied, the cell simulation coverage range is presented in a vector format in tool software, for example, MAPINFO is stored in object, and the simulation coverage range target is assigned and associated. For example, at a certain time point in the time series, the larger the predicted value of the service indicator of a cell is, the larger the simulation coverage assignment of the cell is, and the larger the vector block presented in the tool software is.
After the coverage area of the wireless cell is associated with the predicted value of any service index, any time point in the time sequence is selected, and a subsequent people flow or an area with dense service can be presented and displayed through a graph. In the displayed graph, the larger the displayed vector block is, the larger the predicted value of the service index in the area is, and the higher the aggregation or service density of the users is. For example, for the traffic indicator, a certain holiday is selected, and a predicted user aggregation or traffic intensive area is as shown in fig. 7, where a black vector block represents a predicted value of the traffic indicator of a corresponding cell, and the black vector block aggregation area is the predicted user aggregation or traffic intensive area. The embodiment of the invention combines the simulation coverage range of the cell, can accurately determine the area needing communication guarantee, and can find different areas needing guarantee according to selecting different prediction time sequence points.
After any time point in the selected time sequence finds a predicted area with user aggregation or dense business, a guarantee area can be accurately determined by combining an electronic map, and a subsequent guarantee scheme can be accurately formulated by combining building scenes such as scenic spots, colleges and universities and the like contained in the area. As shown in fig. 7, it can be seen from the figure that, by combining with an electronic map, it is determined that a forest park sight spot and a train station are predicted areas where users gather or are dense in business, the areas are guarantee areas, and further, a subsequent guarantee scheme is accurately formulated for the guarantee areas.
The communication guarantee method based on traffic prediction in the embodiment of the present invention is applicable to wireless network communication guarantees of all 2G/3G/4G Mobile communication standard systems, including Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM) 900, 1800MHz Digital Cellular System (Digital Cellular System at 1800mhz, dcs1800), code Division Multiple Access (Code Division Multiple Access, CDMA) 1 Time X, CDMA2000, wideband Code Division Multiple Access (Wideband Code Division Multiple Access, WCDMA), time Division-Synchronous Code Division Multiple Access (TD-SCDMA), time Division-Long Term Evolution (TD-LTE), frequency Division duplex (Frequency Division duplex, LTE) and other Mobile communication standards. The method has a good effect in the aspect of communication guarantee for holiday burst, can determine specific geographic areas or positions where high services or high user volumes are located at different prediction time points based on accurate cell service prediction results according to predicted time sequences, and can accurately enable operator network optimization and maintenance personnel to make communication guarantee preparations in the areas in advance, so that the problems of missed guarantee, over-guarantee and the like caused by experience of people are solved.
The embodiment of the invention obtains basic work parameter data of at least one wireless cell and service data of any service index; simulating according to the basic work parameter to obtain the simulation coverage area of the at least one wireless cell; training the service data of any service index to obtain a predicted value of any service index of the at least one wireless cell; correlating the simulation coverage area of the at least one wireless cell with a predicted value of any service index, and displaying a predicted user gathering or service intensive area by combining an electronic map to formulate a communication guarantee scheme; and (4) making a communication guarantee scheme according to the predicted user gathering or business intensive area by combining an electronic map. By combining the accurate cell service prediction result and the cell simulation coverage range and formulating a communication guarantee scheme according to the specific geographic area or position where the predicted time-series high service or high user quantity is located, the operator network can be efficiently and accurately optimized, so that maintenance personnel can make preparations for communication guarantee in the areas in advance, and the situations of missing guarantee, over-guarantee and the like due to the experience of people are prevented.
