Description

Fecal occult blood detection device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical instruments, in particular to a fecal occult blood detection device.
Background
Fecal occult blood is early warning of digestive tract diseases, at the moment, the digestive tract bleeds a little, stool color is not changed, stool appearance is not changed abnormally, the stool is difficult to observe by naked eyes and a microscope, and the stool occult blood can be checked through a stool occult blood test. The fecal occult blood detection is low in cost, noninvasive and good in patient compliance, is one of clinical routine detection projects at present, and can effectively screen colon cancer. At present, fecal occult blood tests mainly comprise an immunization method and a chemical method, but the traditional chemical method has low specificity and is very easily influenced by factors such as diet, medicines and the like. The immune test strip detection is based on antigen-antibody reaction, has high specificity, and becomes a fecal occult blood detection means widely adopted at present.
The conventional fecal occult blood test requires a tester to take a stool sample and test it by a hospital professional, but has three problems. Firstly, for sampling, the examiner often contradicts direct contact with feces, and is difficult to quantify; secondly, detection may be delayed due to no convenience when detection is performed in a hospital, and sample feeding is performed after home sampling, so that the problem that samples are difficult to store and transport exists, and the detection effect is affected; thirdly, when detecting, the hospital professional needs to dissolve the feces with a quantitative buffer solution, and then drops the feces into the sample hole of the test strip, so that the problems of leakage and abnormal odor overflow can occur in the whole process, and the hospital professional needs to look directly and contact the feces sample for multiple times. Moreover, the method is carried out on an open table board, when a large number of standard samples exist, the samples are easy to be confused, various inconveniences are brought to medical staff, and the method is not suitable for non-professional staff to carry out autonomous measurement.
Therefore, at present, an integrated device for fecal sampling and occult blood self-testing is urgently needed, so that occult blood testing is further promoted, and the detection rate and the colorectal cancer screening rate are improved.
