4. The melamine veneer for covering profiled substrates as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
the plywood is plywood or medium density fiberboard.
5. The melamine veneer for covering profiled substrates as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
the hot melt adhesive is EVA hot melt adhesive.
6. The manufacturing method of the melamine veneer for coating the special-shaped base material is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
a. compounding a non-woven fabric layer on the bottom surface of an unbent planar standard splint, wherein the standard splint has the length of 2440MM, the width of 1220MM and the thickness of 2.6 MM;
b. compounding a melamine impregnated paper layer on the bottom surface of the non-woven fabric layer;
c. compounding a PET film layer on the bottom surface of the melamine impregnated paper layer;
d. cutting a splint with a preset width on the standard splint according to the base material to be coated;
e. cutting two rubber grooves at preset positions of the top surface of the clamping plate to enable the clamping plate to form a main body part and two bending parts, and forming a protruding part matched with the bending parts on one side of the bottom of each rubber groove by cutting;
f. a core plate is bonded on the top surface of the main body part, and stabilizing glue is arranged on two sides of the core plate;
g. injecting hot melt adhesive into the adhesive groove;
h. bending the bending parts so that the bending parts are correspondingly attached to the side surfaces of the main body part and the top surfaces of the protruding parts, the two bending parts are attached to two sides of the core plate, and the bending parts are perpendicular to the main body part;
i. and cooling the hot melt adhesive to fix the clamping plate and the core plate.
7. The method for manufacturing the melamine veneer for covering the profiled substrate as recited in claim 6, wherein:
the PET film layer is a PET single-layer protective film which can resist the temperature of 60-180 ℃.
8. The method for manufacturing the melamine veneer for covering the profiled substrate as recited in claim 6, wherein:
the plywood is plywood or medium density fiberboard.
9. The method for manufacturing the melamine veneer for covering the profiled substrate as recited in claim 6, wherein:
the hot melt adhesive is EVA hot melt adhesive.
