The arc extinguishing chamber is arranged in the shell 1 and comprises a plurality of arc extinguishing grid pieces 21 and an arc extinguishing installation shell 22, the arc extinguishing grid pieces 21 are installed on the arc extinguishing installation shell 22, and an air outlet 23 is arranged on the arc extinguishing installation shell 22; the arc striking structure is arranged in the shell 1 and is positioned on one side of the arc extinguishing chamber close to the contact mechanism 4; the exhaust arc extinguishing structure is arranged in the shell 1 and positioned on one side of the arc extinguishing chamber far away from the contact mechanism 4, and the electric arc is exhausted out of the shell 1 through the exhaust arc extinguishing structure.
As shown in fig. 1, the arc striking structure in the present embodiment includes a plurality of arc striking protrusions 51 and a plurality of arc striking grooves 52, the arc striking protrusions 51 extend toward the arc extinguishing chamber to guide an arc, and the arc striking grooves 52 are formed at sides of the arc striking protrusions 51 and communicate with the arc extinguishing chamber. Of course, the arc striking protrusion 51 may be provided as one. As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the arc striking protrusion 51 is arc-shaped and protrudes in a direction away from the contact mechanism 4; and the end part of the arc striking protrusion 51 close to the arc extinguishing chamber and the end part of the arc extinguishing grid 21 close to the arc striking protrusion 51 are arranged at intervals.
The arc striking protrusion 51 has a plurality of communicating portions, and the communicating portions communicate with the plurality of arc striking grooves 52. Referring specifically to fig. 1 and 2, the communicating portion in the present embodiment is an open groove 53, i.e., the communicating portion is provided as an opening. Of course, the communicating portion may be a communicating hole; or when the communication portion is provided in plurality, a part of the communication portion may be the communication hole and a part of the communication portion may be the open groove 53. As shown in fig. 2, the communication portions on the different arc striking protrusions 51 are arranged offset from each other.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the exhaust arc extinguishing structure in this embodiment includes an exhaust protrusion 61, an exhaust runway 62, an exhaust port 63, and an exhaust blocking member 64, wherein the exhaust protrusion 61 extends from the arc extinguish chamber toward the exhaust port 63, the exhaust runway 62 is formed at a side portion of the exhaust protrusion 61 and is communicated with the arc extinguish chamber, the exhaust port 63 is disposed on the housing 1 and is communicated with the exhaust runway 62, and a part or all of a side wall of the exhaust runway 62 is provided with the exhaust blocking member 64. Specifically, the side walls of the exhaust runway 62 may be formed by exhaust protrusions, a bottom wall of the housing, protrusions required by other mechanisms of the housing, or a combination thereof.
The exhaust arc extinguishing structure is arranged, so that the electric arc flowing out of the arc extinguishing chamber is prevented from being re-burnt; by arranging the exhaust blocking member 64, the metal particles of the arc can be effectively blocked from being exhausted when the arc is burnt in the arc extinguishing chamber, and accidents are avoided.
Specifically, the exhaust boss 61 includes an L-shaped portion 65, a connecting portion, and a horizontal portion 68, the L-shaped portion 65 is bent toward the arc extinguishing chamber and is bent toward a direction away from the operating mechanism 3, the connecting portion is connected to the L-shaped portion 65 and the horizontal portion 68, and the horizontal portion 68 is connected to the housing 1. Wherein the connecting portion is an arc-shaped connecting portion 66 and/or the connecting portion is an inclined connecting portion 67. And when the connecting part is the arc-shaped connecting part 66, the arc-shaped connecting part 66 protrudes towards the arc extinguish chamber; when the connection portion is the inclined connection portion 67, the inclined connection portion 67 is provided to be inclined in a direction away from the arc extinguishing chamber toward a direction away from the operating mechanism 3.
Specifically, the number of the exhaust protrusions 61 in the present embodiment is two, the number of the exhaust tracks 62 is three, and the number of the exhaust ports 63 is three and is in one-to-one correspondence with the exhaust tracks 62. Of course, the number of the exhaust protrusions 61, the exhaust runners 62 and the exhaust ports 63 is not limited, and can be selected according to actual requirements.
Wherein the side wall of the exhaust runway 62 closest to the operating mechanism 3 is not provided with the exhaust blocking piece 64, and the connecting part of the exhaust bulge 61 below the exhaust runway 62 closest to the operating mechanism 3 is an arc-shaped connecting part 66; the side walls of the other two exhaust tracks 62 are provided with exhaust blocking members 64, the connecting part of the exhaust protrusion 61 positioned below the middle exhaust track 62 is an inclined connecting part 67, and the width of the channel of the horizontal part 68 closest to the exhaust track 62 of the operating mechanism 3 is smaller than the width of the channel of the other exhaust tracks 62 positioned on the horizontal part 68. Of course, exhaust stops 64 may be provided on all of the side walls of the exhaust runway 62. Wherein the exhaust blocking member 64 is disposed obliquely toward the direction in which the exhaust port 63 is located, facilitating the discharge of the arc gas flow. Of course, the exhaust blocking member 64 may also be arranged vertically or obliquely towards the direction in which the arc extinguishing chamber is located.
As shown in fig. 4, the exhaust protrusion 61 is disposed away from the air outlet 23, so that the exhaust protrusion 61 does not block the air outlet 23, and the arc gas flow is convenient to flow out from the air outlet 23 in the arc extinguishing chamber; and adjacent L-shaped portions 65 are spaced apart by a plurality of air outlets 23.
According to the arc extinguishing mechanism for the circuit breaker, when an electric arc passes through the arc striking grooves 52, the electric arc can be rapidly elongated and divided to be rapidly introduced into the arc extinguishing chamber, the communication parts are communicated with the different arc striking grooves 52, automatic adjustment of the electric arc airflow can be achieved, the movement speeds of the electric arc airflow of the different arc striking grooves 52 are balanced, the electric arc extinguishing speed is increased, and potential safety hazards are avoided.

3. An arc extinguishing mechanism for a circuit breaker according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the arc striking protrusion is arc-shaped and protrudes in a direction away from the contact mechanism.
4. The arc extinguishing mechanism for the circuit breaker according to claim 3, wherein a plurality of the arc striking protrusions are provided, and the communication portions on different arc striking protrusions are arranged in a staggered manner.

The arc extinguishing mechanism for the circuit breaker according to claim 4, wherein the arc extinguishing chamber comprises a plurality of arc extinguishing bars; the arc striking protrusion is close to the end part of the arc extinguishing chamber and the arc extinguishing grid piece is close to the end part of the arc striking protrusion at intervals.

The arc extinguishing mechanism for the circuit breaker according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising an exhaust arc extinguishing structure disposed in the housing and located on a side of the arc extinguishing chamber away from the contact mechanism, wherein the arc is exhausted from the housing through the exhaust arc extinguishing structure.

The arc extinguishing mechanism for the circuit breaker according to claim 6, wherein the exhaust arc extinguishing structure comprises an exhaust protrusion, an exhaust runway and an exhaust port, the exhaust protrusion extends from the arc extinguishing chamber towards the exhaust port, the exhaust runway is formed on a side portion of the exhaust protrusion and communicated with the arc extinguishing chamber, and the exhaust port is arranged on the housing and communicated with the exhaust runway.
8. The arc extinguishing mechanism for the circuit breaker according to claim 7, wherein the exhaust arc extinguishing structure further comprises an exhaust blocking member, and part or all of the side walls of the exhaust runway are provided with the exhaust blocking member.
9. The arc extinguishing mechanism for a circuit breaker according to claim 8, wherein the exhaust blocking member is disposed obliquely toward the direction in which the exhaust port is located.
10. A circuit breaker, comprising: the arc extinguishing mechanism for the circuit breaker according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
