Preferably, the second filter screen 30 is installed on the air inlet of the induced draft fan 71, the induced draft fan 71 is protected through the second filter screen 30, dust in the air is prevented from entering the induced draft fan 71, and the cleanliness of the shell of the projection lamp is guaranteed.
Preferably, the front side wall of the experiment box 1 is symmetrically provided with a feeding door 25 and a discharging door 26, the experiment box 1 is fed through the feeding door 25, and meanwhile, the projection lamp which is subjected to experiment in the experiment box 1 is taken out through the discharging door 26.
Preferably, a first observation window 27 and a second observation window 28 are formed in the front side wall of the experiment box 1, the first observation window 27 is arranged corresponding to the spraying cavity 8 and the water storage cavity 9, the second observation window 28 is arranged corresponding to the drying cavity 10, the first observation window 27 and the second observation window 28 are made of transparent materials, and an operator can observe the experiment in the experiment box 1 conveniently.
It should be noted that the working principle and the installation mode of the mechanical clamping jaw 39 are all known in the art, and are not described herein.
According to the above preferred embodiment provided by the present invention, the experimental procedure of the present invention is as follows:
step one: the operating personnel put into the inside of experiment case 1 with the projecting lamp from feed gate 25, and the centre gripping is in the inside of machinery clamping jaw 39, opens cylinder 37 and removes the projecting lamp to shower head 20 department, adds water in to clean water room 61 through intaking frame 29, begins water guide pump 614 and booster pump 4 and spouts clean water from shower head 20, accomplishes the experiment of spraying to the projecting lamp.
Step two: starting a conveying motor 31 to drive a screw rod 33 to rotate, driving a mechanical clamping jaw 39 to move to the top of the water storage cavity 9, starting a cylinder to move the projection lamp into the water storage cavity 9, and carrying out hydrostatic pressure experiments on the projection lamp; when the low-temperature or high-temperature experiment is required to be performed on the projector, the refrigerator 634 or the heater 635 is correspondingly arranged to refrigerate or heat the water, so that the low-temperature or high-temperature experiment is performed on the projector.
Step three: after the experiment is completed, the projection lamp is moved into the drying cavity 10, the induced draft fan 71, the heating plate 73 and the booster air pump 75 are started to spray hot air through the spray head 22, meanwhile, the vertical motor 16 is started to drive the rotary drum 14 to rotate, the projection lamp is rotated and dried, and the dried light-transmitting lamp is taken out from the discharge door 26.
