Referring to fig. 1A, the water bath apparatus of the present application may be composed of a body 101, a plurality of water bath hole sites 103, and a plurality of refrigeration units 104, according to an exemplary embodiment.
As shown in fig. 1A, a plurality of water bath holes 103 are embedded in the body independently of each other, and each opening of the plurality of water bath holes faces upward of the body 101.
As shown in fig. 1A, the plurality of refrigeration units 104 includes compressor refrigeration units, semiconductor refrigeration fins, or electric refrigeration units.
Fig. 1B is a schematic perspective view of a water bath apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1B, the water bath apparatus of the present application includes a body 101, a plurality of water bath holes 103, a plurality of refrigeration units 104, a temperature control unit 105, and an ultrasonic generation unit 107, according to an exemplary embodiment. In the water bath device, a plurality of water bath hole sites 103 are embedded in a body 101 independently, a temperature control unit is arranged in the body 101 and controls the working temperature of the plurality of water bath hole sites 103, and in addition, an ultrasonic generation unit 107 is arranged in the body and at a position below the plurality of water bath hole sites.
As shown in fig. 1B, according to some embodiments, the body 101 of the water bath apparatus may be made of a metal material, including a stainless steel metal material or an engineering plastic, and the housing may have a cylindrical shape, a rectangular shape, a polygonal shape, or the like, which is suitable for a laboratory setting, and is not limited herein. An object taking clamp accommodating structure (not shown in the figure) can be arranged on the water bath device body 101 and used for embedding and suspending an object taking clamp, and after the experiment is finished, the object taking clamp is used for clamping a container in a water bath. In addition, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the water bath apparatus body 101 is further provided with display devices 201 and 202 for displaying the installation state and the working state of the water bath holes.
Referring to FIG. 1B, according to an exemplary embodiment, a thermal insulation structure is disposed between each water bath hole site 103 for blocking heat transfer between the water bath hole sites, and as shown in the top view of the water bath apparatus of FIG. 3, the thermal insulation structure 301 comprises a double-glazed thermal insulation structure, wherein the medium comprises air. The water bath hole site 103 further comprises a spacer (not shown in the figure) with adjustable aperture size, and the adjustable aperture range is 3cm-20 cm.
As shown in fig. 1B, according to some embodiments, the plurality of refrigeration units 104 of the present application include a water-cooled refrigeration device, a compression-type refrigerator, a semiconductor refrigeration sheet, and the like. According to an exemplary embodiment, different types of refrigeration equipment may be provided at different locations on the wall of the water bath hole site 103. In this embodiment, the semiconductor cooling plate is disposed on the outer sidewall of each hole site. Because the semiconductor refrigeration piece can respectively absorb heat and emit heat at two ends of the couple when current passes through the couple formed by connecting two different semiconductor materials in series, the refrigeration purpose is realized, moving parts (such as a traditional compressor for refrigeration and the like) are not needed, the reliability is higher, and the porous laboratory water bath device provided by the application has smaller size and compact structure.
Referring to fig. 1B, according to an exemplary embodiment, the temperature control unit 105 of the present application includes a plurality of heating devices, a plurality of temperature sensors, and a temperature control module. In this embodiment, the plurality of heating devices and the plurality of temperature sensors are in one-to-one heat transfer connection with the plurality of water bath holes, including disposing them inside or on the outer wall of each water bath hole, respectively, which is not limited herein. In addition, the temperature control module in the temperature control unit 105 is configured to receive the working temperature in the water bath hole site tested by each sensor, and control the corresponding heater to perform gradient temperature rise or isothermal temperature rise according to the preset hole site to be heated.
According to some embodiments, the temperature control gradient of the temperature control unit comprises 0.01 ℃/min to 5 ℃/min, preferably the temperature control gradient is 0.5 ℃/min to 2 ℃/min.
In some embodiments, the temperature control unit 105 further comprises a timing module for timing the heating time of each water bath hole, and controlling the plurality of heating devices to be turned off at regular time. For example, when the temperature of water in a certain water bath hole reaches 100 ℃ for 30 minutes, the heating is automatically stopped, different holes can be set to start heating at different times, and the end time can be different, and the water bath hole is not limited according to specific experimental requirements.
As shown in fig. 1B, according to an exemplary embodiment, an ultrasonic generating unit 107 is disposed below each water bath hole, and the ultrasonic generating unit may be designed as an adjustable plug-in ultrasonic instrument, or may be designed with an area according to needs, and is applied to some ultrasonic derivatization tests. As shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the water bath apparatus is further provided with an ultrasonic frequency adjusting device 204 for adjusting the ultrasonic frequency to meet different experimental requirements.
According to an exemplary embodiment, a refrigeration unit 205 can be further arranged below each water bath hole of the water bath device for rapid cooling and more functional requirements.
According to some embodiments, the water bath device provided by the application is added with a temperature control unit with gradient or equal temperature rise, linear frequency temperature control can be realized only by setting time of required temperature and individual temperature, the temperature control is more accurate, and more experiment requirements are met. In addition, a refrigerating device is added to the water bath device, so that the cooling and more functional requirements are met. An ultrasonic generator is added to perform the functions of ultrasonic reaction, reagent dissolution and the like.

a body;
a plurality of water bath holes which are mutually independent and embedded in the body, and openings of the plurality of water bath holes are arranged above the body;
and the plurality of refrigeration units are respectively arranged around the plurality of water bath hole sites.
2. The water bath apparatus according to claim 1, wherein thermal insulation is provided between said plurality of water bath holes for blocking heat transfer between said plurality of water bath holes.
3. The water bath apparatus of claim 2, wherein the insulation structure comprises a double-glazed insulation structure and the intermediate medium comprises air.
4. The water bath apparatus of claim 1, wherein the plurality of water bath apertures further comprises:
an aperture adjustable structure for adjusting the aperture size.
5. The water bath apparatus according to claim 4, wherein said aperture adjustable structure comprises a spacer that adjusts the size of said aperture to a range of 3cm-20 cm.
6. The water bath apparatus of claim 1, wherein the refrigeration unit comprises:
semiconductor refrigeration piece.
7. The water bath apparatus of claim 1, further comprising:
the temperature control unit is used for carrying out gradient temperature rise or isothermal temperature rise on each water bath hole site respectively;
and the ultrasonic generating unit is arranged below the water bath hole sites and is used for providing ultrasonic waves for the water bath hole sites.
8. The water bath apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the temperature control unit comprises:
the heating equipment is in heat transfer connection with the water bath hole sites and is used for heating the water bath hole sites respectively;
the temperature sensors are respectively arranged in the water bath hole sites and used for respectively testing the working temperatures of the water bath hole sites;
the temperature control module is used for receiving the test temperatures of the sensors and respectively controlling the heating equipment of the water bath hole sites to carry out gradient temperature rise or isothermal temperature rise;
and the timing module is used for timing the heating time of each water bath hole site respectively and controlling the plurality of heating devices to be closed at regular time respectively.
9. The water bath apparatus of claim 6, wherein the ultrasound generating unit comprises: adjustable plug-in ultrasonic instrument.
10. The water bath apparatus of claim 1, further comprising:
the object taking clamp accommodating structure is arranged on the outer wall of the body;
and the display equipment is arranged on the side wall of the body and used for displaying the working state of each water bath hole site.
