The number of the magnets of the door opening limiting magnet is equal to that of the magnets of the door closing limiting magnet; or the number of the magnets of the door opening limiting magnet is not equal to that of the magnets of the door closing limiting magnet.
Alternatively, the magnet width of the door opening limit magnet and the door closing limit magnet in the above embodiments is greater than 2 cm.
Examples
The embodiment provides a trackless electric door, and the trackless electric door uses the trackless electric door limit signal judgment method.
The embodiment determines that the detection signal is the door opening limit signal or the door closing limit signal according to the initial position and the moving signal of the moving end of the electric door, the door opening limit signal and the door closing limit signal are not distinguished through the number of the magnetic nails, and the door opening and closing signal can be still accurately identified even when the door body is inclined.
The embodiments in the present description are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other. The device disclosed by the embodiment corresponds to the method disclosed by the embodiment, so that the description is simple, and the relevant points can be referred to the method part for description.

Claims (10)
1. A trackless electric door limiting signal judging method is characterized in that a door opening limiting detection point (40) and a door closing limiting detection point (50) are arranged on a running track of a trackless electric door, and the method comprises the following steps:
s1, the electric door moving end (10) receives a moving signal and moves according to the moving signal;
s2, detecting a detection signal of the door opening limit detection point (40) and/or the door closing limit detection point (50) in the moving process of the electric door moving end (10);
and S3, determining the detection signal to be a door opening limit signal or a door closing limit signal according to the initial position of the electric door moving end (10) and the moving signal, and storing the detection result.

The trackless electrically operated door limiting signal determining method of claim 1, wherein the step S3 of determining whether the detection signal is a door opening limiting signal or a door closing limiting signal according to the start position of the electrically operated door moving terminal (10) and the moving signal comprises:
s31, the starting position of the electric door moving end (10) is outside the door opening limit detection point (40) and the door closing limit detection point (50), the moving signal is a door opening signal, the first detected detection signal is a door closing limit signal, and the second detected detection signal is a door opening limit signal.

The trackless electrically operated door limiting signal determining method of claim 1, wherein the step S3 of determining whether the detection signal is a door opening limiting signal or a door closing limiting signal according to the start position of the electrically operated door moving terminal (10) and the moving signal comprises:
s32, the starting position of the electric door moving end (10) is outside the door opening limit detection point (40) and the door closing limit detection point (50), the moving signal is a door closing signal, the first detected detection signal is the door opening limit signal, and the second detected detection signal is the door closing limit signal.

The trackless electrically operated door limiting signal determining method of claim 1, wherein the step S3 of determining whether the detection signal is a door opening limiting signal or a door closing limiting signal according to the start position of the electrically operated door moving terminal (10) and the moving signal comprises:
s33, the initial position of the electric door moving end (10) is between the door opening limit detection point (40) and the door closing limit detection point (50), the moving signal is a door opening signal, and the first detected detection signal is the door opening limit signal.

The trackless electrically operated door limiting signal determining method of claim 1, wherein the step S3 of determining whether the detection signal is a door opening limiting signal or a door closing limiting signal according to the start position of the electrically operated door moving terminal (10) and the moving signal comprises:
s34, the initial position of the electric door moving end (10) is between the door opening limit detection point (40) and the door closing limit detection point (50), the moving signal is a door closing signal, and the first detected detection signal is the door closing limit signal.
6. A trackless electrically operated gate limit signal determining method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining process of the start position of the electrically operated gate moving terminal (10) is:
when the electric door moving end (10) moves to the end of one end of the running track from the current position according to the moving signal, if two detection signals are detected in the moving process, the initial position of the electric door moving end (10) is positioned at the outer sides of the door opening limit detection point (40) and the door closing limit detection point (50); or
When the electric door moving end (10) moves to the end of one end of the running track from the current position according to the moving signal, if a detection signal is detected in the moving process, the initial position of the electric door moving end (10) is between the door opening limit detection point (40) and the door closing limit detection point (50).

A trackless electrically operated door limit signal judging method according to claim 1, wherein the door opening limit detecting point (40) comprises a plurality of door opening sub-detecting points and one of the door opening sub-detecting points is set as a flag bit of the door opening limit detecting point (40), the door closing limit detecting point (50) comprises a plurality of door closing sub-detecting points and one of the door closing sub-detecting points is set as a flag bit of the door closing limit detecting point (50), and the detecting signal comprises a plurality of sub-detecting signals;
determining in step S3 that the detection signal is a door opening limit signal or a door closing limit signal according to the starting position of the power door moving end (10) and the moving signal includes: and determining the sub-detection signal as a door opening limit signal or a door closing limit signal according to the initial position of the electric door moving end (10), the moving signal and the sequence information of the mark position.

A trackless electrically operated door limit signal determining method according to claim 1, wherein the door opening limit detecting point (40) is a door opening limit magnet, the door closing limit detecting point (50) is a door closing limit magnet, and the electrically operated door moving end (10) is provided with a magnetic induction device for sensing the door opening limit magnet and the door closing limit magnet.
9. The trackless motor-driven door limit signal determination method of claim 8, wherein the number of magnets of the door opening limit magnet is equal to the number of magnets of the door closing limit magnet; or
The number of the magnets of the door opening limiting magnet is not equal to that of the magnets of the door closing limiting magnet; or
The magnet width of the door opening limiting magnet and the door closing limiting magnet is larger than 2 cm.
10. A trackless electrically operated door, characterized in that the trackless electrically operated door uses the method for determining a limit signal of a trackless electrically operated door according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
