In the above patent, the nozzle is of a cylindrical structure, and the plurality of spray holes are circumferentially arranged on the nozzle in a plurality of rows, and are arranged in the axial direction of the nozzle. In order to adjust the spraying range of the water spraying nozzle, a piston is arranged in the water spraying nozzle, and when the water spraying nozzle is used, the number of spraying holes participating in water spraying is adjusted in the axial direction through the movement of the piston, so that the spraying range of the water spraying nozzle in the width direction of the sanitation vehicle is adjusted.
In addition to the sprinkler nozzle of the above-described structure, another structure of the sprinkler nozzle is disclosed in patent specification with publication number CN204922203U and publication date 2015, 12 and 30. The water spraying nozzle comprises a nozzle shell and a sliding valve body, wherein the nozzle shell comprises a water pipe connecting flange, an outer sleeve, a bottom end closing plate and two water retaining vertical plates, a vertical strip hole is formed in the middle pipe wall of the outer sleeve, a rectangular opening is formed in the lower end of the outer sleeve, the rectangular opening and the bottom end closing plate form a flat water outlet (a spraying hole), the two water retaining vertical plates are opposite to each other, the vertical center of the flat water outlet is symmetrically arranged, the horizontal included angle between the two is 120 degrees, water sprayed out of the water spraying nozzle can form fan-shaped water flow, the sliding valve body comprises an inner sleeve, a limiting guide boss, a screw and a butterfly nut, and the limiting guide boss is connected with the vertical strip hole in a sliding mode. The height of the inner sleeve can be adjusted by screwing or unscrewing the butterfly nut, so that the water yield is controlled.

Related researches specially aiming at improving and improving the rear sprinkling uniformity of a road cleaning vehicle are not available in the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a water spraying nozzle for a sanitation vehicle, which aims to solve the problem of uneven water distribution in the water spraying coverage range of the existing sanitation vehicle.

Within a period of time after the sanitation vehicle is subjected to post-sprinkling operation, the condition of inconsistent drying speed and speed can occur in the operation coverage range, and the reason is caused by the fact that the water quantity in the post-sprinkling coverage range is not uniformly distributed. Specifically, at present, the rear water spraying and dust falling operation of a road cleaning vehicle is finished by two nozzles on the left side and the right side of the road cleaning vehicle, taking the water outlet of each nozzle as a fan shape as an example, the spraying range of each nozzle is approximately fan-shaped, the middle position in the left and right direction of the vehicle is overlapped due to the overlapping of the spraying ranges of the two nozzles, the overlapping degree of water quantity is large, the water quantity is more, the drying is slow, and the width of the area is about 1m in the actual work; in the prior art, a single fan-shaped water outlet of each nozzle is a slit with the same height, the water quantity of the unit width of the non-overlapped part and the fan-shaped arc length corresponding to the operation width are in a linear relation in the sprinkling range, two areas with the width of about 2-3 m corresponding to the fan-shaped arc length are respectively arranged on the inner sides of the certain width range right behind the two nozzles during the later sprinkling operation, the fan-shaped arc length is obviously less than that of other areas, namely the water quantity in the areas is less, and the areas can be dried in a short time after being sprayed. This results in the middle of the working range being wet at a position of about 1m width, and both sides being rapidly dried in the sun at a 2-3 m wide area, and then the sides still being wet due to the gradually increased amount of water per unit width. The present invention is proposed based on the above-mentioned phenomenon, and it is desirable to compensate the water amount in the fast drying area by providing a compensation spraying hole, so as to avoid the above-mentioned problems.
The features and performance of the sprinkler nozzle for sanitation vehicle according to the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the embodiments.
As shown in fig. 3, the main components of the sprinkler nozzle for a sanitation vehicle are a housing including a nozzle holder 11 and a nozzle head 12.
The outer contour shape of the nozzle holder 11 is divided into two sections, one section is cylindrical, the other section is hexagonal, the whole length of the section with the cylindrical outer contour is shorter, and a cavity is arranged in the section with the cylindrical outer contour. The section with the cylindrical outer contour is provided with a threaded hole, the threaded hole is used for being connected with other accessories (a valve in the embodiment, and pipelines in other embodiments) and is arranged back to back with the cavity, a blocking wall for separating the threaded hole and the cavity is formed between the threaded hole and the cavity, and the central part of the blocking wall is provided with a connecting hole which is used for being matched with a fastening bolt 13 through a bolt.
The nozzle head 12 is in a cylindrical shape with an open end, the casing is provided with spraying holes, in this embodiment, the spraying holes are arranged on the peripheral wall of the nozzle head (in other embodiments, spraying holes of a spray pipe and the like arranged on the casing can be also used), the spraying holes comprise a main spraying hole 121 and a compensation spraying hole 122, in this embodiment, the compensation spraying hole 122 is arranged above the main spraying hole 121 (in other embodiments, the compensation spraying hole can be arranged below the main spraying hole or above and below the main spraying hole respectively, or the compensation spraying hole is arranged at the same height as the main spraying hole, the purpose of compensating the water amount in an area with relatively small water amount distribution after the main spraying hole 121 sprays is achieved by setting the spraying angle of the compensation spraying hole, the main spraying hole 121 sprays at 130 degrees, the compensation spraying hole 122 sprays at 40 degrees, the spraying ranges of the two spraying holes overlap at 40 degrees, for example, the nozzle head is arranged at the left rear of a sprinkler, the right boundary of the spraying range of the compensation spraying hole 122 is deviated to the left by 20 ° from the right boundary of the main spraying hole 121. In use, the compensation spray holes 122 are used to compensate for the amount of water in an area where the amount of water is distributed relatively less after being sprayed by the main spray holes 121. Of course, in other embodiments, the spraying angle of the main spraying holes 121 can be set arbitrarily according to the spraying range required, such as 120-160 °; the overlapping angle of the compensation spraying holes 122 and the spraying range of the main spraying holes 121 can also be arbitrarily set according to the requirement, for example, the overlapping angle is set to be 40-60 degrees, so that the compensation spraying holes 122 can compensate the water amount of the area with relatively less water distribution after the main spraying holes 121 spray. The main spraying hole 121 and the compensation spraying hole 122 may also be circular holes, and the spraying range of the spraying holes refers to a range that can be sprayed together after a plurality of spraying holes are arranged.
The open end of the nozzle head 12 corresponds to the open end of the cylindrical outer contour of the nozzle holder 11, and a gasket 14 is provided at the interface between the two to prevent water leakage. The fastening between the nozzle head 12 and the nozzle holder 11 is realized by means of a fastening bolt 13, the fastening bolt 13 is mounted at the sealing end of the nozzle head 12 and is in threaded fit with a connecting hole on the nozzle holder 11, and waterproof glue can be coated on the fastening bolt 13 in order to realize the sealing of the matching part of the fastening bolt 13 and the nozzle holder 11. Since the main spray holes 121 and the compensation spray holes 122 are fixed by the fastening bolts 13 in the above-described manner, the adjustment of the spray range of the main spray holes 121 and the compensation spray holes 122 can be achieved by loosening or tightening the fastening bolts 13.
Fig. 1-2 show the use of the above-described nozzle for a sanitation vehicle. As shown in fig. 1-2, when in use, the water spraying nozzles of the present embodiment are respectively disposed on the left and right sides of the rear water spraying pipeline at the rear portion of the sanitation truck, and the rear water spraying pipeline is formed by connecting a plurality of management pipes through flanges 15 (or welding in other embodiments). Based on the view angle shown in fig. 1, the left sprinkling nozzle is positioned on the left side of the two sprinkling nozzles, the right sprinkling nozzle is positioned on the right side of the two sprinkling nozzles, and the left sprinkling nozzle and the right sprinkling nozzle are arranged in a bilateral symmetry mode. A valve 16 is arranged between the water spraying nozzle and the water spraying pipeline, the valve 16 can be an electromagnetic valve to realize remote control, or a manual valve to realize field operation, and the valve 16 is fixed through a locking nut 17. Fig. 3 shows the spraying range of the nozzle for sanitation vehicle, in the spraying operation, the spraying angle of 130 ° of the main spraying hole 121 is equivalent to the spraying angle of the original spraying hole, thereby reducing the overlapping degree of the spraying ranges of the left and right spraying nozzles in the middle, the spraying angle of each spraying nozzle faces to the inner side of the vehicle by 30 ° (in other embodiments, 30 ° -60 ° is feasible according to actual requirements), and faces to the outer side of the vehicle by 100 °, and the water quantity of the area with the middle width of about 1m in the vehicle operation range can be reduced; the compensation spraying holes 122 are all overlapped in the spraying range of the main spraying holes 121 at the spraying angle of 40 degrees, the spraying angle of the compensation spraying holes 122 is 10 degrees towards the inner side of the vehicle and 30 degrees towards the outer side of the vehicle, namely the spraying areas corresponding to the water outlet overlapped parts at the two sides are 2-3 m in width, and the compensation spraying holes 122 compensate the water quantity in the width area, so that the water quantity in the area is basically consistent with the water quantities in other areas. As shown in figure 4, the water distribution in the whole operation range is relatively uniform, the road surface drying speed is basically consistent in a period of time after the road cleaning vehicle operates, the watering and dust-settling effect of the road cleaning vehicle is improved, the efficiency of watering work is improved, and the secondary watering operation on the operation road surface in a short time is avoided.
Embodiment of sanitation car: this sanitation car includes automobile body, water storage tank, the water pump of being connected with the delivery port of water storage tank and the watering device of being connected with the water pump, and watering device includes the watering nozzle, wherein the watering nozzle is the watering nozzle for sanitation car in above-mentioned embodiment, and its mounting means can refer to fig. 1 and fig. 4, and the here is not repeated.
