Abstract
本发明公开了一种中药艾草抗菌保健鞋垫,包括中芯层、隔菌层,所述隔菌层包括隔水层和抗菌层;所述隔水层固定在中芯层顶面;所述抗菌层底面固定在隔水层顶面;所述中芯层包括中心夹层、容纳层;所述中心夹层顶面固定在隔水层的底面,所述容纳层顶面固定在中心夹层底面,所述容纳层底面抵接在鞋底表面;所述的中心夹层在足部的足弓处,设有球形容纳室,所述的球形容纳室内填充有通过海藻酸钠固定形成的中药凝胶颗粒;本发明的有益效果是:通过隔菌层、中芯层,实现提高鞋垫使用寿命以及抗菌;通过树脂材料搭载抗菌剂微粒,实现抗菌;通过发酵剂与艾草纤维,同时竹炭纤维、隔水层,提高鞋垫使用寿命;通过橡胶球减震,实现抗菌。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及鞋垫制备领域,具体是一种中药艾草抗菌保健鞋垫。背景技术
鞋垫,是制作成鞋底形状垫附在鞋内的鞋衬。足部是人体汗腺分布最集中的部位,约有25万个汗腺。多数人在日常行走过程中,尤其是大量运动后,汗液分泌量剧增,在鞋内相对密闭的环境中,相对湿度接近100%、温度达35℃40℃,鞋腔内的高湿度、高温度、高养~分的环境导致了细菌的高速繁殖,而汗液里除含水分、盐分外,还含有乳酸及尿素,因此细菌大量繁殖时分解角质蛋白的产物,会与尿素和乳酸共同挥发,从而引起鞋腔内的恶臭,以及脚气、脚癣等脚病的产生。所以鞋垫作为一种伴随着人的足底,每天都离不开的一种生活用品,其好坏势必直接影响到人的健康。
艾草,是菊科、蒿属植物,多年生草本或略成半灌木状,植株有浓烈香气,其植株的全身都可入药,同时又具有温经、去湿、散寒、止血、消炎、平喘、止咳、安胎、抗过敏等作用,因此,采用艾草纤维或者艾草颗粒进行鞋垫的制备或者鞋垫的填充料,能较为理想的改善脚部疾病的发生。
如发明为一种抗菌防臭鞋垫的制备方法(申请号:CN201810611843.3),公开了一种抗菌防臭鞋垫的制备方法,利用艾叶草、晒干的三叶草、花椒粒的材料,分别制备成溶液后,按一定比例与樟脑混合搅拌,搅拌至樟脑溶解,溶解后得到抗菌剂;将鞋垫做好后,把抗菌剂喷涂在鞋垫表面,喷涂后的鞋垫放入烤箱内进行烘烤,烤箱温度设定100-130℃,待鞋垫烘烤干燥,取出待冷即可得到抗菌防臭鞋垫;虽然通过艾叶草、三叶草以及花椒粒,可以使用鞋垫具有抗疲劳之功效,促进足底机能的调整,又抑制出汗时微生物生长,达到了长效抗菌功效;但是其并未考虑到在长期穿鞋的情况下,脚部会生成较多的水分,因此采用抗菌剂喷涂后,在较多水分的情况下,喷涂的抗菌剂会随着水分增多而流失,导致部分抗菌有效物质的流失,从而降低鞋垫的使用寿命;同时仅仅采用单一的艾叶草、三叶草以及花椒粒,也只是针对鞋垫的改造,而并未考虑到对人体足部的足底的区域,尤其是足弓区的菌群在鞋垫上残留时,会使鞋垫产生损害。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种中药艾草抗菌保健鞋垫,以至少达到提高鞋垫使用寿命以及抗菌的目的。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种中药艾草抗菌保健鞋垫,包括中芯层以及粘接在中芯层顶面的隔菌层,所述的隔菌层包括隔水层和抗菌层;所述的隔水层固定在所述的中芯层顶面;所述的抗菌层的底面固定在所述的隔水层顶面,其顶面接触足部;所述的抗菌层采用粗孔棉布为基底,其粗孔内填充有抗菌塑料微粒;所述的抗菌塑料微粒以抗菌剂微粒搭载树脂材料形成;通过树脂材料搭载抗菌剂微粒,从而使抗菌剂微粒充分吸附在抗菌层的粗孔棉布基底上,进而防止抗菌剂微粒的掉落,从而实现抗菌微粒的持续抗菌,进一步实现抗菌的目的;所述的抗菌层上还均匀分布有减震橡胶球,所述的减震橡胶球的半径与所述的粗孔棉布的孔径相同;所述的减震橡胶球采用内设中控微通道的橡胶球;通过橡胶球减震,同时中空微通道的橡胶球能导入气体,进而使脚底能与抗菌层之间形成微小间隙,方便抗菌层工作,同时中空微通道的橡胶球能将中心夹层的球形容纳室中的中药凝胶微粒导入到足部,进而实现中药凝胶微粒和抗菌层之间的交联抗菌,进一步实现抗菌的目的。
所述的中芯层包括中心夹层以及容纳层;所述的中心夹层顶面固定在所述的隔水层的底面,所述的容纳层的顶面固定在所述的中心夹层的底面,所述的容纳层的底面抵接在鞋底表面;
所述的中心夹层在足部的足弓处,设有球形容纳室,所述的球形容纳室内填充有中药凝胶颗粒;所述的中药凝胶颗粒料包括如下成分:5-10份的苦楝皮、5-10份的蛇床子、10-15份的苦参、5-10份的黄柏、30-40份的透骨草、10-15份的黄芪、15-25份的大腹皮;所述的中药凝胶颗粒为中药成分颗粒通过海藻酸钠固定形成中药凝胶颗粒;通过包括苦楝皮、蛇床子、苦参、黄柏、透骨草、黄芪、大腹皮的中药凝胶颗粒,从而使中药成分能在球形容纳室内缓释,进而利用中药成分在足部出汗阶段,能降低足部的热度感知,同时能抑制足部的有害菌落的繁殖,并且采用中药凝胶颗粒,能防止水汽过多导致的药液流失,并且球形容纳室可具备缓冲功能,缓冲足弓区受到的压力从而使中药成分充分接触足弓区,实现提高鞋垫使用寿命以及抗菌的目的。
优选的,为了进一步实现提高鞋垫使用寿命的目的,所述的中心夹层采用艾草纤维编织成骨架,再通过发酵剂浸入成型;所述的发酵剂包括如下步骤制备:
1)先采用洗净的艾草植物进行白腐菌的2-3d的预发酵,得到预发酵液;
2)再将预发酵液5mm网筛过滤,分别收集滤液和滤渣;
3)反复挤压收集的滤渣,并收集挤压液,得到挤压残渣;
4)将挤压残渣与米浆混合均匀后,经过酿酒酵母菌共发酵得到发酵液;
5)将得到的发酵液与滤液、挤压液混合均匀,并过滤,即为发酵剂;通过发酵剂与艾草纤维编织的骨架浸润加强,从而利用发酵剂中含有的多种蛋白质以及多种发酵后小分子酸,使艾草纤维编织的的骨架更润滑以及沾附性更强,从而使中药凝胶颗粒能充分滞留在球形容纳室中,进而实现持续的中药抗菌、改善菌落结构的目的,间接实现鞋垫使用寿命的提高的目的。
优选的,为了进一步实现提高鞋垫使用寿命,所述的容纳层采用单丝细度为0.45dtex的竹炭纤维编织而成;通过采用单丝细度为0.45dtex的竹炭纤维,从而使容纳层的形成致密的网络结构,透气的同时,防止中心夹层内脱落的中药凝胶颗粒漏出鞋垫,进而间接的实现提高鞋垫的使用寿命。
优选的,为了进一步实现提高鞋垫使用寿命的目的,所述的隔水层采用防水玻璃纤维丝并掺杂聚酯纤维丝编织而成;通过防水玻璃纤维丝和聚酯纤维编织成隔水层,从而利用聚酯纤维和放水玻璃纤维之间的间隙,实现透气同时防止水流侵入鞋垫,从而实现提高鞋垫使用寿命的目的。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.通过依次设计的隔菌层、中芯层,同时包括隔水层和抗菌层的隔菌层以及包括中心夹层以及容纳层的中芯层,同时中芯层内设计容纳中药凝胶颗粒的球形容纳室内,进而利用过包括苦楝皮、蛇床子、苦参、黄柏、透骨草、黄芪、大腹皮的中药凝胶颗粒,从而使中药成分能在球形容纳室内缓释,进而利用中药成分在足部出汗阶段,能降低足部的热度感知,同时能经过气体扩散,协同抗菌层抑制足部的有害菌落的繁殖,并且采用中药凝胶颗粒,在隔水层作用下能防止水汽过多导致的药液流失,并且球形容纳室可具备缓冲功能,缓冲足弓区受到的压力从而使中药成分充分接触足弓区,实现提高鞋垫使用寿命以及抗菌的目的。
2.通过树脂材料搭载抗菌剂微粒,从而使抗菌剂微粒充分吸附在抗菌层的粗孔棉布基底上,进而防止抗菌剂微粒的掉落,从而实现抗菌微粒的持续抗菌,进一步实现抗菌的目的。
3.通过发酵剂与艾草纤维编织的骨架浸润加强,从而利用发酵剂中含有的多种蛋白质以及多种发酵后小分子酸,使艾草纤维编织的的骨架更润滑以及沾附性更强,从而使中药凝胶颗粒能充分滞留在球形容纳室中,进而实现持续的中药抗菌、改善菌落结构的目的,间接实现鞋垫使用寿命的提高的目的。
4.通过采用单丝细度为0.45dtex的竹炭纤维,从而使容纳层的形成致密的网络结构,透气的同时,防止中心夹层内脱落的中药凝胶颗粒漏出鞋垫,进而间接的实现提高鞋垫的使用寿命。
5.通过防水玻璃纤维丝和聚酯纤维编织成隔水层,从而利用聚酯纤维和放水玻璃纤维之间的间隙,实现透气同时防止水流侵入鞋垫,从而实现提高鞋垫使用寿命的目的。
6.通过橡胶球减震,同时中空微通道的橡胶球能导入气体,进而使脚底能与抗菌层之间形成微小间隙,方便抗菌层工作,同时中空微通道的橡胶球能将中心夹层的球形容纳室中的中药凝胶微粒导入到足部,进而实现中药凝胶微粒和抗菌层之间的交联抗菌,进一步实现抗菌的目的。

下面结合附图进一步详细描述本发明的技术方案,但本发明的保护范围不局限于以下所述。
实施例1
如图1所示,一种中药艾草抗菌保健鞋垫,包括中芯层1以及粘接在中芯层1顶面的隔菌层2,所述的隔菌层2包括隔水层22和抗菌层21;所述的隔水层22固定在所述的中芯层1顶面;所述的抗菌层21的底面固定在所述的隔水层22顶面,其顶面接触足部;所述的中芯层1包括中心夹层11以及容纳层12;所述的中心夹层11顶面固定在所述的隔水层22的底面,所述的容纳层12的顶面固定在所述的中心夹层11的底面,所述的容纳层12的底面抵接在鞋底表面;所述的中心夹层11在足部的足弓处,设有球形容纳室13,所述的球形容纳室内填充有中药凝胶颗粒;所述的中药凝胶颗粒料包括如下成分:7份的苦楝皮、8份的蛇床子、12份的苦参、7份的黄柏、36份的透骨草、12份的黄芪、23份的大腹皮;所述的中药凝胶颗粒为中药成分颗粒通过海藻酸钠固定形成中药凝胶颗粒;从而使中药成分能在球形容纳室内缓释,进而利用中药成分在足部出汗阶段,能降低足部的热度感知,同时能抑制足部的有害菌落的繁殖,并且采用中药凝胶颗粒,能防止水汽过多导致的药液流失,并且球形容纳室可具备缓冲功能,缓冲足弓区受到的压力从而使中药成分充分接触足弓区,实现提高鞋垫使用寿命以及抗菌的目的。
为了进一步实现抗菌的目的,所述的抗菌层21采用粗孔棉布为基底,其粗孔211内填充有抗菌塑料微粒23;所述的抗菌塑料微粒23以抗菌剂微粒搭载树脂材料形成,通过树脂材料搭载抗菌剂微粒,从而使抗菌剂微粒充分吸附在抗菌层21的粗孔棉布基底上,进而防止抗菌剂微粒的掉落,从而实现抗菌微粒的持续抗菌,进一步实现抗菌的目的。
为了进一步实现提高鞋垫使用寿命的目的,所述的中心夹层11采用艾草纤维编织成骨架,再通过发酵剂浸入成型;所述的发酵剂包括如下步骤制备:
1)先采用洗净的艾草植物进行白腐菌的2-3d的预发酵,得到预发酵液;
2)再将预发酵液5mm网筛过滤,分别收集滤液和滤渣;
3)反复挤压收集的滤渣,并收集挤压液,得到挤压残渣;
4)将挤压残渣与米浆混合均匀后,经过酿酒酵母菌共发酵得到发酵液;
5)将得到的发酵液与滤液、挤压液混合均匀,并过滤,即为发酵剂;通过发酵剂与艾草纤维编织的骨架浸润加强,从而利用发酵剂中含有的多种蛋白质以及多种发酵后小分子酸,使艾草纤维编织的的骨架更润滑以及沾附性更强,从而使中药凝胶颗粒能充分滞留在球形容纳室13中,进而实现持续的中药抗菌、改善菌落结构的目的,间接实现鞋垫使用寿命的提高的目的。
为了进一步实现提高鞋垫使用寿命,所述的容纳层12采用单丝细度为0.45dtex的竹炭纤维编织而成;通过采用单丝细度为0.45dtex的竹炭纤维,从而使容纳层12的形成致密的网络结构,透气的同时,防止中心夹层11内脱落的中药凝胶颗粒漏出鞋垫,进而间接的实现提高鞋垫的使用寿命。
为了进一步实现提高鞋垫使用寿命的目的,所述的隔水层22采用防水玻璃纤维丝并掺杂聚酯纤维丝编织而成;通过防水玻璃纤维丝和聚酯纤维编织成隔水层22,从而利用聚酯纤维和放水玻璃纤维之间的间隙,实现透气同时防止水流侵入鞋垫,从而实现提高鞋垫使用寿命的目的。
为了进一步实现抗菌的目的,所述的抗菌层21上还均匀分布有减震橡胶球212,所述的减震橡胶球212的半径与所述的粗孔棉布的孔径相同;所述的减震橡胶球212采用内设中控微通道213的橡胶球;通过橡胶球减震,同时中空微通道213的橡胶球能导入气体,进而使脚底能与抗菌层之间形成微小间隙,方便抗菌层工作,同时中空微通道213的橡胶球能将中心夹层11的球形容纳室13中的中药凝胶微粒导入到足部,进而实现中药凝胶微粒和抗菌层21之间的交联抗菌,进一步实现抗菌的目的。
实施例2
将所述的中药凝胶颗粒成分更正为:5-10份的苦楝皮、5-10份的蛇床子、10-15份的苦参、5-10份的黄柏、30-40份的透骨草、10-15份的黄芪、15-25份的大腹皮;其余配方及步骤同实施例1。
实施例3
将所述的中药凝胶颗粒成分更正为:5-10份的苦楝皮、5-10份的蛇床子、10-15份的苦参、5-10份的黄柏、30-40份的透骨草、10-15份的黄芪、15-25份的大腹皮;其余配方及步骤同实施例1。
对比例1
不采用球形容纳室13容纳中药凝胶颗粒,直接此案用中心夹层11的夹层内平铺中药凝胶颗粒,其余配方及步骤同实施例1。
对比例2
不采用中药凝胶颗粒的中药成分,直接采用海藻酸钠固定形成凝胶颗粒,其余配方及步骤同实施例1。
对比例3
中心夹层11采用普通的纯棉纤维编织成骨架,其余配方及步骤同实施例1。

撤去隔水层22,其余配方及步骤同实施例1。

在抗菌层1上,不采用抗菌塑料微粒23,其余配方及步骤同实施例1。
将各个实施例和对比例得到的鞋垫进行抗湿实验和抑菌实验,其中抗湿实验为采用1ml/s流速的水柱冲淋鞋垫中心15min,同时在鞋垫底部对应位置防止质量为5g的干海绵块,2h后分别称重吸水后的海绵块,并计算出吸水率;
抑菌实验为,将足部的菌落提取后,进行多代培养,在鞋垫上涂覆固体培养基,将多代培养的菌落以划线平板法在鞋垫的固定培养基上接种,要求划破培养基,随后进行72h培养,统计菌落中菌群繁殖后的鞋垫剩余面积占鞋垫总面积的比例,即为抗菌率;综合结果如表1所示。

由表1可知,当采用包括7份的苦楝皮、8份的蛇床子、12份的苦参、7份的黄柏、36份的透骨草、12份的黄芪、23份的大腹皮的中药凝胶颗粒材料,同时采用球形容纳室13容纳中药凝胶颗粒材料,并采用抗菌塑料微粒的23的抗菌层21,以及中心夹层11采用艾草纤维编织成骨架,和设置隔水层22,得到的鞋垫,其吸水率为5%、抗菌率为95%,并且预估使用寿命可达到5年以上,从而实现了达到提高鞋垫使用寿命以及抗菌的目的,体现了本发明的优越性。

1.一种中药艾草抗菌保健鞋垫,其特征在于:包括中芯层以及粘接在中芯层顶面的隔菌层,所述的隔菌层包括隔水层和抗菌层;所述的隔水层固定在所述的中芯层顶面;所述的抗菌层的底面固定在所述的隔水层顶面,其顶面接触足部;所述的抗菌层采用粗孔棉布为基底,其粗孔内填充有抗菌塑料微粒;所述的抗菌塑料微粒以抗菌剂微粒搭载树脂材料形成;所述的抗菌层上还均匀分布有减震橡胶球,所述的减震橡胶球的半径与所述的粗孔棉布的孔径相同;所述的减震橡胶球采用内设中控微通道的橡胶球;
所述的中芯层包括中心夹层以及容纳层;所述的中心夹层顶面固定在所述的隔水层的底面,所述的容纳层的顶面固定在所述的中心夹层的底面,所述的容纳层的底面抵接在鞋底表面;
