Abstract

本发明公开了一种新颖大豆肽纺织面料及其制备方法,其将纺织面料在后整理工序中放入组合物溶液中浸泡,烘干定型;所述组合物溶液以重量份计包括:大豆肽3‑5份、椰子油10‑15份、水解珍珠粉30‑40份、玻尿酸3‑5份、睡莲提取物20‑35份、水余量。本发明所制得的大豆肽纺织面料可有效抗衰美肌,补水修复,有效减少皱纹色斑,令皮肤得到深层滋养,水嫩光滑。

技术领域
本发明涉及护肤保健技术领域,更具体的说是涉及一种大豆肽纺织面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着时代发展,人们对贴身近肤的纺织面料舒适度的要求日益提高,同时快节奏的生活,巨大的生存压力,令许多现代人的皮肤得不到良好的护理保养,紫外线侵害、睡眠不足、过度劳累等都会加重皮肤的老化,皮肤老化会出现皮肤弹力纤维减少,黯淡无光,色素沉着,缺水起皱,诱发色斑形成等问题。
目前对于皮肤保养多采用护肤品涂抹式的方法,而将皮肤护理应用到长期接触皮肤的近肤贴身纺织品上的研究却没有得到重视和发展。
因此,提供一种安全有效,健康养护皮肤的大豆肽纺织面料及其制备方法是本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种大豆肽纺织面料及其制备方法。该大豆肽纺织面料可有效抗衰美肌,补水修复,有效减少皱纹色斑,改善皮肤暗沉,令皮肤得到深层滋养,水嫩光滑。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种大豆肽纺织面料,将纺织面料在后整理工序中放入组合物溶液中浸泡,烘干定型;所述组合物溶液包括:大豆肽、椰子油、水解珍珠粉、玻尿酸、睡莲提取物、水。
优选的,所述组合物溶液以重量份计包括:大豆肽3-5份、椰子油10-15份、水解珍珠粉30-40份、玻尿酸3-5份、睡莲提取物20-35份、水余量。
一种大豆肽纺织面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称量:根据配方比例称取大豆肽、椰子油、水解珍珠粉、玻尿酸、睡莲提取物备用;
(2)预混:将水解珍珠粉、睡莲提取物混合均匀,加水制成溶液;
(3)总混:向步骤(2)所得溶液中加入椰子油、大豆肽、玻尿酸混合得到组合物溶液;
(4)浸泡:将纺织面料浸入步骤(3)所得组合物溶液中,液面完全没过纺织面料,浸泡,脱水,烘干定型得到大豆肽纺织面料。
优选的,所述步骤(4)中浸泡时间为40-50min。
优选的,所述纺织面料为近肤贴身纺织品,包括服装、床单、被套、被子,家庭日用纺织品。
值得说明的是,本发明公开的组合物溶液的原料是通过科学的依据进行筛选,有机结合,并根据合理配伍,而不是根据单一原料的功效进行的简单叠加,各原料的具体功效如下:
大豆肽是将大分子的大豆蛋白质,利用生物技术酶分解成由2到10个氨基酸组成的小分子片段,富含22种氨基酸,其中包含人体不能合成的必须氨基酸。大豆蛋白水解后能够活肤,抗衰老的作用;同时能保持皮肤水分,有保湿功能。
椰子油中含有丰富的抗氧化剂,可防止引起皮肤老化的自由基的形成,修复干燥肌肤,保持肌肤弹性和水分,椰子油含有两种食物中强大的抗菌成份-癸酸和月桂酸,能作为肌肤的天然屏障,对抗引致敏感和湿疹的害菌。椰子油当中的维他命E可以确保正常的皮脂分泌,令皮肤更健康。
水解珍珠粉是能溶于水的珍珠粉,保留了珍珠原质含量,将珍珠成分中的不溶性物质转为可溶性物质,提高吸收率,水解珍珠粉中含有亮氨酸、蛋氨酸、丙氨酸等十多种氨基酸,具有镇心安神、消除紧张疲劳的功效。
玻尿酸具有除皱、补水、保湿、填充塑形的功效,玻尿酸大量存在于人体结缔组织及真皮层中,是一种透明的胶状物质,玻尿酸中的胶原蛋白可以很好的将皮肤中褶皱进行填充平整,能够淡化脸部中的鱼尾纹、嘴角纹;玻尿酸本身含有较为丰富的保湿因子,令肌肤保持水嫩、充盈的状态。
睡莲提取物具有多种氨基酸,以及生物碱,以及硒、铁等多种微量元素和维生素,其富含植物雌性激素、花青素苷等生物活性物质;睡莲提取物有较强的抑菌作用,其中丝素蛋白有良好的透湿性、缓释型,睡莲提取物中的多种糖类、醇类能够保湿,黄酮能够抑制皮肤衰老,细胞退化,具有强抗氧化作用,黄酮以及多酚等活性成分能令肌肤白暂剔透,具有美白效果。
经由上述的技术方案可知,与现有技术相比,本发明公开提供了一种大豆肽纺织面料及其制备方法,该大豆肽纺织面料将生物精粹复合配方的组合物溶液浸泡近肤贴身的纺织面料,滋养皮肤,保湿美白,减缓衰老,促进肌肤脂质和玻尿酸生成,全天候深层修复,有效减少皱纹色斑,皮肤暗沉,焕发新生年轻态,外部修复重获新生,令皮肤水嫩光滑,皱纹减少,重现皮肤年轻状态,改善代谢循环,达到抗衰美肌的效果。

本发明实施例涉及的原料来源没有限定,可通过市售方式获得。
实施例1
一种大豆肽纺织面料,将纺织面料在后整理工序中放入组合物溶液中浸泡、脱水,烘干定型;所述组合物溶液以重量份计包括:大豆肽3份、椰子油10份、水解珍珠粉30份、玻尿酸3份、睡莲提取物20份、水余量。
实施例2
一种大豆肽纺织面料,将纺织面料在后整理工序中放入组合物溶液中浸泡、脱水,烘干定型;所述组合物溶液以重量份计包括:大豆肽4份、椰子油13份、水解珍珠粉35份、玻尿酸4份、睡莲提取物28份、水余量。
实施例3
一种大豆肽纺织面料,将纺织面料在后整理工序中放入组合物溶液中浸泡、脱水,烘干定型;所述组合物溶液以重量份计包括:大豆肽5份、椰子油15份、水解珍珠粉40份、玻尿酸5份、睡莲提取物35份、水余量。
实施例4
一种大豆肽纺织面料,将纺织面料在后整理工序中放入组合物溶液中浸泡、脱水,烘干定型;所述组合物溶液以重量份计包括:大豆肽5份、椰子油14份、水解珍珠粉36份、玻尿酸5份、睡莲提取物31份、水余量。
实施例5
一种大豆肽纺织面料,将纺织面料在后整理工序中放入组合物溶液中浸泡、脱水、烘干定型;所述组合物溶液以重量份计包括:大豆肽4份、椰子油11份、水解珍珠粉33份、玻尿酸3份、睡莲提取物24份、水余量。
挑选50名志愿者接受测试:志愿者年龄为18-50岁的女性,混合肤质,测试前手臂受试部位皮肤的含水量基础值相当,测试阶段中,手臂测试部位不进行医疗美容也无其他护肤产品干扰。将实施例1-5所得大豆肽纺织面料做成弹性腕带,并将没有浸泡过组合物溶液的同材质纺织面料做弹性腕带作为对照组一同供给志愿者佩戴,并在佩戴后0.5h,1h,3h,6h进行肌肤测试,并每天佩戴6h,在佩戴7天,15天,28天后进行肌肤检测。
经过0.5h,1h,3h,6h进行肌肤测试,志愿者受试部位皮肤的角质层含水量根据实施例1-5的平均值依次为原基础含水量的101.7%、102.1%、102.3%、102.6%,对照组所测含水量为原基础含水量的99.8%。说明短暂包覆本发明实施例所制得的大豆肽纺织面料具有保湿功效。
在佩戴7天,15天,28天后进行肌肤检测,实施例1-5所得肌肤含水量的平均值为原基础含水量的102.3%。对照组维持原基础含水量。观察受试部位的肌肤美白程度与测试前肌肤均有了较大的改善,皮肤呈现细腻光滑水嫩的状态。

1.一种大豆肽纺织面料,其特征在于,将纺织面料在后整理工序中放入组合物溶液中浸泡,烘干定型;所述组合物溶液包括:大豆肽、椰子油、水解珍珠粉、玻尿酸、睡莲提取物、水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种大豆肽纺织面料,其特征在于,所述组合物溶液以重量份计包括:大豆肽3-5份、椰子油10-15份、水解珍珠粉30-40份、玻尿酸3-5份、睡莲提取物20-35份、水余量。
3.根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的一种大豆肽纺织面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)称量:根据配方比例称取大豆肽、椰子油、水解珍珠粉、玻尿酸、睡莲提取物备用;
(2)预混:将水解珍珠粉、睡莲提取物混合均匀,加水制成溶液;
(3)总混:向步骤(2)所得溶液中加入椰子油、大豆肽、玻尿酸混合得到组合物溶液;
(4)浸泡:将纺织面料浸入步骤(3)所得组合物溶液中,液面完全没过纺织面料,浸泡,脱水,烘干定型得到大豆肽纺织面料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种大豆肽纺织面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中浸泡时间为40-50min。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种大豆肽纺织面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述纺织面料为近肤贴身纺织品,包括服装、床单、被套、被子,家庭日用纺织品。
