In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the second detecting assembly 33 includes a plurality of infrared alarms, the infrared alarms are horizontally and fixedly installed in the middle of the rack 31, and the infrared alarms are uniformly distributed on the rack 31. In this embodiment, when the device is used, the fourth detecting element detects the position of the crown block main body 32 in real time and transmits a signal to the controller, when the first detecting assembly 22 or the second detecting assembly 33 detects that a person illegally operates and extends the body of the crown block main body onto the electroplating production line 2 beyond the rack 31, the controller can know the position of an illegal operator according to the position of the first detecting assembly 22 or the second detecting assembly 33 which gives an alarm, then can know the position of the crown block main body 32 according to the position of the fourth detecting element which detects the crown block main body 32, when the distance between the person and the crown block main body 32 is long, the person falls back to a safety zone in time after hearing the alarm, at this time, the illegal person cannot be detected by the first detecting assembly 22 or the second detecting assembly 33, the first detecting assembly 22 or the second detecting assembly 33 stops giving the alarm and transmits the signal to the controller, the crown block main body 32 continues to move as usual, when the distance between the crown block main body 32 and the personnel is too close, the personnel do not have enough time to evacuate, or the personnel do not timely evacuate to a safety zone after hearing an alarm, namely, the first detection component 22 or the second detection component 33 always detect the illegal personnel, the controller sends a signal to the crown block main body 32, the crown block main body 32 stops moving, the personnel are prevented from being damaged by the crown block 3, and the safety of the electroplating production line 2 is improved.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, 5 and 6, the electroplating line 2 further comprises a rinsing bath 23 and a plating bath 24:

In this embodiment, when in use, the crown block 3 places a product to be washed in the washing tank 23, so that the hole of the product and the washing component 231 are located on the same horizontal line, so that the washing component 231 washes the hole of the product, and the impurities in the hole are washed clean, and compared with the conventional method in which the impurities in the hole are removed only by vibration generated when the product moves, the impurities in the hole of the product are removed, so that the product is ensured not to remain in the hole, and the quality of the product is improved; when the equipment starts to operate, the controller sends a signal to the first electromagnetic valve 243, the first electromagnetic valve 243 controls the water inlet pipe 2312 of the electroplating pool 24 to start to inject water into the electroplating pool 24, the water level detector 242 detects the water level height in the electroplating pool 24 in real time, when the water level reaches a preset value, the water level detector 242 sends a signal to the controller, the controller sends a corresponding signal to the first electromagnetic valve 243, and the first electromagnetic valve 243 controls the water inlet pipe 2312 of the electroplating pool 24 to stop injecting water into the electroplating pool 24, so that the intelligent management of water inlet, water level detection and water stop of the electroplating pool 24 is realized, manual operation and detection are not needed, and a large amount of labor cost is saved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the flushing assembly 231 includes a plurality of spray pipes 2311, a water inlet pipe 2312, a second electromagnetic valve 2313 and a fifth detecting element 2314, the plurality of spray pipes 2311 are uniformly and fixedly installed on the inner wall surface of the flushing tank 23, the water inlet pipe 2312 is fixedly installed above the spray pipes 2311, the spray pipes 2311 are connected with the water inlet pipe 2312, the electromagnetic valve is fixedly installed on the water inlet pipe 2312, the fifth detecting element 2314 is fixedly installed on the upper end of the inner wall surface of the flushing tank 23, and a plurality of nozzles 2315 are uniformly arranged on the spray pipes 2311. In this embodiment, when in use, the crown block 3 places the product into the washing tank 23, the fifth detecting element 2314 detects whether the crown block 3 places the product into the washing tank 23 in real time, after it is detected that the product has entered the washing tank 23, the fifth detecting element 2314 sends a signal to the controller, the controller sends a corresponding signal to the second electromagnetic valve 2313, the second electromagnetic valve 2313 controls the water inlet pipe 2312 to supply water to the water spray pipe 2311, the nozzle 2315 starts spraying water, since the nozzle 2315 is located at the same horizontal line as the hole on the product, it is ensured that the water sprayed from the nozzle 2315 can sufficiently clean the product, the quality of the product is ensured, at this time, the fifth detecting element 2314 always detects the presence of the product, and when the product is cleaned, the crown block 3 drives the product to leave the cleaning tank, at this time, the fifth detecting element 2314 cannot detect the product, the fifth detecting element 2314 sends a signal to the controller, the controller sends a corresponding signal to the second electromagnetic valve 2313, and the second electromagnetic valve 2313 controls the water inlet pipe 2312 to stop supplying water, so that resource waste is avoided.
