A matched ash conveying and collecting control method for a mechanical dust removal system is realized based on a collecting device and is characterized in that the collecting device comprises a main body (1), universal wheels (101), push rods (102), an embedding opening (103), an air outlet (104), a collecting bin (2), a handle (201), a groove (202), a mounting shaft (3), a stirring fan sheet (301), a bearing rod (302), a clamping head (303), a connecting shaft (4), a closing plate (401), a sealing ring (402), a vertical plate (403), a mounting part (404), a supporting spring (405), a double-end motor (5), an upper shaft (501), an ash sucking fan sheet (502), a lower shaft (6), a conjunction part (601), a bayonet (602), a clamping part (7), an air outlet net (701), a fixing part (702), an outer supporting spring (703), an outer supporting plate (704) and a connecting pipeline (8), an elastic plate (801), a support (802) and a flow guide (803); the main body (1) is of a rectangular internal middle structure, universal wheels (101) are installed at the bottom corner positions of the main body (1) in a welding mode, push rods (102) are installed above the back of the main body (1) in a welding mode through support rods, a rectangular embedding opening (103) is formed in the front bottom of the main body (1), and rectangular air outlets (104) are formed above two sides of the main body (1); the bottom of the mounting shaft (3) is mounted above the bottom end of the interior of the collecting bin (2) in a welding mode; the connecting shaft (4) is installed at the top end of the inside of the connecting pipeline (8) in a fixed installation mode, the side edges of the connecting shaft (4) are fixedly connected with the closed plate (401), the bottom of the connecting shaft (4) is provided with a vertical plate (403) of a rectangular plate-shaped structure in a welding mode, and installation parts (404) of right-angle structures are installed on two sides of the vertical plate (403) in a welding mode; the connecting pipeline (8) is installed on the side edge of the top end of the main body (1) in a fixed embedding installation mode; a clamping head (303) with a rectangular structure is arranged in the bayonet (602) in an embedded mode; the clamping piece (7) is embedded into the air outlet (104) on the side of the main body (1) through an outer supporting plate (704) at the bottom;

the control method comprises the following steps:
(1) firstly, the device is moved to a dust outlet position of a dust removal system by using a push rod 102 through manpower, then a dust outlet pipeline is connected with the top end of a connecting pipeline 8 through manpower, then water is added into the interior of a collecting bin 2, then the collecting bin 2 is embedded into an embedding opening 103 in the bottom of the front end of a main body 1, so that a clamping piece 303 at the top end of a bearing rod 302 is clamped into a clamping opening 602 at the bottom of a lower shaft 6, and when a double-end motor 5 transmits power to the lower shaft 6, the lower shaft 6 transmits the power to a mounting shaft 3 through the clamping opening 602 and the clamping piece 303, so that a stirring fan sheet 301 rotates;
(2) then, a power switch of the double-end motor 5 is manually turned on, so that the double-end motor 5 respectively transmits power to the stirring fan blade 301 and the dust suction fan blade 502 through the upper shaft 501 and the lower shaft 6, the dust suction fan blade 502 rotates, the closing plate 401 is turned downwards, and dust in the dust outlet pipeline is sucked into the main body 1;
(3) then the dust is dissolved with the inside water in collection storehouse 2, and when stirring fan piece 502 rotated, make the inside water in collection storehouse 2 fluctuate and rotate, make the abundant integration and the stirring of water and dust, can not make the dust remain the surface of water all the time, make water can't dissolve with more dust, make the dust of inhaling the inside main part 1 and collect the inside water in storehouse 2 and carry out abundant dissolving, make through taking out collection storehouse 2, take out water and dust together, then handle.
