The quick-joint device is convenient to use, time-saving and labor-saving, can be quickly lapped with elbow-shaped cable heads of various specifications, and improves the operation efficiency.

Background
At present, a precast T-shaped cable joint, also called an elbow-shaped cable head, has the characteristics of good sealing performance, space saving and higher safety coefficient, and is the most commonly used 10kV cable terminal joint in a 10kV distribution network cable distribution box and an outdoor switch box. When a power failure test or equipment maintenance is needed for a cable using the elbow-shaped cable head, the elbow-shaped cable head is often required to be pulled out, but the elbow-shaped cable head generally adopts a negative pressure cavity structure, silicone grease is used for sealing during installation, the silicone grease can be dried after a long time, the air pressure in the elbow-shaped cable head is lower than the external atmospheric pressure, and the elbow-shaped cable head is difficult and laborious to pull out under the action of the external atmospheric pressure. At present, the elbow-shaped cable head is pulled out by force by manpower, a worker often pulls out the elbow-shaped cable head by detaching the elbow-shaped cable head, the cable head and an equipment connecting piece are easy to damage during pulling out due to force imbalance, once the elbow-shaped cable head is damaged, the cable head cannot be used, the replacement and the manufacturing are needed, and the cost and the manpower are consumed.
Chinese patent publication No. CN205565551U discloses a 10kV power cable elbow head extractor, which overcomes the problem that it is very difficult to remove the elbow head during the current maintenance, and the disassembling method will not cause artificial damage to the switch cabinet, the elbow head and the bushing, thus being beneficial to the safe operation of the equipment and reducing the maintenance cost.
However, the above-mentioned solution cannot be quickly overlapped with elbow-shaped cable heads of various specifications, which is not favorable for improving the pulling efficiency.

The invention aims to overcome the defect that the elbow-shaped cable head can not be lapped with elbow-shaped cable heads of various specifications, and provides the elbow-shaped cable head pulling-out device which is convenient to use, time-saving and labor-saving, can be rapidly lapped with the elbow-shaped cable heads of various specifications, and improves the operation efficiency.

Preferably, the adjustable clamping mechanism comprises a first clamping block, a second clamping block and an adjusting sheet, the first clamping block and the second clamping block are both connected with one surface of the adjusting sheet in a sliding mode, and the linear motion assembly is connected with the other surface of the adjusting sheet; locking parts are further arranged on the first clamping block and the second clamping block. The elbow type cable head can be clamped between the first clamping block and the second clamping block by adjusting the distance between the first clamping block and the second clamping block on the adjusting piece and then locking through the locking piece.
Preferably, the first clamping block and the second clamping block are respectively provided with a plurality of convex columns which are used for being in sliding connection with the adjusting sheet.
Preferably, the adjusting sheet is provided with a plurality of waist-shaped holes matched with the convex columns, and the waist length extension directions of the waist-shaped holes are all arranged in parallel; the first clamping block and the adjusting sheet and the second clamping block and the adjusting sheet are connected through the protruding columns penetrating through the waist-shaped holes.
Preferably, the clamping surfaces of the first clamping block and the second clamping block are arc surfaces. The arrangement of the arc-shaped surfaces enables the first clamping block and the second clamping block to be matched with the elbow-shaped cable head.
Preferably, the clamping surfaces of the first clamping block and the second clamping block are respectively provided with a cushion block. The setting of cushion can increase the frictional force between clamp splice and the elbow type cable head, and can prevent that the clamp splice from causing the damage to elbow type cable head surface when pressing from both sides tightly.
Preferably, the linear motion assembly comprises a handle structure, a screw rod and a bearing which are connected in sequence, the screw rod is connected with the support through threads, and the bearing is connected with the adjustable clamping mechanism.
Preferably, the handle structure comprises a handle and a connecting piece; one end of the connecting piece is connected with the handle, and the other end of the connecting piece is connected with the screw rod.
Preferably, the support comprises a support plate and a plurality of support rods connected to the support plate, and the screw rod is connected with the support plate through threads. The bracket 1 is used for supporting the elbow type cable head pulling device on a back plate of equipment for pulling the elbow type cable head out; the adjustable clamping mechanism 3 can be used for clamping elbow-shaped cable heads with different specifications, so that the application range of the elbow-shaped cable head pulling-out device is enlarged; the linear motion assembly 2 is used for driving the adjustable clamping mechanism which clamps the elbow-shaped cable head to do linear motion, so that the elbow-shaped cable head is separated from the equipment, and the elbow-shaped cable head is pulled out.
In addition, the adjustable clamping mechanism 3 comprises a first clamping block 31, a second clamping block 32 and an adjusting sheet 33, wherein the first clamping block 31 and the second clamping block 32 are both connected with one surface of the adjusting sheet 33 in a sliding manner, and the linear motion assembly 3 is connected with the other surface of the adjusting sheet 33; locking pieces 34 are further arranged on the first clamping block 31 and the second clamping block 32. The elbow-type cable head can be clamped between the first clamping block 31 and the second clamping block 32 by adjusting the distance between the first clamping block 31 and the second clamping block 32 on the adjusting sheet 33 and then locking through the locking piece 34. As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the locking member 34 is a quincunx screw, and four locking members are provided, and correspondingly, threaded holes for allowing the quincunx screws to pass through are provided on the first clamping block 31 and the second clamping block 32.
Wherein, a plurality of convex columns 35 used for being connected with the adjusting sheet 33 in a sliding way are arranged on the first clamping block 31 and the second clamping block 32. A plurality of waist-shaped holes 331 matched with the convex columns 35 are arranged on the adjusting sheet 33, and the waist length extension directions of the waist-shaped holes 331 are all arranged in parallel; the first clamping block 31 and the adjusting sheet 33 and the second clamping block 32 and the adjusting sheet 33 are connected through the waist-shaped hole 331 through the convex column 35. As shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the stud 35 is provided with an external thread, the first clamping block 31 and the adjusting piece 33 are connected by a nut and the external thread on the stud 35 after the stud 35 passes through the waist-shaped hole 331, and the second clamping block 32 and the adjusting piece 33 are also connected by a nut and the external thread on the stud 35 after the stud 35 passes through the waist-shaped hole 331.
In addition, the clamping surfaces of the first clamping block 31 and the second clamping block 32 are both arc-shaped surfaces. The arc-shaped surfaces are arranged to enable the first clamping block 31 and the second clamping block 32 to be matched with the elbow-shaped cable head. The clamping surfaces of the first clamping block 31 and the second clamping block 32 are both provided with a cushion block 36. The cushion block 36 can increase the friction between the clamping block and the elbow cable head, and can prevent the clamping block from damaging the surface of the elbow cable head during clamping. As shown in FIG. 2, the pad 36 is made of rubber or other soft material with a high coefficient of friction.

The embodiment is similar to embodiment 1, except that the linear motion assembly 2 in the embodiment comprises a handle structure 21, a screw 22 and a bearing 23 which are connected in sequence, the screw 22 is connected with the bracket 1 through threads, and the bearing 23 is connected with the adjustable clamping mechanism 3.
Wherein the handle structure 21 comprises a handle 211 and a connecting piece 212; the connecting piece 212 has one end connected to the handle 211 and the other end connected to the end of the screw 22. The connecting piece 212 can lengthen the force arm, so that more labor can be saved when the handle 211 is shaken. The support 1 comprises a support plate 11 and a plurality of support rods 12 connected to the support plate 11, and a screw 22 is connected with the support plate 11 through threads. The distances between the adjacent support rods 12 are equal, so that the cable head cannot be stressed unevenly when being pulled out. The bearing 23 is connected to the adjustment flap 33 in this embodiment. By turning the handle structure 21, the screw 22 is moved on the support plate 11 and the adjustable clamping mechanism 3 connected to the bearing 23 is moved together. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a threaded hole for passing the screw 22 is formed in the middle of the support plate 11; the edge of the supporting plate 11 is also provided with a through hole for fixing the supporting rod 12, and three supporting rods 12 are provided in this embodiment.
And one end of the support rod 12 far away from the support plate 11 is connected with a butting seat 13. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, both ends of the abutment seat 13 are hook-shaped.
When the elbow type cable head is used, the elbow type cable head is placed between the first clamping block 31 and the second clamping block 32, the distance between the first clamping block 31 and the second clamping block 32 is adjusted through the waist-shaped hole 331 in the adjusting sheet 33, and then the two clamping blocks are locked through the locking piece 34; then, the handle 211 is rotated to make the abutting seat 13 on the supporting rod 12 contact with the back plate of the device, and then the handle 211 is continuously rotated, so that the screw rod 22 and the supporting plate 11 are driven to move in the direction close to the supporting plate 11 through the thread transmission due to the fixation of the back plate of the device, and the elbow-shaped cable head is pulled out.
