Background
The application of various cleaning vehicles greatly improves the cleaning efficiency of urban sanitation. The sweeper is usually provided with devices such as a side brush, a main brush, a dust suction fan and the like, and the devices are matched with each other to clean the road surface. The main brush is usually installed at the bottom of a chassis of the sweeper, the motor drives the main brush to rotate, and the main brush cleans and collects garbage on a road surface into the garbage storage device through bristles installed on the main brush.
The main brush, the main brush motor, the lifting mechanism and other related devices of the existing sweeper are usually respectively and directly installed on the chassis frame. The main brush motor is fixed on the chassis frame, the main brush is arranged on the chassis frame through a rotating shaft, a bearing and the like, and the motor drives the main brush to rotate through a transmission device. The main brush is required to be in contact with the ground when the sweeper is in operation, so that the sweeping effect is ensured, the main brush is required to be lifted in non-operation time, the abrasion of the main brush is reduced, and the lifting mechanism is also arranged on the chassis frame and drives the main brush to lift through a connecting rod, a chain and the like.
The existing main brush related devices are directly arranged on a chassis frame, and the structure is complex. During production and assembly, other complex devices such as a driving system, a steering system and the like exist in the chassis, and therefore scattered parts related to the main brush greatly increase assembly time. Secondly, because the brush hair of the main brush is contacted and rubbed with the ground for a long time, very easy wearing and tearing need periodic replacement, and the main brush is very inconvenient to change to current product, and it is very long consuming time. In addition, the main brush lifting mechanism of the existing product is arranged on one side of the main brush device, and the single side of the main brush is stressed, so that the abrasion of the main brush and the rotating shaft is easily aggravated.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problem that the related devices of the existing main brush in the prior art are respectively and directly arranged on a chassis frame to increase the assembly time, the invention provides an integral main brush device for a sweeper, which is of an integral integrated structure and is integrally arranged on the chassis frame.
The device can be integrally arranged on a chassis frame, the complexity of chassis assembly can be reduced, and the assembly time is shortened.
Furthermore, the integral main brush device comprises a frame and a main brush mechanism, wherein the main brush mechanism is arranged on the frame and is arranged on the chassis frame through the frame.
Further, aiming at the problem that the abrasion of the main brush and the rotating shaft is easily aggravated due to the fact that the lifting mechanism of the main brush device in the prior art is arranged on one side of the main brush device and the main brush is stressed on one side, the integral main brush device for the sweeper provided by the invention achieves the integral lifting of the device through the lifting mechanism arranged in the middle of the chassis frame.
In the scheme, the whole lifting of the device is realized through the lifting mechanism arranged in the middle of the chassis frame, and the stress of the main brush device is more balanced.
Further, a specific structure of the lifting mechanism is provided, wherein the lifting mechanism comprises a power part and a transmission part, the power part is mounted on the chassis frame, and the power part is connected with the integral main brush device through the transmission part.
Further, aiming at the problems that in the prior art, the bristles of the main brush are in contact friction with the ground for a long time, are easy to wear and need to be replaced periodically, and the conventional main brush is inconvenient to replace and consumes a long time, the integrated main brush device is improved into a structure that the integrated main brush device comprises a frame and a main brush mechanism, one end, located on a main brush rotating shaft on the driven side, of the main brush mechanism is integrated on a detachable integrated main brush sealing plate, and the main brush sealing plate is connected with the rest parts of the frame.
The one end integration that the main brush of main brush mechanism lies in the main brush pivot of driven one side in above-mentioned scheme is on the integral main brush shrouding of a detachable, and when changing, can dismantle by main brush shrouding, will mainly brush the structure from one side and take out and install, will very big reduction the degree of difficulty that the main brush was changed.
In addition, the main brush seal plate may be bolted to the remainder of the frame.

As shown in fig. 1 to 6, there is provided a structure of an integrated main brush assembly for a sweeper truck in an embodiment in which a main brush, a main brush rotating shaft, a main brush motor, etc. are integrated into one integrated main brush assembly. The device can be integrally installed on a chassis frame, the complexity of chassis assembly can be reduced, and the assembly time is shortened.
Meanwhile, the integral main brush device achieves the integral lifting of the device through a lifting mechanism arranged in the middle of a chassis frame, and the stress of the main brush device is more balanced.
In addition, the driven shaft one end of main brush is integrated as an integral shrouding, very big reduction the degree of difficulty that main brush was changed.
In a preferred embodiment, the integrated main brush device 1 is composed of a frame and a main brush mechanism;
the frame comprises a right vertical plate 1-1, a left vertical plate 1-2, a front dust baffle plate 1-3, a rotating shaft sleeve 1-4, a lifting mechanism reinforcing beam 1-5, a main brush seal plate 1-14 and a rear dust baffle plate 1-15; wherein the right vertical plate 1-1 is provided with a rotating shaft hole 1-1-1, a guide pin 1-1-2 and a limiting block 1-1-3, and the corresponding position on the left vertical plate 1-2 also comprises the components; the lifting mechanism reinforcing beam 1-5 comprises a lifting lug 1-5-1.
The main brush mechanism comprises a main brush motor 1-6, a belt wheel 1-7, a belt 1-8, a main brush 1-9, a main brush bearing seat 1-10, a mounting bolt 1-11, a bearing 1-12 and a main brush rotating shaft 1-13.
The chassis frame 2 comprises a chassis frame 2-1, a rotating shaft pin 2-2, a guide groove 2-3, a limiting support 2-4, a lifting mechanism support 2-5 and a motor support 2-6, wherein the rotating shaft pin 2-2, the guide groove 2-3 and the limiting support 2-4 are respectively provided with one set at the left and the right of the chassis frame 2-1.
The lifting mechanism 3 comprises a motor 3-1, a chain 3-2, a chain gear 3-3 and an air spring 3-4.
In a preferred embodiment of the method of the invention,
the frame structure is formed by welding a right vertical plate 1-1, a left vertical plate 1-2, a front dust baffle plate 1-3, a rotating shaft sleeve 1-4, a lifting mechanism reinforcing beam 1-5, a main brush seal plate 1-14 and a rear dust baffle plate 1-15;
the right vertical plate 1-1 and the left vertical plate 1-2 are arranged on the left side and the right side of the device, and the vertical plates are respectively provided with a rotating shaft hole 1-1-1 which can be inserted with a shaft pin to serve as a reference for the integral rotation of the device; the vertical plate is simultaneously welded with a guide pin 1-1-2 and a limiting block 1-1-3, which respectively play a role in guiding and limiting when the device rotates; the rotating shaft sleeve 1-4 is of a tubular structure, a rotating shaft can penetrate through the middle of the rotating shaft sleeve, and the rotating shaft sleeve is welded between the right vertical plate 1-1 and the left vertical plate 1-2 and is connected with the rotating shaft holes 1-1-1 on the two sides; the front dust guard plate 1-3 and the rear dust guard plate 1-15 are welded between the vertical plates at the two sides and form a semi-closed structure with the vertical plates, wherein the front dust guard plate 1-3 is of an arc structure and is arranged on the front side and the upper side of the main brush, the rear dust guard plate 1-5 is arranged on the rear side of the main brush, the front dust guard plate and the rear dust guard plate mainly play a role in shielding dust, the lower part and the rear part of the integral structure are open, the dust and garbage are conveniently cleaned and collected from the ground by the main brush, and the garbage is lifted by the rotating main brush and enters the garbage storage device through the opening at the rear part; the lifting mechanism reinforcing beam 1-5 is of a beam structure, is welded between vertical plates at two sides, is arranged at the front side of the integral structure and plays a role of reinforcing the structure, and meanwhile, 2 lifting lugs 1-5-1 are welded in the middle of the beam and can be connected with a lifting device; the main brush close board 1-14 is located at the left side of the frame structure, and forms a frame together with other parts, and is fixed on the left vertical board 1-2 through the mounting bolt 1-11, and the main brush rotating shaft and other mechanisms are mounted on the main brush close board through the bolt.
The main brush mechanism comprises a main brush motor 1-6, a belt wheel 1-7, a belt 1-8, a main brush 1-9, a main brush bearing seat 1-10, a mounting bolt 1-11, a bearing 1-12, a main brush rotating shaft 1-13 and the like. The main brush motor 1-6 is arranged on the inner side of the right vertical plate 1-1 and is fixed through a mounting bolt 1-11, the output shaft end of the main brush motor is provided with a belt wheel 1-7, and the end part of the main brush motor is fixed through the mounting bolt 1-11. The bearings 1-12 are arranged in the main brush bearing seats 1-10, the main brush rotating shafts 1-13 are inserted into the bearings, then belt wheels 1-7 are arranged at one ends of the outer sides of the main brush rotating shafts and fixed through mounting bolts 1-11, and finally the main brush bearing seats 1-10 are integrally arranged on the right vertical plate 1-1 and fixed through the mounting bolts 1-11. The main brush 1-9 is inserted from the left side below the device and is firstly installed with one end of the inner side of the main brush rotating shaft 1-13 on the right side, and the main brush 1-9 is installed between the two vertical plates 1-1 and 1-2. The left side of the main brush is also provided with bearings 1-12 which are arranged in bearing seats 1-10 of the main brush, then main brush rotating shafts 1-13 are inserted and fixed by mounting bolts 1-11, then the main brush bearing seats 1-10 are integrally arranged on main brush seal plates 1-14 and fixed by mounting bolts 1-11, finally the main brush seal plates 1-14 are integrally arranged on a left vertical plate 1-2 and fixed by mounting bolts 1-11, and one end of the inner side of the main brush rotating shaft 1-13 of the side is inserted into the left end of the main brush 1-9 during installation.
When the main brush motor 1-6 works, the belt wheel 1-7 on the output shaft is driven to rotate, the other belt wheel 1-7 is driven to rotate through the belt 1-8, and the main brush 1-9 is driven to rotate through the main brush rotating shaft 1-13, so that the cleaning function is realized. When the main brush needs to be replaced, the main brush 1-9 can be detached for replacement only by integrally detaching the main brush seal plates 1-14.
The integrated main brush device 1 is mounted on a chassis frame 2. The chassis frame 2 mainly comprises a chassis frame 2-1, the integral main brush device 1 is arranged inside the lower portion of the chassis frame, and the rotating pin 2-2 penetrates through the rotating shaft sleeve 1-4, so that the integral main brush device 1 can rotate around the rotating pin 2-2. The two sides of the frame are respectively provided with a guide groove 2-3, a guide pin 1-1-2 of the device 1 is inserted into the guide grooves, and the guide pins move in the guide grooves when the device rotates, so that the guide function is realized. Two sides of the chassis frame 1-2 are welded with limiting brackets 2-4, bolts 1-11 are arranged on the limiting brackets, and the length of each bolt is adjusted to enable the bolt to be in contact with limiting blocks 1-1-3 of the device 1, so that the device 1 is limited. A lifting mechanism support 2-5 is welded at the lower part of the middle part of the chassis frame 2-1, and a lifting mechanism 3 is arranged on the lifting mechanism support.
The lifting mechanism 3 is arranged below the middle part of the chassis frame 2, wherein a motor 3-1 is fixed on a motor support 2-6, the motor support 2-6 is arranged on the chassis frame 2, the output end is connected with a chain 3-2, and the chain is connected with a lifting lug 1-5-1 of the lower device 1 by bypassing a chain gear 3-3. It should be noted that the motor 3-1 is a push rod motor, and an output shaft thereof makes telescopic motion.
When the motor 3-1 works, the output end is extended or shortened, and the device 1 is driven to ascend and descend by the chain 3-2. One end of a gas spring 3-4 is arranged on a lifting mechanism support 2-5 of the chassis frame 2, the other end of the gas spring is arranged on a lifting lug 1-5-1 of the device 1, and a lifting mechanism reinforcing beam 1-5 applies downward force to the device 1, so that the main brush can be tightly attached to the ground when in work, and the main brush device cannot vibrate up and down when being lifted.
