During information disclosure, by means of second validity monitoring comprising data consistency checking, integrity checking, format checking and SLA (service level agreement), the condition of data error and leakage is avoided, and by means of link aging monitoring, the data is guaranteed to be timely disposed on each time node of an aging link, and delayed reporting is avoided. In the posterior period of the information, the management capability of the platform is further improved through feedback file checking and risk event management.
It should be noted that, as shown in the schematic diagram of the management framework shown in fig. 2, the management framework may be implemented by setting modules with corresponding capabilities. Such as: and the risk monitoring module is used for providing risk points and risk water level monitoring capability. And the risk touch module is used for providing message notification capabilities such as instant messaging, mails, telephones and the like and corresponding operation and maintenance mechanisms. And the risk treatment module is used for providing response chains such as an aging link and a flow link and corresponding treatment tools. And the risk management module is used for providing construction capability for establishing projects such as project management, attack and defense drilling, platform stability and the like.
Corresponding to the above method embodiment, the present specification further provides an embodiment of a management device for information disclosure, and fig. 3 shows a schematic structural diagram of a management device for information disclosure provided in an embodiment of the present specification. As shown in fig. 3, the apparatus includes: a preparation period monitoring module 302, a disclosure period monitoring module 304, and an age chain response module 306.
The preparation period monitoring module 302 may be configured to perform a first validity monitoring on data generated by a platform during an information preparation period to obtain information preparation period data.
The disclosure period monitoring module 304 may be configured to perform a second validity monitoring on the information preparation period data during the information disclosure period to obtain information disclosure period data, wherein the information preparation period is earlier than the information disclosure period.
The aging chain response module 306 may be configured to invoke a handling event corresponding to a time node to handle the information preparation period data and/or the information disclosure period data in response to the time node on the aging link being triggered.
Because the device carries out first legality monitoring on data generated by the platform during the information preparation period to obtain information preparation period data, the data with problems can be found and adjusted in advance by using legality monitoring rules before the information disclosure period, and thus, the problem data are prevented from being accumulated in the disclosure period; during the information disclosure period, carrying out second legality monitoring on the information preparation period data to obtain information disclosure period data, so that the condition that data used for generating reports are mistakenly and overlooked can be avoided during the information disclosure period; and calling a handling event corresponding to the time node to handle the information preparation period data and/or the information disclosure period data in response to the triggering of the time node on the aging link.
In one or more embodiments of the present description, the preparation period monitoring module 302 may be configured to perform compliance risk monitoring and/or data indicator level monitoring on data generated by a platform during information preparation to obtain information preparation period data. In the embodiment, because the compliance risk monitoring and/or the data index water level monitoring are/is arranged in the information preparation period for monitoring, the problems can be found out as early as possible, and data missing and data delay in the information disclosure period are avoided.
In one or more embodiments of the present specification, the disclosure period monitoring module 304 may be configured to, during information disclosure, perform data text form verification on the information preparation period data according to a requirement of the information disclosure report on a data text form, so as to obtain the information disclosure period data. By the embodiment, the problem of text form such as data format errors and the like of the finally submitted information disclosure report can be solved.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a management device for information disclosure according to another embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 4, the apparatus presets a plurality of message notification mechanisms, and the apparatus may further include:
the selection receiving module 308 may be configured to receive a selection command to select a message notification mechanism among the plurality of message notification mechanisms.
A message sending module 310, which may be configured to send the first validity monitored monitoring message, the second validity monitored monitoring message and/or the handling message of the handling event with a selected message notification mechanism according to the selection command.
In this embodiment, the monitoring message and/or the handling message of the handling event can be sent to the relevant party in an appropriate manner, so that the relevant party can process the monitoring message and/or the handling message in time to solve the problem existing in the data in time.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus may further include: the flow chain response module 312 may be configured to, in response to a flow node on the disclosure flow link being triggered, invoke a handling event corresponding to the flow node to handle the information preparation period data and/or the information disclosure period data. In the embodiment, the cooperative response of the plurality of parties for solving the problem can be quicker, and the problem in the data can be solved as soon as possible.
Furthermore, in order to facilitate the personnel on the process node to use the corresponding authority to solve the problem, in one or more embodiments of the present specification, as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus may further include: the disposition module 314 may be configured to provide, when the disposition event is invoked, a disposition tool corresponding to the authority of the flow node on the management page, so that a user disposes the information preparation period data and/or the information disclosure period data with the corresponding authority using the disposition tool.
Since the monitoring party can verify the reported information disclosure report and feed back the file, the feedback file can record the relevant problems in the reported data. Therefore, in order to further ensure that the data is not erroneous in the feedback stage, in one or more embodiments of the present specification, as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus may further include:
the report generation module 316 may be configured to generate an information disclosure report based on the processed information disclosure period data.
A feedback receiving module 318 may be configured to receive a feedback file for the information disclosure report.
The self-checkpoint determining module 320 may be configured to extract the self-checkpoint by parsing the feedback file.
A self-check execution module 322 may be configured to check the information disclosure report using the self-check point.
To further refine the monitoring rules, in one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus may further include: a checking module 324 may be configured to check the result of the self-checking with the monitoring result recorded during the information preparation period and the monitoring result recorded during the information disclosure period to obtain a checking result.
In order to further improve the capability of the management method for information disclosure, in one or more embodiments of the present specification, as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus may further include: a risk management response module 326 may be configured to execute a risk management event against data generated by the platform in response to the risk management event being triggered, the risk management event including establishing a risk management project, establishing an offensive and defensive exercise project, and/or establishing a platform performance management project.
The above is an illustrative scheme of the management apparatus for information disclosure of the present embodiment. It should be noted that the technical solution of the management device for information disclosure is the same concept as the technical solution of the management method for information disclosure, and details that are not described in detail in the technical solution of the management device for information disclosure can be referred to the description of the technical solution of the management method for information disclosure.
FIG. 5 illustrates a block diagram of a computing device 500 provided in accordance with one embodiment of the present description. The components of the computing device 500 include, but are not limited to, a memory 510 and a processor 520. Processor 520 is coupled to memory 510 via bus 530, and database 550 is used to store data.
Computing device 500 also includes access device 540, access device 540 enabling computing device 500 to communicate via one or more networks 560. Examples of such networks include the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN), a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), a Personal Area Network (PAN), or a combination of communication networks such as the internet. The access device 540 may include one or more of any type of network interface, e.g., a Network Interface Card (NIC), wired or wireless, such as an IEEE802.11 Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) wireless interface, a worldwide interoperability for microwave access (Wi-MAX) interface, an ethernet interface, a Universal Serial Bus (USB) interface, a cellular network interface, a bluetooth interface, a Near Field Communication (NFC) interface, and so forth.
In one embodiment of the present description, the above-described components of computing device 500, as well as other components not shown in FIG. 5, may also be connected to each other, such as by a bus. It should be understood that the block diagram of the computing device architecture shown in FIG. 5 is for purposes of example only and is not limiting as to the scope of the present description. Those skilled in the art may add or replace other components as desired.
Computing device 500 may be any type of stationary or mobile computing device, including a mobile computer or mobile computing device (e.g., tablet, personal digital assistant, laptop, notebook, netbook, etc.), mobile phone (e.g., smartphone), wearable computing device (e.g., smartwatch, smartglasses, etc.), or other type of mobile device, or a stationary computing device such as a desktop computer or PC. Computing device 500 may also be a mobile or stationary server.
Wherein processor 520 is configured to execute the following computer-executable instructions:
during the information preparation period, carrying out first legality monitoring on data generated by a platform to obtain information preparation period data;
performing second validity monitoring on the information preparation period data during information disclosure to obtain information disclosure period data, wherein the information preparation period is earlier than the information disclosure period;
and in response to the triggering of the time node on the aging link, invoking a handling event corresponding to the time node to handle the information preparation period data and/or the information disclosure period data.
The above is an illustrative scheme of a computing device of the present embodiment. It should be noted that the technical solution of the computing device and the technical solution of the management method for information disclosure described above belong to the same concept, and details that are not described in detail in the technical solution of the computing device can be referred to the description of the technical solution of the management method for information disclosure described above.
An embodiment of the present specification also provides a computer readable storage medium storing computer instructions that, when executed by a processor, are operable to:
during the information preparation period, carrying out first legality monitoring on data generated by a platform to obtain information preparation period data;
performing second validity monitoring on the information preparation period data during information disclosure to obtain information disclosure period data, wherein the information preparation period is earlier than the information disclosure period;
and in response to the triggering of the time node on the aging link, invoking a handling event corresponding to the time node to handle the information preparation period data and/or the information disclosure period data.
The above is an illustrative scheme of a computer-readable storage medium of the present embodiment. It should be noted that the technical solution of the storage medium belongs to the same concept as the technical solution of the management method for information disclosure, and details that are not described in detail in the technical solution of the storage medium can be referred to the description of the technical solution of the management method for information disclosure.

Claims (12)

1. A management method for information disclosure, comprising:
during the information preparation period, carrying out first legality monitoring on data generated by a platform to obtain information preparation period data;
during information disclosure, carrying out second validity monitoring on the information preparation period data to obtain information disclosure period data;
and in response to the triggering of the time node on the aging link, invoking a handling event corresponding to the time node to handle the information preparation period data and/or the information disclosure period data.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the performing a first validity monitoring of platform-generated data during information preparation to obtain information preparation data comprises:
during the information preparation period, the data generated by the platform is subjected to compliance risk monitoring and/or data index water level monitoring to obtain information preparation period data.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein said second legality monitoring said information preparation period data during information disclosure to obtain information disclosure period data comprises:
and during the information disclosure, performing data text form verification on the information preparation period data according to the requirements of the information disclosure report on the data text form to obtain the information disclosure period data.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
presetting a plurality of message notification mechanisms;
receiving a selection command for selecting a message notification mechanism among the plurality of message notification mechanisms;
and according to the selection command, adopting a selected message notification mechanism to send the monitoring message of the first legality monitoring, the monitoring message of the second legality monitoring and/or the handling message of the handling event.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and in response to the triggering of the process node on the disclosure process link, invoking a handling event corresponding to the process node to handle the information preparation period data and/or the information disclosure period data.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
and when a handling event corresponding to the flow node is called, providing a handling tool corresponding to the authority of the flow node on a management page, so that a user can use the handling tool to handle the information preparation period data and/or the information disclosure period data with the corresponding authority.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
generating an information disclosure report according to the processed information disclosure period data;
receiving a feedback file for the information disclosure report;
extracting the self-checking point by analyzing the feedback file;
and utilizing the self-checking point to check the information disclosure report.
8. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
and checking the result of the self-checking with the monitoring result recorded during the information preparation period and the monitoring result recorded during the information disclosure period to obtain a checking result.
9. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
in response to a risk management event being triggered, executing the risk management event against data generated by the platform, the risk management event including establishing a risk management project, establishing an attack and defense exercise project, and/or establishing a platform performance management project.
10. A management apparatus for information disclosure, comprising:
the system comprises a preparation period monitoring module, a data acquisition module and a data processing module, wherein the preparation period monitoring module is configured to perform first legality monitoring on data generated by a platform during information preparation so as to obtain information preparation period data;
a disclosure period monitoring module configured to perform a second validity monitoring on the information preparation period data during information disclosure to obtain information disclosure period data, wherein the information preparation period is earlier than the information disclosure period;
the aging chain response module is configured to respond to the triggering of a time node on an aging link and call a handling event corresponding to the time node to handle the information preparation period data and/or the information disclosure period data.
11. A computing device, comprising:
a memory and a processor;
the memory is to store computer-executable instructions, and the processor is to execute the computer-executable instructions to:
during the information preparation period, carrying out first legality monitoring on data generated by a platform to obtain information preparation period data;
performing second validity monitoring on the information preparation period data during information disclosure to obtain information disclosure period data, wherein the information preparation period is earlier than the information disclosure period;
and in response to the triggering of the time node on the aging link, invoking a handling event corresponding to the time node to handle the information preparation period data and/or the information disclosure period data.
12. A computer readable storage medium storing computer instructions which, when executed by a processor, carry out the steps of the management method for information disclosure of any one of claims 1 to 9.
