本发明涉及纺织领域,公开了一种透气吸水的面料及其制造工艺,其包括基底层(1)和外包层(2),基底层(1)为具有弹性的网格尼龙层,外包层(2)为棉麻透气层,还包括位于基底层(1)和外包层(2)之间的吸水层(3),吸水层(3)包括吸水纤维线组成的吸水纤维块(31)和吸水纤维条(32),吸水纤维块(31)的上表面粘贴在外包层(2)上,吸水纤维块(31)有多个且均匀分布在外包层(2)上,吸水纤维块(31)之间通过吸水纤维条(32)连接,吸水纤维条(32)与基底层(1)连接。本发明通过吸水层的设计,实现了面料的吸水透气性能,此外,本申请的制造工艺成本低、量化生产率高。

Description

一种透气吸水的面料及其制造工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织领域,尤其涉及了一种透气吸水的面料及其制造工艺。
背景技术
随着科技技术的进步与人们生活质量的提升,人们对着装的消费理念转为健康与舒适,从而使得面料的吸水透气性作为理想服装面料的性能之一,成为消费者和制造商共同关注的热点。具有吸水透气性的服装面料应当能最大限度地吸收人体散发的湿气和汗水,并将其迅速传递和扩散,使肌肤保持清洁与干爽,从而提高服装的穿着舒适性能。尤其是在夏季高温、高湿的气候条件下,人们剧烈运动时会大量出汗,使得皮肤表面的汗液难以排出,造成闷热感;而当人体停止出汗时,面料放湿较慢,面料中的水分挤走了内部的空气,使得面料的保温性降低,进而造成皮肤表面的湿冷感,因此大大降低了织物的服用舒适性。因此,具有良好吸水透气性能的服装面料己成为服装消费市场的普遍需求。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中的缺点,提供了一种透气吸水的面料及其制造工艺。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:
一种透气吸水的面料,包括基底层和外包层,基底层为具有弹性的网格尼龙层,外包层为棉麻透气层,还包括位于基底层和外包层之间的吸水层,吸水层包括吸水纤维线组成的吸水纤维块和吸水纤维条,吸水纤维块的上表面粘贴在外包层上,吸水纤维块有多个且均匀分布在外包层上,吸水纤维块之间通过吸水纤维条连接,吸水纤维条与基底层连接。
作为优选,相邻两块吸水纤维块的侧边通过吸水纤维条连接,吸水纤维块为三边形结构,六块吸水纤维块构成一个吸水纤维组,每个吸水纤维组内的吸水纤维块圆周分布并侧边对应围成六边形结构,连接同一个吸水纤维组内的吸水纤维块的吸水纤维条定义为内纤维条,连接不同吸水纤维组中吸水纤维块的吸水纤维条定位为外纤维条,当吸水纤维块吸水后,内纤维条的长度是其连接的两吸水纤维块之间间隙的2~3.5倍,外纤维条的长度是其连接的两吸水纤维块之间间隙的1~1.5倍。
作为优选,外纤维条外设有热熔塑料片,加热后的热熔塑料片融化并带动吸水层粘贴在基底层上。
作为优选,吸水纤维块上均设有透气孔,透气孔位于吸水纤维块的中心。
作为优选,透气孔的直径为吸水纤维块边长的15%~35%。
作为优选,吸水纤维块上均设有支撑环,支撑环为软质塑料环,支撑环与透气孔同轴设置并位于透气孔外。
一种透气吸水的面料的制造工艺,其步骤包括:
1)将含氰基、酰胺基、酯基、羧酸基、磺酸钠基等乙稀基的不饱和单体中的一种或几种作为共聚单位体,将上述共聚单位体溶解到有机溶剂中配成均匀的分散溶液;
2)分散溶液通过干法或湿法纺丝,制成高吸水性纤维;
3)准备模具片,模具片上设有相互连接的吸水纤维块槽和吸水纤维条槽,将模具片放置在外包层上;
4)通过喷枪将步骤2)中制备的高吸水性纤维喷洒在模具片上;
5)剥离模具片,高吸水性纤维通过吸水纤维块槽和吸水纤维条槽形成粘贴外包层(2)上的吸水纤维块和吸水纤维条;
6)在吸水纤维块上中放置支撑环;
7)在吸水纤维条上放置热熔塑料片;
8)往上铺设一层基底层,通过热夹板进行加热压制并得到成品面料;
9)将步骤8)中的成品面料的外包层一侧喷洒有机溶剂,并使吸水纤维块的表层溶解并融入外包层中;
10)通过清水冲洗有机溶剂并晒干存放。
作为优选,有机溶剂包括硫氰酸钠水溶液、二甲基甲酸胺、丙酮等。
作为优选,步骤2)中的湿法纺丝中,将共聚单位体挤入含有丙酮的凝固浴中,制得吸水能力为10g(水)/g(纤维)、吸盐水能力为10g(盐水)/g(纤维)的高吸水性纤维素纤维。
本发明由于采用了以上技术方案,具有显著的技术效果:通过吸水层的设计,实现了面料的吸水透气性能,此外,本申请的制造工艺成本低、量化生产率高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
一种透气吸水的面料,如图所示,包括基底层1和外包层2,基底层1为具有弹性的网格尼龙层,外包层2为棉麻透气层,还包括位于基底层1和外包层2之间的吸水层3,吸水层3包括吸水纤维线组成的吸水纤维块31和吸水纤维条32,吸水纤维块31的上表面粘贴在外包层2上,吸水纤维块31有多个且均匀分布在外包层2上,吸水纤维块31之间通过吸水纤维条32连接,吸水纤维条32与基底层1连接。
相邻两块吸水纤维块31的侧边通过吸水纤维条32连接,吸水纤维块31为三边形结构,六块吸水纤维块31构成一个吸水纤维组,每个吸水纤维组内的吸水纤维块31圆周分布并侧边对应围成六边形结构,连接同一个吸水纤维组内的吸水纤维块31的吸水纤维条32定义为内纤维条321,连接不同吸水纤维组中吸水纤维块31的吸水纤维条32定位为外纤维条322,当吸水纤维块31吸水后,内纤维条321的长度是其连接的两吸水纤维块31之间间隙的2~3.5倍,外纤维条322的长度是其连接的两吸水纤维块31之间间隙的1~1.5倍。
本申请通过吸水层3对使用者的汗液进行吸取,防止汗液带着面料贴在使用者皮肤表面,当吸水层3吸水后,内纤维条321拱起并减小面料与使用者皮肤之间的接触面积,增加气体的流通,加快面料的干燥。
外纤维条322外设有热熔塑料片323,加热后的热熔塑料片323融化并带动吸水层3粘贴在基底层1上。
吸水纤维块31上均设有透气孔311,透气孔311位于吸水纤维块31的中心。
透气孔311的直径为吸水纤维块31边长的15%~35%。
吸水纤维块31上均设有支撑环312,支撑环312为软质塑料环,支撑环312与透气孔311同轴设置并位于透气孔311外。通过支撑环312的设置能防止吸水纤维块31在使用过程中的变形。
一种透气吸水的面料的制造工艺,其步骤包括:
1)将含氰基、酰胺基、酯基、羧酸基、磺酸钠基等乙稀基的不饱和单体中的一种或几种作为共聚单位体,将上述共聚单位体溶解到有机溶剂中配成均匀的分散溶液;
2)分散溶液通过干法或湿法纺丝,制成高吸水性纤维;
3)准备模具片,模具片上设有相互连接的吸水纤维块槽和吸水纤维条槽,将模具片放置在外包层2上;
4)通过喷枪将步骤2)中制备的高吸水性纤维喷洒在模具片上;
5)剥离模具片,高吸水性纤维通过吸水纤维块槽和吸水纤维条槽形成粘贴外包层2上的吸水纤维块31和吸水纤维条32;
6)在吸水纤维块31上中放置支撑环312;
7)在吸水纤维条32上放置热熔塑料片323;
8)往上铺设一层基底层1,通过热夹板进行加热压制并得到成品面料;
9)将步骤8)中的成品面料的外包层2一侧喷洒有机溶剂,并使吸水纤维块31的表层溶解并融入外包层2中;
10)通过清水冲洗有机溶剂并晒干存放。
有机溶剂包括硫氰酸钠水溶液、二甲基甲酸胺、丙酮等。
步骤2)中的湿法纺丝中,将共聚单位体挤入含有丙酮的凝固浴中,制得吸水能力为10g(水)/g(纤维)、吸盐水能力为10g(盐水)/g(纤维)的高吸水性纤维素纤维。

1.一种透气吸水的面料,包括基底层(1)和外包层(2),其特征在于:基底层(1)为具有弹性的网格尼龙层,外包层(2)为棉麻透气层,还包括位于基底层(1)和外包层(2)之间的吸水层(3),吸水层(3)包括吸水纤维线组成的吸水纤维块(31)和吸水纤维条(32),吸水纤维块(31)的上表面粘贴在外包层(2)上,吸水纤维块(31)有多个且均匀分布在外包层(2)上,吸水纤维块(31)之间通过吸水纤维条(32)连接,吸水纤维条(32)与基底层(1)连接;相邻两块吸水纤维块(31)的侧边通过吸水纤维条(32)连接,吸水纤维块(31)为三边形结构,六块吸水纤维块(31)构成一个吸水纤维组,每个吸水纤维组内的吸水纤维块(31)圆周分布并侧边对应围成六边形结构,连接同一个吸水纤维组内的吸水纤维块(31)的吸水纤维条(32)定义为内纤维条(321),连接不同吸水纤维组中吸水纤维块(31)的吸水纤维条(32)定位为外纤维条(322),当吸水纤维块(31)吸水后,内纤维条(321)的长度是其连接的两吸水纤维块(31)之间间隙的2~3.5倍,外纤维条(322)的长度是其连接的两吸水纤维块(31)之间间隙的1~1.5倍。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气吸水的面料,其特征在于:外纤维条(322)外设有热熔塑料片(323),加热后的热熔塑料片(323)融化并带动吸水层(3)粘贴在基底层(1)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气吸水的面料,其特征在于:吸水纤维块(31)上均设有透气孔(311),透气孔(311)位于吸水纤维块(31)的中心。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种透气吸水的面料,其特征在于:透气孔(311)的直径为吸水纤维块(31)边长的15%~35%。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种透气吸水的面料,其特征在于:吸水纤维块(31)上均设有支撑环(312),支撑环(312)为软质塑料环,支撑环(312)与透气孔(311)同轴设置并位于透气孔(311)外。
6.一种透气吸水的面料的制造工艺,其特征在于:其步骤包括:
1)将含氰基、酰胺基、酯基、羧酸基、磺酸钠基中的一种或几种乙稀基不饱和单体作为共聚单位体,将上述共聚单位体溶解到有机溶剂中配成均匀的分散溶液;
2)分散溶液通过干法或湿法纺丝,制成高吸水性纤维;
3)准备模具片,模具片上设有相互连接的吸水纤维块槽和吸水纤维条槽,将模具片放置在外包层(2)上;
4)通过喷枪将步骤2)中制备的高吸水性纤维喷洒在模具片上;
5)剥离模具片,高吸水性纤维通过吸水纤维块槽和吸水纤维条槽形成粘贴外包层(2)上的吸水纤维块(31)和吸水纤维条(32);
6)在吸水纤维块(31)上中放置支撑环(312);
7)在吸水纤维条(32)上放置热熔塑料片(323);
8)往上铺设一层基底层(1),通过热夹板进行加热压制并得到成品面料;
9)将步骤8)中的成品面料的外包层(2)一侧喷洒有机溶剂,并使吸水纤维块(31)的表层溶解并融入外包层(2)中;
10)通过清水冲洗有机溶剂并晒干存放。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种透气吸水的面料的制造工艺,其特征在于:有机溶剂包括硫氰酸钠水溶液、二甲基甲酸胺、丙酮。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种透气吸水的面料的制造工艺,其特征在于:步骤2)中的湿法纺丝中,将共聚单位体挤入含有丙酮的凝固浴中,制得高吸水性纤维素纤维,高吸水性纤维素纤维吸水能力为每克纤维可吸取10g水,高吸水性纤维素纤维吸盐水能力为每克纤维可吸取10g盐水。
