The upper and lower body panels are rotatably connected by a panel hinge block 51. The upper body panel can move together with the lower body panel. In this embodiment, the panel moving mechanism is driven by the lower body frame 81, and the panel guide rails 12 are provided at both ends and the center of the frame 8, so that the upper body panel and the lower body panel can move synchronously and smoothly.
Belt transmission mechanisms are provided on both the lower body frame 81 and the upper body frame 82, so that the lower body and the upper body of the patient can be moved respectively, thereby adjusting the angle at which the patient lies. Here, a belt driving mechanism for moving the lower body will be described.
Referring to fig. 2, 5 and 6, the belt driving mechanism includes a third motor 18 mounted on the frame 8 through a bracket, a second driving sprocket 19 coaxially mounted with an output shaft of the third motor 18, a first belt driving sprocket 20 connected with the second driving sprocket 19 through a chain transmission, a second belt driving sprocket 22 mounted on a first winding drum 21 in parallel with the first belt driving sprocket 20, a second winding drum 23 arranged in parallel with the first winding drum 21, a third belt driving sprocket 24 mounted on the second winding drum 23, the second belt driving sprocket 22 connected with the third belt driving sprocket 24 through a chain, the first winding drum 21 and the second winding drum 23 both rotatably connected to the frame 8, a first guide roller 25 correspondingly disposed above the first winding drum 21 and the second winding drum 23, and both ends of the first guide roller 25 mounted on the frame 8 through bearings. Side rollers 26 are installed at the left and right sides of the panel 14, and second guide rollers 27 are installed at the inner sides of the side rollers 26; the belt 46 is wound around the first reel 21 and the second reel 23 at both ends thereof, and the belt 46 is wound around the first guide roller 25, the second guide roller 27, and the side roller 26 from the lower surface thereof to the upper side of the panel 14 after being wound around the first reel 21 and the second reel 23. The belt 46 is in contact with the patient's body and transports the person onto the panel 14.
In a preferred embodiment, two first guide rollers 25 are disposed above the first winding drum 21 and the second winding drum 23, respectively, and although the panel 14 moves left and right, the total length of the belt 46 wound from the first winding drum 21 and the second winding drum 23 is constant, and the belt 46 adaptively contacts one of the two first guide rollers 25 disposed in parallel as the panel 14 moves left and right.
In the process of carrying a patient, particularly a patient who has just performed an operation, the transmission belt 46 is easy to be stained with blood stains and other dirt, and the second guide roller 27 is polluted after the transmission belt 46 is contacted with the second guide roller 27, so that the second guide roller 27 can be quickly detached and replaced.
The panel 14 is used for carrying a patient by moving left and right, referring to fig. 5, the panel 14 includes a central plate 143 and a movable plate 144, a plurality of bolt mounting grooves 1431 are formed near left and right edges of the central plate 143, a docking bolt 28 is inserted into the central plate 143 from the bolt docking mounting grooves, and a screw of the docking bolt 28 protrudes from left and right sides of the central plate 143, a docking hole corresponding to a screw of the docking bolt 28 is formed at a side of the movable plate 144, and the movable plate 144 is docked with the central plate 143 by inserting the screw of the docking bolt 28 into the docking hole of the movable plate 144. Referring to fig. 11-13, taking a panel transfer mechanism and a belt transmission mechanism of a lower body as an example, a guide roller quick-release assembly is mounted on the lower surface of the movable plate 144, the guide roller quick-release assembly includes a quick-release mounting plate 292 fixedly mounted with one end of the movable plate 144, a pin shaft 293 is pinned on the quick-release mounting plate 292, a press block 294 is fixedly mounted on the pin shaft 293, a snap spring 295 for returning the pin shaft 293 is further mounted on the pin shaft 293, and the press block 294 is integrally connected with the first supporting plate 291; the other end of the movable plate 144 is fixedly installed with a second supporting plate 296 corresponding to the first supporting plate 291, one end of the second guiding roller 27 is overlapped on the second supporting plate 296, the other end is overlapped on the first supporting plate 291 and is pressed and fixed by the pressing block 294, the pressing block 294 is driven to move by pressing down the first supporting plate, and the second guiding roller 27 is taken out. One end of the second guide roller 27 is fixed by the guide roller quick release assembly, and the other end is directly overlapped on the second supporting plate 296 which is fixed at the other end of the panel 14 and corresponds to the first supporting plate 291. In fact, to realize the quick release of the second guide roller 27, one end of the second guide roller 27 is naturally overlapped on the supporting plate, and the other end is pressed by the pressing block 294, when the second guide roller 27 needs to be detached, the first supporting plate 291 is pressed down to enable the pressing block to loosen the second guide roller 27, the second guide roller 27 is pushed to the other end, and the second guide roller 27 is taken out. Due to the elastic force of the clamp spring 295, the pressing block 294 can be always pressed by the second guide roller 27 without being affected by external force. The second guide roller 27 is two round rollers arranged in parallel, the end parts of the two round rollers are fixed on the guide roller connecting block 52, and the guide roller connecting block 52 is lapped on the first supporting plate 291 and the second supporting plate 296. The movable plate 144 can be pulled outwards to be separated from the central plate 143, and the movable plate 144 is turned over to expose the second guide roller 27 upwards, so that the operation, the disassembly and the replacement are more convenient.
During the transfer of the patient, the transfer panel 14 is raised and lowered to approximate the height of the bed in order to achieve a perfect overlap with the bed.
When a patient lies on the transfer cart at ordinary times, in order to prevent the patient from falling off the bed, the handrails 30 need to be arranged on the two sides of the transfer panel 14 of the transfer cart, but when the patient is transferred, the handrails 30 need to be turned downwards as the transfer panel 14 needs to move left and right. In order to prevent the moving panel 14 from being abutted with the bed after the armrest 30 is folded downwards, the folding mechanism of the armrest 30 is also designed to be particularly large in the present embodiment.
Referring to fig. 7 to 10, the handrail 30 includes a handrail body 301 and at least one elongated connecting plate 302 connected to an end of the handrail body 301 and disposed perpendicular to the handrail body 301; the elongated connecting plates 302 are pivotally connected to the lower side of the upper frame plate 83 by the handle pivot shaft 303, and at least one of the elongated connecting plates 302 positions the handle 30 above or below the upper frame plate 83 by the handle locking assembly 31.
The dead-lock assembly 31 includes a lock frame 311 slidably connected to the lower surface of the upper frame plate 83, and two upper lock blocks 312 and two lower lock blocks 313 fixed to the ends of the lock frame 311, the dead-lock assembly 31 further includes a lock frame mounting plate 316 fixed to the lower surface of the upper frame plate 83, referring to fig. 23, the lock frame 311 includes a connecting rod 3111 passing through the lock frame mounting plate 316 and a pull rod 3112 fixedly mounted to the ends of the connecting rod 311, and one end of the lock frame mounting plate 316 opposite to the armrest rotating shaft 303 has a positioning groove 315 for mounting the armrest rotating shaft 303. One end of the armrest rotating shaft 303 is rotatably connected to the lower surface of the upper plate 83 of the bed frame, the other end of the armrest rotating shaft has a square positioning block extending outward, and the positioning groove 315 is also square and used for positioning and installing the square positioning block. The two sides of the long connecting plate 302 are respectively provided with an upper limiting groove 3021 and a lower limiting groove 3022, when the armrest 30 is positioned above the upper plate 83 of the bed frame, the long connecting plate 302 extends towards the outer edge of the bed, the armrest 30 faces upwards, the upper locking block 312 abuts against the upper limiting groove 3021, and the square positioning block is positioned in the positioning groove 315; when the handrail 30 needs to be turned over downwards, the lock frame 311 is pulled to separate the upper lock block 312 from the upper limit groove 3021, the handrail 30 is turned downwards, the long connecting plate 302 is turned over 180 degrees, at this time, the handrail 30 is tightly attached to the bed frame 8, a space is left below the upper plate 83 of the bed frame, and after the handrail 30 is turned over downwards to a proper position, the lock frame 311 is pulled to enable the lower lock block 313 to abut against the lower limit groove 3022. Referring to fig. 2 and 14, the side plate 84 of the bed frame is provided with the travel switch 32, the side plate 84 of the bed frame is provided with a limit guide groove 841, the limit rod 321 of the travel switch 32 extends out of the limit guide groove 841, the bed frame 8 is installed on the lifting device 33, when the bed frame 8 is in butt joint with a sickbed, the edge of the upper plate 83 of the bed frame is positioned on the sickbed, the lifting device 33 drives the bed frame 8 to lift, when the limit rod 321 touches the sickbed, the lifting device 33 drives the bed frame 8 to continue to descend, and the distance of the upper plate 83 of the bed frame can be calculated and judged according to the upward movement distance of. The driving mechanism of the travel switch 32 and the lifting device 33 is comprehensively controlled to realize the perfect seamless joint of the sickbed and the panel 14 of the transfer trolley.
The docking method of the patient transfer cart and the sickbed in the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
step 1: the handrail 30 at the side where the patient transfer cart is butted with the sickbed is turned downwards to be below the upper plate 83 of the bed frame and is tightly attached to the side plate 84 of the bed frame;
step 2, moving the patient transfer cart to the left side or the right side of the sickbed, enabling the patient transfer cart to be arranged in parallel with the sickbed, enabling a panel 14 of the transfer cart to just correspond to the body of a patient on the sickbed, and overlapping a lap-joint part 831 of an upper plate 83 of the bedstead with the edge part of the sickbed; when the patient is in a sitting or lying posture, the first electric push rod 2 is driven to stretch and retract, so that the upward turning angle of the upper body bedstead 82 is the same as the upward turning angle of the head of the sickbed.
Step 3, controlling the lifting device 33 to drive the bed frame 8 to descend, wherein the sickbed contacts the limit rod 321 of the travel switch 32 in the descending process, and the travel switch 32 feeds back the calculated distance from the sickbed to the upper plate 83 of the bed frame to the control system in real time along with the ascending of the limit rod 321, and displays the distance on the operation panel 43;
and 4, when the travel switch detects that the sickbed is contacted with the bed frame upper plate 83, the control system sends a command to disconnect the driving of the lifting device 33, and the bed frame 8 stops moving to finish the butt joint.
The output shaft of the first motor 1 is connected with the first driving sprocket 4 through a coupling, in order to ensure the absolute safety of the patient and prevent the panel 14 from being forced to move during the left and right movement to damage the patient, the coupling used herein is designed as a manually detachable coupling, and referring to fig. 16-20, the manually detachable coupling includes a first butt block 34 mounted on the rotating shaft on the output shaft side of the first motor 1 through splines, an output mounting rod 36 for mounting the output mechanism (the first driving sprocket 4 in this embodiment) and a second butt block 35 mounted on the output mounting rod 36 and butted with the first butt block 34; the output mounting rod 36 is a hollow shaft, and the manual adjustment rod 37 passes through the center of the output mounting rod 36. A sliding key 38 is fixed on the rotating shaft at the output shaft side of the first motor 1, a butt-joint sliding groove 39 corresponding to the sliding key 38 is arranged on the inner wall of the first butt-joint block 34, a first butt-joint tooth 341 is arranged on one side of the first butt-joint block 34 facing the second butt-joint block 35, a second butt-joint tooth 351 opposite to and matched with the first butt-joint tooth 341 is arranged on the second butt-joint block 35, a disengagement adjusting groove 342 is arranged at the central position of the first butt-joint tooth 341, a disengagement adjusting sheet 40 is arranged at one end of the manual adjusting rod 37 facing the first butt-joint tooth 341, and the disengagement adjusting sheet 40 is correspondingly matched with the disengagement adjusting groove 342 for use. When the coupler needs to be reconnected, the output mounting rod only needs to be slightly rotated, and the first butt-joint teeth 341 and the second butt-joint teeth 351 can be meshed together under the action of the return spring 53. The coupler is separated manually, so that the safety of a patient in an emergency is guaranteed.
An operation panel 43 is mounted on the end of the bed frame 8 near the feet or the head of the person, a prepared hole is located near the operation panel 43, the prepared hole is located below the operation panel 43 in the present embodiment, and the control button of the assist electric push rod 411 is located on the operation panel 43. The operation panel 43 is located at the middle of the head or the tail of the frame.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the frame body 8 is mounted on a transfer cart frame body 47, the height of the frame body 8 is adjusted by the lifting device 33 on the transfer cart, four corners of the transfer cart have four wheels, but sometimes a power assisting mechanism is needed to provide auxiliary power for pushing patients for a long time or going up a slope.

The working process of the power assisting mechanism is as follows:
