In this embodiment, the centrifugal valve 5 includes a valve core 51 movably mounted in the inner concave portion 4 and correspondingly sealing the water outlet 50 at an initial position; an elastic member 52 clamped between the valve core 51 and the concave portion 4 to restrict the movement of the valve core 51 and provide a force for returning the valve core 51 to an initial position; the counterweight 53 is connected with the valve core 53 through a connecting structure, so that the valve core 51 is pulled to move and the water outlet 50 is opened under the action of centrifugal force after the rotating speed of the inner cylinder 3 reaches a set value.
In this embodiment, the weight 53 is connected to the valve core 51 through a connecting rod 54, and the middle of the connecting rod 54 is hinged to the concave portion 4, so that the weight 53 and the valve core 51 rotate around the hinged portion. Preferably, the link 54 is hinged near the end connected to the valve core 51 to increase the torque effect of the weight 53 and thus the toggle force on the valve core 51.
In this embodiment, the elastic element 52 extends along the radial direction of the inner cylinder 3, and two ends of the elastic element are respectively connected with the valve core 51 and the inner concave portion 4, so that the valve core 51 is subjected to the centrifugal force to generate the telescopic movement along the radial direction of the inner cylinder 3, and further correspondingly open or close the water outlet 50 on the inner concave portion 4. In this embodiment, the elastic member 52 is any conventional component that can provide elastic force, such as a spring, a pneumatic cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, etc.
Example two
As shown in fig. 4, the present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that: the inner cylinder 3 is provided with a mounting plate 7 for covering the opening of the hollow groove 40, and the mounting plate 7 is provided with an opening 70 for guiding the drainage flowing into the hollow groove 40.
Preferably, in this embodiment, at least one ring of sealing ring is provided at the joint of the outer periphery of the mounting plate 7 and the inner cylinder 3, so that the mounting plate is tightly fastened to the opening of the hollow groove, and the water drained from the inner cylinder 4 flows into the hollow groove 40 and then only flows out from the opening 70.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the water outlet 50 is disposed at the second side of the inner concave portion 4 and near the joint with the inner tub 3, so as to dispose the water outlet 50 as close to the inner tub 3 as possible, thereby ensuring that all the water flowing along the inner wall of the inner tub 3 due to the centrifugal force is discharged from the water outlet 50, and further reducing the residual water in the inner tub 3 of the washing machine.
In this embodiment, the centrifugal valve 5 includes a valve core 51 movably mounted in the inner concave portion 4, and correspondingly sealing the water outlet at an initial position; an elastic member 52 clamped between the valve core 51 and the mounting plate 7 to limit the movement of the valve core 51 and provide an acting force for returning the valve core 51 to an initial position; when the rotational speed of the inner cylinder 3 reaches a set value, the valve body 51 moves by its own weight due to centrifugal force to open the drain port 50.
In this embodiment, the elastic element 52 extends along the radial direction of the inner cylinder 3, and both ends of the elastic element are respectively connected with the valve core 51 and the mounting plate 7, so that the valve core 51 is subjected to the centrifugal force to generate the telescopic movement along the radial direction of the inner cylinder 3, and further correspondingly open or close the water outlet 50 on the inner concave part 4. Of course, in order to provide the valve core with the return elastic force, the elastic element 52 can be clamped between the valve core 51 and the concave part 4, and the purpose of controlling the valve core to return to the closed drain port can be achieved.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A washing machine characterized by: the inner barrel of the washing machine is a closed container after the opening is buckled by the door cover and during washing, an inward concave part which is sunken inwards is arranged on the inner barrel, a water outlet which is communicated with the inside of the inner barrel is arranged on the inward concave part, and a valve for controlling the opening and closing of the water outlet is arranged in the inward concave part.
2. The washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inner recess forms a hollow groove at an outer wall side of the inner tub, a side of the hollow groove facing an outside of the inner tub is opened, and drain water flowing into the hollow groove flows out from the opened side.
3. The washing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the inner tub is provided with a mounting plate covering an opening of the hollow tub, the mounting plate being provided with an opening for guiding out drain water flowing into the hollow tub;
preferably, the joint of the periphery of the mounting plate and the inner cylinder is provided with at least one circle of sealing ring, so that the mounting plate is sealed and buckled at the opening of the hollow groove.

A washing machine according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the concave portion is provided at a side wall of the inner tub, the concave portion is provided to protrude in an axial direction of the inner tub, and the concave portion extends for a certain length in the axial direction of the inner tub;
preferably, the concave part is formed by profiling on the side wall of the inner cylinder;
preferably, the inner concave part is provided with a plurality of water outlets which are sequentially arranged along the extending direction.

The washing machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein the two sides of the concave portion are a first side and a second side sequentially arranged along the rotation direction of the inner drum, the first side and the second side are respectively inclined planes inclined with a certain included angle with the radial direction of the inner drum, and the extending ends of the first side and the second side are connected; the included angle between the first side and the radial direction of the inner cylinder is smaller than the included angle between the second side and the radial direction of the inner cylinder;
preferably, the junction of the two sides of the concave part is provided with a smooth transition chamfer.
6. The washing machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein the drain port is provided at a first side of the concave portion at a position where the drain port meets the inner cylindrical wall;
or the water outlet is arranged at the second side of the concave part and close to the joint with the inner cylinder wall.
7. A washing machine as claimed in claim 4 wherein the inner drum has a plurality of identical indentations in the side wall thereof, each of the indentations being arranged symmetrically at equal angular intervals about the axis of the inner drum;
preferably, the side wall of the inner cylinder is provided with a plurality of groups of concave parts, and the concave parts in each group are same in shape and are symmetrically arranged at equal intervals at an angle around the axis of the inner cylinder.
8. A washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein the valve comprises,
the valve core is movably arranged in the concave part and correspondingly seals the water outlet at the initial position;
the elastic piece is clamped between the valve core and the concave part, or the inner cylinder wall, or the mounting plate so as to limit the movement of the valve core and provide acting force for the valve core to reset to the initial position;
after the rotating speed of the inner cylinder reaches a set value, the valve core moves and opens the water outlet under the action of centrifugal force by using self weight.
9. A washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein the valve comprises,
the valve core is movably arranged in the concave part and correspondingly seals the water outlet at the initial position;
the elastic piece is clamped between the valve core and the concave part, or the inner cylinder wall, or the mounting plate so as to limit the movement of the valve core and provide acting force for the valve core to reset to the initial position;
the balancing weight is connected with the valve core through a connecting structure so as to pull the valve core to move and open the water outlet under the action of centrifugal force after the rotating speed of the inner cylinder reaches a set value;
preferably, the balancing weight is connected with the valve core through a connecting rod, and the middle part of the connecting rod is hinged with the inner concave part, so that the balancing weight and the valve core rotate and move around the hinged part.
10. A washing machine as claimed in claim 8 or 9, wherein the resilient member extends radially of the inner drum, one end of the resilient member being connected to the valve core and the other end being connected to the recess.
