Abstract

技术领域
本发明属于防辐射、抗蓝光制剂技术领域,具体涉及一种防辐射、抗蓝光的制剂及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
阳光中的紫外线对人体皮肤的损害较大,致使大多数消费者都比较关注紫外线带来的伤害的同时而常常忽略了可见光对肌肤的损伤。
可见光是指波长在380nm-780nm之间的电磁波。蓝光一般指的是400nm-500nm之间的波段,蓝光伤害是指该种波段对人的光生物效应造成的不可逆的损伤。蓝光是可见光谱中波长最短,能量最高的波段,其穿透能力较紫外线更强,所以蓝光更容易渗透到肌肤真皮层下,而在蓝光的辐射下会产生大量的活性氧,过量的活性氧会使胶原蛋白降解,造成氧化损伤,导致皮肤老化,从而对肌肤不可逆的伤害。
电子产品产生的蓝光包括手机,电脑,电视,阅读机,LED灯等。如果人们长时间处于或是睡前接触蓝光环境下,不仅会扰乱人体正常生物钟的运转,还会导致体内褪黑激素的减少引发失眠等一系列的健康问题。日常生活中,人们接触蓝光的频率日益增加,使得皮肤过度暴露在蓝光中,从而导致皮肤自我屏障修护能力降低,衰老加快等后果。皮肤暴露在可见光中,使得皮肤细胞会出现活性氧的增加,线粒体DNA损伤,表皮屏障修复延迟,炎症级联反应加大,朗格汉斯细胞免疫抑制等现象出现。
目前对于日光等的防护产品,主要为化学合成的有机防晒剂和物理防晒剂。化学防晒剂大部分发挥防晒作用的同时,本身会发生降解作用对皮肤造成伤害。有些产品中成分之间的配伍性较差,容易致使成品在使用过程中不稳定问题,以及对皮肤造成外部损伤等问题的出现。物理防晒剂一般为屏蔽遮挡紫外线的,较多使用为纳米二氧化钛、纳米二氧化锌等,由于颗粒粒径较小非常容易进入皮肤毛孔,不易清洁干净。
相关技术中有一种具有抗蓝光、抗氧化、美白、舒缓作用的组合物,组合物包括以下组分:茵陈蒿提取物,桑树皮提取物,红茶提取物,白薇提取物,小果咖啡籽提取物。该组合物的组成不易获取,成本较高,抗蓝光效果不佳,且制备较为复杂。
因此,目前市场上具有防辐射、抗蓝光等功效,其组成成分丰富,成本低且工艺简捷的产品较为缺少,同时防护效果也较为理想的产品,成为了业界非常关注的问题。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的上述问题,本发明目的在于提供一种防辐射、抗蓝光的制剂及其制备方法和应用。
本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种防辐射、抗蓝光的制剂,所述制剂主要由以下质量份数的原料制备得到:
葡糖基芦丁1-15份,脱乙酰壳多糖3-10份,保湿剂2-25份,美白剂1-10份,辛酰羟肟酸3-10份,甘油辛酸酯3-18份,乙基己基甘油3-8份,羟苯甲酯3-15份,苯氧乙醇3-18份,芳香剂2-7份,芦荟提取物5-30份,增溶剂5-20份,葡萄提取物10-35份,银耳提取物10-25份,七叶树提取物10-25份,忍冬花提取物10-25份,蓝铜肽1-12份和溶剂50-500份。

上述各实施例中混匀装置选用三维运动混合机,不锈钢材质,规格型号为SYH-30、SYH-1000,生产厂家:江阴市和荣机械有限公司。对于搅拌装置的选用并不仅限于上述提供的,凡是能够完成相应的搅拌工作,同时对原材料无影响的装置均属于本发明的保护范围。

实验例
抗蓝光实验
实验方式:将HaCaT细胞用牛肉膏蛋白胨琼脂培养基进行培养,将培养基分为8份,每份培养基平铺培养皿底面。将上述培养基编码为1-8,其中1-6作为实验组,第7组作为对照组1,第8组作为空白对照组。
上述实验组中每个编码培养基中分别平涂上述该制剂经各实施例制备得到的成品。
对照组1选用抗蓝光护肤化妆品及其制备方法(申请号:201910666311.4)中的实施例1作为对照组。
实验条件:将上述培养基用于培养HaCaT细胞至成熟细胞,采用蓝光(400nm-500nm之间的波段的光源)照射成熟细胞,照射时间为2小时,且蓝光照射强度为15J/cm2。
实验检测:蓝光照射完成后,测试细胞内ROS流式细胞仪(生产厂商:贝克曼库尔特商贸有限公司)进行测定。
实验结果:

上述数据结果显示,上述该具有防辐射、抗蓝光功能的制剂实施例4-6抗蓝光效果更好,实施例1-3同样具有抗蓝光的功效,并同时呈效果递增的趋势。对照组1选用的产品也具有抗蓝光效果,不过其数据显示较上述各实施例体现的效果。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防辐射、抗蓝光的制剂,其特征在于,所述制剂主要由以下质量份数的原料制备得到:
葡糖基芦丁3-12份,脱乙酰壳多糖5-8份,保湿剂8-18份,美白剂3-8份,辛酰羟肟酸5-8份,甘油辛酸酯8-15份,乙基己基甘油4-7份,羟苯甲酯6-12份,苯氧乙醇8-15份,芳香剂3-5份,芦荟提取物10-25份,增溶剂8-18份,葡萄提取物15-30份,银耳提取物15-20份,七叶树提取物15-20份,忍冬花提取物15-20份,蓝铜肽3-10份和溶剂120-380份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种防辐射、抗蓝光的制剂,其特征在于,所述制剂主要由以下质量份数的原料制备得到:
葡糖基芦丁8份,脱乙酰壳多糖6份,保湿剂14份,美白剂6份,辛酰羟肟酸6份,甘油辛酸酯10份,乙基己基甘油5份,羟苯甲酯10份,苯氧乙醇12份,芳香剂4份,芦荟提取物18份,增溶剂13份,葡萄提取物20份,银耳提取物18份,七叶树提取物18份,忍冬花提取物18份,蓝铜肽7份和溶剂280份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种防辐射、抗蓝光的制剂,其特征在于,所述保湿剂包括丙二醇,丁二醇,甘油,麦芽醇和聚乙二醇中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种防辐射、抗蓝光的制剂,其特征在于,所述美白剂包括糖苷、磷酸酯镁、磷酸酯钠和3-O-乙基抗坏血酸中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种防辐射、抗蓝光的制剂,其特征在于,所述芳香剂包括香精和/或香料。
7.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种防辐射、抗蓝光的制剂,其特征在于,所述增溶剂包括氢化蓖麻油CO-40和/或氢化蓖麻油PEG-40。
8.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种防辐射、抗蓝光的制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括按照相应比例选取葡糖基芦丁,脱乙酰壳多糖,保湿剂,美白剂,辛酰羟肟酸,甘油辛酸酯,乙基己基甘油,羟苯甲酯,苯氧乙醇,芳香剂,芦荟提取物,增溶剂,葡萄提取物,银耳提取物,七叶树提取物,忍冬花提取物,蓝铜肽和溶剂混匀后,得到成品。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种防辐射、抗蓝光的制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述溶剂包括水。
10.一种防辐射、抗蓝光的制剂的应用,其特征在于,采用权利8所述的防辐射、抗蓝光的制剂的制备方法制备得到的制剂在化妆品和美容产品中的应用。
