the method comprises the following steps: preparing materials, namely adding 40-60% of plasticizer, pigment and auxiliary agent into PVC pasty resin to prepare pasty liquid;
step two: molding, namely injecting the proportioned PVC liquid into a vinyl mold, covering a mold cover, locking the mold, pushing the mold into a cavity of a vinyl machine or a rotational molding machine with the temperature of 300-450 ℃, heating and plasticizing for 5-10 minutes, pulling the mold out of the cavity, cooling with water, and opening the mold after the mold is cooled to take out a product;
step three: shaping, namely taking out the product, putting the product into a size clamp, and inflating the size clamp to enable the product to be shaped into a sphere with a specified size;
step four: and filling beads, namely filling the beads into the sphere, filling a plurality of single-color or multi-color beads into the sphere through a filling hole on the sphere by using an automatic bead filling machine, filling the high-elasticity valve with the filling and discharging structure after filling the beads at the filling hole to close the filling hole, wherein the filling hole is of the valve structure with the filling and discharging function.
