As shown in fig. 3, an embodiment of the present application further provides a color matching method using the electronic color matching apparatus, including: responding to touch operation of touch pressure on a color touch screen, and displaying corresponding color with chromaticity on a color lattice according to the color of the color lattice selected by the touch operation, the touch pressure and corresponding first time to finish color selection; repeating the color selection until the selection of each color required for toning is completed; and responding to the touch operation of the touch pressure on the color-mixing touch screen, mixing the selected at least one color with the chromaticity according to the second time of the touch operation, and displaying the mixed color in the color-mixing area of the color-mixing touch screen.
In an optional embodiment, the electronic toning device further comprises a cleaning area touch screen, and the cleaning area touch screen comprises a cleaning area; before the touch operation on the color-mixing touch screen in response to the touch pressure, mixing the selected at least one chromaticity color according to the second time of the touch operation, and displaying the mixed color mixture, the color-mixing method further includes: and responding to the touch operation of the touch pressure on the cleaning area touch screen, and displaying the corresponding water dipping amount according to the third time of the touch operation.
In another alternative embodiment, the electronic toning device further includes a processor;
the displaying the color of the corresponding chromaticity on the color lattice according to the color of the color lattice selected by the touch operation, the touch pressure and the corresponding first time to complete the color selection comprises: the processor receives the chromaticity generated by the external equipment according to the color, the touch pressure and the corresponding first time, and controls the color grids corresponding to the color touch screen to display the color of the chromaticity;
the mixing the selected at least one chromaticity color according to the second time of the touch operation and displaying the mixed color comprises: the processor receives a mixed color generated by calculation of external equipment according to the second time and at least one color of chromaticity, and controls a color mixing area of the touch screen of the color mixing area to display the mixed color;

As shown in fig. 4, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a painting system, including the electronic color matching device, the touch pen, the electronic palette and the server, where the touch pen is configured to touch the electronic color matching device or the electronic palette in response to a user operation; the electronic color matching device is used for responding to touch operation of the touch pen on a color grid of the color touch screen to select colors and displaying the colors of chromaticity corresponding to the touch operation on the color grid, responding to touch operation of the touch pen on a color matching area of the color matching touch screen to carry out color matching and displaying mixed colors corresponding to the touch operation on the color matching area; the electronic drawing board is used for responding to touch operation of the touch pen to determine a drawing area and displaying mixed colors on the drawing area; the server is used for calculating the chromaticity according to the color, the touch pressure and the corresponding first time of the touch operation on the color touch screen and sending the chromaticity to the electronic color matching device, calculating the color mixture according to the second time of the touch operation on the color matching touch screen and sending the color mixture to the electronic color matching device, and sending the color mixture to the electronic drawing board according to the touch operation on the electronic drawing board.
In one particular example, as shown in figure 5,
s1, a touch pen performs touch operation on a color touch screen.
The stylus responds to the operation of a drawing user to select a color from the color grids of the color touch screen of the electronic color matching device, for example, the color red is selected, and then the stylus is used for touching the color red grid. Namely, the electronic toning device selects the color in response to the touch operation of the stylus on the color touch screen.
And S2, transmitting the color, the touch pressure and the corresponding first time to a server.
Transmitting the touch parameter of the color selected by the stylus to a server, and calculating the chromaticity required by the drawing user by the server according to the received color, the touch pressure and the corresponding first time, for example, obtaining the required chromaticity according to the touch pressure and the corresponding first time: when the first time of the touch operation is longer, the chroma of red is darker; or acquiring the required chromaticity according to the touch pressure: when the touch pressure of the touch operation is higher, the chroma of red is darker; or simultaneously acquiring the required chromaticity according to the first time of the touch operation and the touch pressure. And the server calculates the chromaticity according to the color of the touch operation, the touch pressure and the corresponding first time and sends the chromaticity to the electronic toning device.
In an optional embodiment, the touch parameter is sensed by an electronic toning device, the color of the touched color grid is determined by the color touch screen, the touch pressure acting on the color touch screen is sensed by a built-in pressure sensing unit, and the first time is acquired by a timer of a processor in the electronic toning device. Similarly, the color-mixing and cleaning touch parameters can be sensed by the electronic color-mixing device, which is not described herein again.
In another optional embodiment, the touch parameter is sensed by a stylus, identified by a sensing unit built in the stylus, for example, by an NFC/radio frequency contact sensor and an electronic color matching device, and a color of a touch grid is sensed, and then a touch pressure of the touch operation is sensed by a built-in pressure touch unit and a first time of duration of the touch operation is sensed by a built-in timer, and sent to the server together. Similarly, the color-mixing and cleaning touch parameters can be sensed by the electronic color-mixing device, which is not described herein again.
In another alternative embodiment, the touch parameter is sensed by a stylus and an electronic color tuning device, respectively, for example, by the stylus sensing a touch pressure applied to a color cell of a color touch screen, by the electronic color tuning device sensing a color of the touched color cell and a first time. Similarly, the color-mixing and cleaning touch parameters can be sensed by the electronic color-mixing device, which is not described herein again.
Those skilled in the art should select the sensing method of the touch parameter according to the actual application requirement to realize sensing the touch parameter as the design criterion, which is not described herein again.
And S3, sending the chromaticity to the electronic color matching device.
The server sends the acquired chromaticity to the electronic color matching device, the acquired chromaticity is received by the processor and displayed on the corresponding color grids, and the drawing user determines the selected color according to the color of the displayed chromaticity, such as the deep red color selected according to the touch pressure and the first time, so that the color selection is completed. Namely, the electronic toning device receives the chromaticity and displays the color of the chromaticity on the corresponding color grid so as to complete the color selection. Namely, the electronic toning device receives the chromaticity and displays the color of the chromaticity on the corresponding color grid of the color touch screen to complete color selection.
And S4, repeating the color selection until the selection of each color required by color mixing is completed.
The above operations are repeated until all colors to be toned are selected. It should be noted that the number of the colors may be plural, or may be one; or adding the selected color again after color matching to perform multiple color matching, thereby realizing repeated color matching.
In order to solve the problem that the chromaticity of the selected color is always increased from light to dark along with the increase of the first time, the touch pressure, or the first time and the touch pressure of the touch operation when the color is selected, in an optional embodiment, the drawing system further includes an electronic pen wash for diluting the chromaticity of the mixed color, and the electronic pen wash includes a detection device for detecting a fourth time in response to the touch operation of the touch pen and transmitting the fourth time to the server.
And S5, performing touch operation on the electronic pen washer.
The stylus touches the electronic pen wash in response to an operation of a drawing user. Namely, the electronic pen washing detects the fourth time that the touch operation lasts in response to the touch operation of the stylus.
In an optional embodiment, the detection device of the electronic pen wash is a camera or an NFC/radio frequency contact sensor, and is configured to start a dilution operation according to the touch operation of the stylus, and detect a fourth time that the touch operation lasts through the camera or the NFC/radio frequency contact sensor.
And S6, transmitting the fourth time to a server.
And the electronic pen washer transmits the detected fourth time to the server.
And S7, calculating the dipping water amount.
And the server calculates the dipping water amount according to the fourth time. That is, the server calculates the dipping amount according to the received fourth time, for example, the dipping amount is increased as the duration time of the touch operation (i.e., the fourth time) is longer. In other words, the drawing user can dilute the selected color or at least one color needing color mixing through the electronic pen washing, and the electronic pen washing can be diluted when the color is mixed through the touch color mixing touch screen after touch operation is performed. And the server calculates the dipping water amount according to the fourth time of the touch operation. It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the electronic pen wash further sets a pen wash threshold, and when the time for the stylus to touch the electronic pen wash exceeds the pen wash threshold, it indicates that the selected various colors are thoroughly washed, that is, the color mixing is finished, all touch parameters return to zero, no color is displayed in the color mixing area, and the next color mixing can be restarted.
It should be noted that, based on the same principle, the dilution operation may also be implemented by the cleaning touch screen of the electronic toning device, and those skilled in the art should perform setting according to actual application requirements, which is not described herein again.
And S8, performing touch operation on the color-mixing touch screen.
The touch pen responds to the operation of a drawing user to touch a color mixing area of a color mixing touch screen of the electronic color mixing device. Namely, the electronic color matching device starts color matching in response to the touch operation of the touch pen on the color matching touch screen.
And S9, transmitting the second time to a server.
And transmitting the second time when the stylus touches the color mixing area to a server, wherein the server calculates the color mixing required by the drawing user according to the received second time, for example, the longer the duration time (i.e. the second time) of the touch operation is, the more sufficient the degree of color mixing is, and the more the time when the stylus touches the color mixing area exceeds a preset color mixing threshold value, the more completely the selected colors are mixed. Namely, the server calculates color mixing according to the second time of the touch operation and sends the color mixing to the electronic color matching device.
And S10, sending the mixed color to an electronic color matching device.
The server sends the acquired mixed color to the electronic color matching device, the electronic color matching device receives the obtained mixed color through the processor and displays the obtained mixed color in the color matching area, and the painting user determines the blended color according to the displayed mixed color. Namely, the electronic toning device receives the mixed color and displays the mixed color on a toning area of the toning touch screen to complete toning.
And S11, performing touch operation on the electronic drawing board.
And S12, sending the drawing area to a server.
The touch control pen responds to the operation of a drawing user to touch the electronic drawing board, namely the electronic drawing board responds to the touch control operation of the touch control pen to determine a drawing area and sends the drawing area to the server.
And S13, transmitting the mixed color to an electronic drawing board.
And the server transmits the mixed color after color mixing to the electronic drawing board, namely, the server sends the mixed color to the electronic drawing board according to the received drawing area.
And S14, displaying the mixed color in a drawing area of the electronic drawing board.
And the electronic drawing board is displayed on the drawing area according to the received mixed color so as to realize drawing on the electronic drawing board, namely the electronic drawing board receives the mixed color and displays the mixed color on the drawing area.
So far, the mixing of colors function and the drawing function of drawing are realized through electron mixing of colors device and electronic drawing board. It should be noted that the color selection, dilution and color matching may be performed sequentially or randomly, for example, when the chroma of a certain color is darker in the color selection process, the color may be diluted by a touch electronic pen, and then another color may be selected continuously, or the color may be selected continuously after color matching, or the color may be mixed after color dilution; promptly the drawing system can realize mixing of colors repeatedly, is favorable to the drawing person to think, look for the inspiration at the mixing of colors in-process.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the drawing system is provided with a plurality of drawing modules, and the drawing modules are connected to the drawing system through a connection unit.
As shown in fig. 6, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a painting method using the painting system, including: the electronic color matching device responds to touch operation of a touch pen on the color touch screen to select colors; the server calculates the chromaticity according to the color of the touch operation, the touch pressure and the corresponding first time and sends the chromaticity to the electronic color matching device; the electronic color matching device receives the chromaticity and displays the color of the chromaticity on a corresponding color grid of the color touch screen to complete color selection; repeating the color selection until the selection of each color required for toning is completed; the electronic color matching device starts color matching in response to touch operation of the stylus on the color matching touch screen; the server calculates mixed color according to the second time of the touch operation and sends the mixed color to the electronic color matching device; the electronic toning device receives the mixed color and displays the mixed color on a toning area of the toning touch screen to finish toning; the electronic drawing board responds to the touch operation of the touch pen to determine a drawing area; the server sends the mixed color to the electronic drawing board according to the received drawing area; and the electronic drawing board receives the mixed color and displays the mixed color on the drawing area.
In an optional embodiment, the drawing system further comprises an electronic pen wash, and before the electronic toning device starts toning in response to a touch operation of the stylus on a toning touch screen, the drawing method further comprises: the electronic pen washer responds to the touch operation of the touch pen to detect the fourth time for which the touch operation lasts; and the server calculates the dipping water amount according to the fourth time.
Another embodiment of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements: the electronic color matching device responds to touch operation of a touch pen on the color touch screen to select colors; the server calculates the chromaticity according to the color of the touch operation, the touch pressure and the corresponding first time and sends the chromaticity to the electronic color matching device; the electronic color matching device receives the chromaticity and displays the color of the chromaticity on a corresponding color grid of the color touch screen to complete color selection; repeating the color selection until the selection of each color required for toning is completed; the electronic color matching device starts color matching in response to touch operation of the stylus on the color matching touch screen; the server calculates mixed color according to the second time of the touch operation and sends the mixed color to the electronic color matching device; the electronic toning device receives the mixed color and displays the mixed color on a toning area of the toning touch screen to finish toning; the electronic drawing board responds to the touch operation of the touch pen to determine a drawing area; the server sends the mixed color to the electronic drawing board according to the received drawing area; and the electronic drawing board receives the mixed color and displays the mixed color on the drawing area.

As shown in fig. 7, another embodiment of the present invention provides a schematic structural diagram of a computer device. The computer device 12 shown in fig. 7 is only an example and should not bring any limitations to the functionality or scope of use of the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 7, computer device 12 is in the form of a general purpose computing device. The components of computer device 12 may include, but are not limited to: one or more processors or processing units 16, a system memory 28, and a bus 18 that couples various system components including the system memory 28 and the processing unit 16.
Bus 18 represents one or more of any of several types of bus structures, including a memory bus or memory controller, a peripheral bus, an accelerated graphics port, and a processor or local bus using any of a variety of bus architectures. By way of example, such architectures include, but are not limited to, Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, micro-channel architecture (MAC) bus, enhanced ISA bus, Video Electronics Standards Association (VESA) local bus, and Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus.
Computer device 12 typically includes a variety of computer system readable media. Such media may be any available media that is accessible by computer device 12 and includes both volatile and nonvolatile media, removable and non-removable media.
The system memory 28 may include computer system readable media in the form of volatile memory, such as Random Access Memory (RAM)30 and/or cache memory 32. Computer device 12 may further include other removable/non-removable, volatile/nonvolatile computer system storage media. By way of example only, storage system 34 may be used to read from and write to non-removable, nonvolatile magnetic media (not shown in FIG. 7, and commonly referred to as a "hard drive"). Although not shown in FIG. 7, a magnetic disk drive for reading from and writing to a removable, nonvolatile magnetic disk (e.g., a "floppy disk") and an optical disk drive for reading from or writing to a removable, nonvolatile optical disk (e.g., a CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, or other optical media) may be provided. In these cases, each drive may be connected to bus 18 by one or more data media interfaces. Memory 28 may include at least one program product having a set (e.g., at least one) of program modules that are configured to carry out the functions of embodiments of the invention.
A program/utility 40 having a set (at least one) of program modules 42 may be stored, for example, in memory 28, such program modules 42 including, but not limited to, an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules, and program data, each of which examples or some combination thereof may comprise an implementation of a network environment. Program modules 42 generally carry out the functions and/or methodologies of the described embodiments of the invention.
Computer device 12 may also communicate with one or more external devices 14 (e.g., keyboard, pointing device, display 24, etc.), with one or more devices that enable a user to interact with computer device 12, and/or with any devices (e.g., network card, modem, etc.) that enable computer device 12 to communicate with one or more other computing devices. Such communication may be through an input/output (I/O) interface 22. Also, computer device 12 may communicate with one or more networks (e.g., a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), and/or a public network such as the Internet) via network adapter 20. As shown in FIG. 7, the network adapter 20 communicates with the other modules of the computer device 12 via the bus 18. It should be appreciated that although not shown in FIG. 7, other hardware and/or software modules may be used in conjunction with computer device 12, including but not limited to: microcode, device drivers, redundant processing units, external disk drive arrays, RAID systems, tape drives, and data backup storage systems, among others.
The processor unit 16 executes various functional applications and data processing by executing programs stored in the system memory 28, for example, implementing a drawing method provided by an embodiment of the present invention.
Aiming at the existing problems, the invention provides an electronic color matching device, a color matching method, a drawing system, a drawing method, a computer storage medium and computer equipment, wherein the color matching function can be realized through a color touch screen and a color matching area touch screen, so that a drawing user can find the drawing inspiration through repeated color matching, and the use experience of the drawing user can be obviously improved compared with the traditional electronic drawing board.
It should be understood that the above-mentioned embodiments of the present invention are only examples for clearly illustrating the present invention, and are not intended to limit the embodiments of the present invention, and it will be obvious to those skilled in the art that other variations or modifications may be made on the basis of the above description, and all embodiments may not be exhaustive, and all obvious variations or modifications may be included within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (17)

1. An electronic color matching device is characterized by comprising a color touch screen and a color matching area touch screen, wherein
The color touch screen comprises a plurality of color grids displaying different colors, and the display color of each color grid changes the chromaticity along with the touch pressure on the color grid for the first time;
the color mixing area touch screen comprises a color mixing area, the color mixing area displays color mixing of at least one color grid, and the color mixing degree changes along with the touch pressure of the color mixing area lasting for the second time.
2. The electronic toning device according to claim 1, further comprising a cleaning area touch screen including a cleaning area, wherein the cleaning area displays a water dipping amount, and the water dipping amount changes with a touch pressure applied to the cleaning area for a third time, for diluting the chromaticity of the mixed color.
3. The electronic toning apparatus of claim 2, further comprising a processor,
the color touch screen is used for receiving the chromaticity generated by the external equipment according to the color, the touch pressure and the corresponding first time calculation, and controlling the color grid corresponding to the color touch screen to display the color of the chromaticity;
the color mixing control module is used for receiving color mixing generated by the external equipment according to the second time and the color calculation of at least one chromaticity, and controlling a color mixing area of the touch screen of the color mixing area to display the color mixing;
and the cleaning area is used for receiving the water dipping amount generated by the external equipment according to the third time calculation and controlling the cleaning touch screen to display the water dipping amount.
4. The electronic color matching device according to claim 3, wherein the color touch screen, the color matching area touch screen and the cleaning area touch screen respectively comprise a pressure sensing unit for sensing the touch pressure and transmitting the touch pressure to the processor;
the processor comprises a timer and is used for acquiring first time, second time or third time according to the touch pressure.
5. The electronic toning apparatus according to any one of claims 2-4,
the shapes of the color touch screen, the color mixing area touch screen and the cleaning area touch screen are respectively one of circular, rectangular, polygonal or irregular shapes; and/or
The electronic toning device further comprises a handheld hole.
6. A toning method using the electronic toning apparatus according to claim 1, comprising:
responding to touch operation of touch pressure on a color touch screen, and displaying corresponding color with chromaticity on a color lattice according to the color of the color lattice selected by the touch operation, the touch pressure and corresponding first time to finish color selection;
repeating the color selection until the selection of each color required for toning is completed;
and responding to the touch operation of the touch pressure on the color-mixing touch screen, mixing the selected at least one color with the chromaticity according to the second time of the touch operation, and displaying the mixed color in the color-mixing area of the color-mixing touch screen.
7. Toning method according to claim 6,
the electronic toning device further comprises a cleaning area touch screen, and the cleaning area touch screen comprises a cleaning area;
before the touch operation on the color-mixing touch screen in response to the touch pressure, mixing the selected at least one chromaticity color according to the second time of the touch operation, and displaying the mixed color mixture, the color-mixing method further includes:
and responding to the touch operation of the touch pressure on the cleaning area touch screen, and displaying the corresponding water dipping amount according to the third time of the touch operation.
8. Toning method according to claim 7,
the electronic toning device further comprises a processor;
the displaying the color of the corresponding chromaticity on the color lattice according to the color of the color lattice selected by the touch operation, the touch pressure and the corresponding first time to complete the color selection comprises:
the processor receives the chromaticity generated by the external equipment according to the color, the touch pressure and the corresponding first time, and controls the color grids corresponding to the color touch screen to display the color of the chromaticity;
the mixing the selected at least one chromaticity color according to the second time of the touch operation and displaying the mixed color comprises:
the processor receives a mixed color generated by calculation of external equipment according to the second time and at least one color of chromaticity, and controls a color mixing area of the touch screen of the color mixing area to display the mixed color;
the displaying the corresponding water dipping amount according to the third time of the touch operation includes:
and the processor receives the water dipping amount generated by the external equipment according to the third time calculation, and controls the cleaning area for cleaning the touch screen to display the water dipping amount.
9. Toning method according to claim 8,
the color touch screen, the color mixing area touch screen and the cleaning area touch screen respectively comprise pressure sensing units, and the processor comprises a timer;
the touch operation on the color touch screen in response to the touch pressure comprises: the pressure sensing unit of the color touch screen senses the touch pressure and transmits the touch pressure to the processor, and the processor clocks according to the touch pressure to obtain first time;
the touch operation on the color-mixing touch screen in response to the touch pressure comprises the following steps: the pressure sensing unit of the color-mixing touch screen senses the touch pressure and transmits the touch pressure to the processor, and the processor clocks according to the touch pressure to obtain second time;
the touch operation on the cleaning area touch screen in response to the touch pressure comprises: and a pressure sensing unit of the cleaning area touch screen senses the touch pressure and transmits the touch pressure to a processor, and the processor clocks according to the touch pressure to acquire third time.

the electronic color matching device is used for responding to touch operation of the touch pen on a color grid of the color touch screen to select colors and displaying the colors of chromaticity corresponding to the touch operation on the color grid, responding to touch operation of the touch pen on a color matching area of the color matching touch screen to carry out color matching and displaying mixed colors corresponding to the touch operation on the color matching area;

11. The drawing system according to claim 10, further comprising an electronic pen wash for diluting the chromaticity of the mixed color, the electronic pen wash including a detection means for detecting a fourth time in response to a touch operation of the stylus and transmitting to the server.
12. Drawing system according to claim 11, characterized in that the detection device is a camera or an NFC/radio frequency contact sensor.

14. A painting method using the painting system according to any one of claims 10 to 13, comprising:
the electronic color matching device responds to touch operation of a touch pen on the color touch screen to select colors;
the server calculates the chromaticity according to the color of the touch operation, the touch pressure and the corresponding first time and sends the chromaticity to the electronic color matching device;
the electronic color matching device receives the chromaticity and displays the color of the chromaticity on a corresponding color grid of the color touch screen to complete color selection;
repeating the color selection until the selection of each color required for toning is completed;
the electronic color matching device starts color matching in response to touch operation of the stylus on the color matching touch screen;
the server calculates mixed color according to the second time of the touch operation and sends the mixed color to the electronic color matching device;
the electronic toning device receives the mixed color and displays the mixed color on a toning area of the toning touch screen to finish toning;
the electronic drawing board responds to the touch operation of the touch pen to determine a drawing area;
the server sends the mixed color to the electronic drawing board according to the received drawing area;
and the electronic drawing board receives the mixed color and displays the mixed color on the drawing area.
15. A method of painting according to claim 14,
the drawing system further comprises an electronic pen wash,
before the electronic color matching device starts color matching in response to the touch operation of the stylus on the color matching touch screen, the drawing method further comprises the following steps:
the electronic pen washer responds to the touch operation of the touch pen to detect the fourth time for which the touch operation lasts;
and the server calculates the dipping water amount according to the fourth time.
16. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method of claim 14 or 15.
17. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the method according to claim 14 or 15 when executing the program.
