However, the existing diamond wire saw cannot realize the sequential cooling treatment of the motor box and the wire saw when in use, so that the utilization efficiency of cooling water is low, and the waste of water resources is serious.

The threaded cutting sleeve 12 is installed on one side of the outer portion of the lower supporting wheel 403, the threaded cutting sleeve 12 is fixedly connected with the movable support plate 303 through the fixing block 11, the lower supporting wheel 403 can move up and down according to actual use requirements through sliding of the threaded cutting sleeve 12 on the fixing block 11, and the bottom end of the rope saw 6 is tensioned.
Supporting legs 9 are evenly installed to 1 bottom limit portion one side of fixed bolster, and gyro wheel 8 is installed to 1 bottom opposite side limit portion of fixed bolster, and handrail 10 is installed on 1 top of fixed bolster, can wholly remove the device by gyro wheel 8 through lifting up handrail 10 to can install when fixed by supporting legs 9 and support 1 other limit portion of fixed bolster, it is convenient to make the whole transportation of device use.

then, the driving motor 302 drives the gear 305 to slowly rotate, and the gear 305 is meshed with the serrated plate 304 on the inner wall of the fixed support 1, so that the movable support plate 303 at the bottom end of the motor box 2 slides outside the limit guide rod 301, the distance of the motor box 2 on the fixed support 1 can be adaptively changed according to the deepening of the cutting depth of the rope saw 6, and the stability and reliability of the overall operation of the device are ensured;
meanwhile, the rope saw 6 sleeved at the position of the motor box 2 can be supported and guided by the driving reel 401, the upper supporting wheel 402 and the lower supporting wheel 403, the position of the upper supporting wheel 402 can be changed by the positioning side plate 405 and the supporting arm 406, and the position of the lower supporting wheel 403 can be changed by the fixing block 11 and the threaded clamping sleeve 12, so that the tightness of the stretching of the rope saw 6 when the motor box 2 is driven to cut is ensured;
