In the field of GB/T18697 automotive in-vehicle noise testing, it is necessary to test passenger ear-side noise values in order to check whether the noise of the vehicle is within specified limits and whether significant variations have occurred since the submission of the vehicle or between vehicles submitted in different batches. However, the following problems exist in the specific test:
(1) the vertical coordinate of the microphone is (70 + -5) cm above the intersection of the surface of the seat and the backrest. When the height of the chair is measured by a measuring tape for 70cm, the national standard requires that the height is difficult to be accurate right above the intersecting line of the chair and the backrest;
(2) the horizontal abscissa of the microphone is the right (20 +/-2) cm of the center plane of the seat, and the microphone needs to be remeasured to meet the requirements for headrests with different widths, which is time-consuming and labor-consuming.
