The cross sections of the seal ring 13 and the seal groove 12 are convex. The rotating sleeve 6 is connected with the water inlet pipe 2 through a sealing bearing 14. The sealing groove 12 and the sealing ring 13 are matched to form a first layer of sealing, and the sealing bearing 14 forms a second layer of sealing effect on the rotating sleeve 6.
