The working principle is as follows: adding a water softener into a water tank 14, controlling a motor 22 to start, driving a stirring rod 20 to rotate by starting the motor 22, driving a driving umbrella-shaped gear 21 to rotate by rotating the stirring rod 20, driving a driven umbrella-shaped gear 19 to rotate by rotating and meshing the driving umbrella-shaped gear 21, driving a rotating pipe 18 to rotate by rotating the driven umbrella-shaped gear 19, stirring and mixing the water softener by rotating the rotating pipe 18 through a stirring arm 41 to accelerate the softening of water, controlling the starting of an air suction pump 10, a single-screw compressor 12 and a water pump 33, performing air suction treatment on the air suction pump 10 to an air inlet box 3 through an air suction pipe 11, performing air inlet into the air inlet box 3 through an air inlet pipe 4, achieving an automatic filtering effect when passing through an air filter screen 6, dropping filtered impurities into a foreign matter collecting box 8 to be collected, and then sending air into the single-screw compressor 12 through an air supply pipe 13, meanwhile, the water pump 33 is started to generate negative pressure into the filter box 15 through the water suction pipe 34, the negative pressure of the filter box 15 absorbs water through the pressure pipe 28, the pipe sleeve 29 and the rotating pipe 18, when water passes through the water quality filter screen 27, primary filtration is carried out, then the water is added into the filter box 15, when secondary filtration is carried out through the fine filter screen 32, the water is sent into the single-screw compressor 12 through the water discharge pipe 35, so that water lubrication air compression is achieved, water vapor generated by the single-screw compressor 12 is automatically separated through the gas-liquid separator 37, one end of the output pipe 38 is connected with equipment needing processing, and the separated water is added into the water tank 14 again through the return pipe 39.
