and a third stage: maintaining the second standby temperature in a set second standby time period, simultaneously judging whether the user has the action of preparing smoking, if so, immediately controlling the heating element R to raise the heating temperature to the working temperature, and returning to the first stage; and if the smoking is not prepared, controlling the heating element R to stop working and shut down after the second standby time period is ended.
The embodiment increases the second standby temperature, so that the power consumption of the heating element can be further reduced, and the service life of the cigarette can be further prolonged.
In the first stage of this embodiment, the total operating time for maintaining the operating temperature is accumulated and calculated, and it is determined whether the total operating time reaches a set total operating time threshold, if not, the first stage is continued, and if so, the heating element is controlled to stop operating and shut down.

(5) after the temperature rise is finished, the microcontroller controls the vibration prompting unit to vibrate;
(6) the microcontroller controls the power output of the power unit to maintain the heating temperature of the heating element at the working temperature, the baking smoking set starts to enter a set working time period to be in a smoking waiting state, and the timing unit starts to calculate the time for maintaining the working temperature and the accumulated time;
(7) the resistance value detection unit detects the resistance value of the heating element, the microcontroller judges whether the cigarette is sucked according to the change rate of the resistance value of the heating element, if so, the step (6) is returned, and if not, the next step is carried out;
(8) the microcontroller judges whether the accumulated time for maintaining the working temperature exceeds a set total working time threshold, if not, the next step is carried out, and if so, the step (15) is carried out;
(9) the microcontroller judges whether the time for maintaining the working temperature in the time period exceeds the set working time period, if not, the step (7) is returned, and if so, the next step is carried out;
(10) the power unit reduces the output power, so that the heating temperature of the heating element is reduced to a set standby temperature, the heating element enters a set standby time period for standby, and the timing unit starts to calculate the standby time;
(11) the gravity sensor detects the position change and the moving speed of the three-dimensional coordinate of the smoking set, sends a gesture signal of smoking action and transmits the gesture signal to the microcontroller;
(12) the microcontroller judges whether the user has the action of preparing smoking according to the gesture signal, if so, the next step is carried out, and if not, the step (14) is carried out;
(13) the power unit increases the output power, so that the temperature of the heating element is quickly increased to the working temperature, and the step (6) is returned;
(14) the microcontroller judges whether the standby time exceeds the set standby time period, if not, the step (11) is returned, and if so, the next step is carried out;
(15) the microcontroller closes the power output of the power unit and shuts down the tobacco curing device.
In this embodiment, the above steps are all automatically controlled by presetting a computer program in the microcontroller.
Example four
As shown in fig. 2 and 7, the smoking set 1 required for implementing the method of the present invention at least comprises a heating assembly and a battery assembly, wherein the heating assembly comprises a heating element R for baking the cigarette 2, the battery assembly comprises a battery 3, a circuit control board 4 and a starting switch K, the battery 3 is used for providing power for the heating element R and controlling the heating element R, and the circuit control board 4 comprises a control circuit. The control circuit is provided with a microcontroller 6, a vibration prompting unit 5 electrically connected with the microcontroller 6, a power unit 7, a resistance value detection unit 8 and a gravity sensor 9, the microcontroller 6 comprises a computer program 61 and a timing unit 62, the power unit 7 is electrically connected with a battery 4, adjusts the voltage of the battery and then outputs working power to the heating element 3, the resistance value detection unit 8 is used for detecting the resistance value of the heating element R, and the microcontroller 6 can judge whether smoking occurs according to the change signal of the resistance value because the resistance value of the heating element 3 changes when a user smokes; meanwhile, the heating element R is made of a thermistor, and the resistance value and the temperature of the heating element R have mutual correspondence, so that the microcontroller 6 can judge the heating temperature according to the resistance value. The gravity sensor 9 detects gesture signals of smoking actions and transmits the gesture signals to the microcontroller 6, the microcontroller 6 pre-judges the actions of smoking preparation of a user according to the gesture signals and sends heating control signals, the timing unit 62 respectively carries out time statistics on different smoking states including continuous working temperature states and standby states, and the vibration prompting unit 5 carries out vibration prompting on related working states of the smoking set, such as starting, shutting down, when the heating temperature reaches the working temperature, and when the working temperature is reduced to the standby temperature, vibration prompting is carried out.
As shown in fig. 2 and 7, the operating principle of the smoking set 1 is that when a user uses the smoking set 1, the user firstly presses the starting switch K to switch on the battery power supply, so as to provide power for the microcontroller 6 and the related control circuit, and the power unit 7 performs voltage boosting or voltage reducing processing according to the instruction of the microcontroller 6 under the control of the microcontroller 6, and finally outputs power to the heating element R. After the heating element R is operated, the temperature rises to the set operating temperature, at this time, the vibration prompting unit 5 performs vibration prompting to indicate that the smoking waiting state is performed in the set operating time period, the user can start smoking according to the vibration prompting, and the timing unit 62 performs related timing. The resistance value detection unit 8 detects the resistance value change of the heating element R when in work, and the microcontroller 6 can judge whether smoking is carried out according to the resistance value change signal because the resistance value of the heating element 3 changes when a user smokes. When the user is smoking cigarettes, the heating temperature will drop, and the microcontroller 6 makes the power unit 7 maintain stable power output, so that the temperature of the heating element R rises back to maintain the working temperature. If the user has a puff during the work period, the heating temperature continues to remain unchanged at the end of the puff while the next work period is recalculated. If the user does not smoke in the working time period, the microcontroller 6 controls the power unit 7 to reduce the power output, so that the heating element R reduces the heating temperature to the set standby temperature and keeps the temperature, the electric energy of the battery is saved, and the service life of the tobacco is prolonged. In the standby time period, the gravity sensor 9 works to simulate the action of smoking by human hands, detect the motion track, the action frequency, the position change of three-dimensional coordinates, the moving speed and the like of the smoking set, send the detected gesture signals to the microcontroller 6, the microcontroller 6 judges whether a user prepares to smoke or not in advance, if the detected gesture signals are judged to prepare to smoke, the microcontroller 6 controls the power unit 7 to rapidly increase the output power, and when the user puts cigarettes of the smoking set into an inlet, the heating temperature of the heating element R is rapidly increased to the working temperature and kept, so that the user can immediately suck out smoke. And if the gesture signal that the user prepares to smoke is not detected in the standby time period, automatically shutting down the smoking set.
The automatic temperature control baking smoking set has the advantages that the power unit 7, the microcontroller 6, the resistance value detection unit 8, the gravity sensor 9, the timing unit 62 and the like are arranged, so that the heating temperature of a user can be kept in a smoking temperature state when the user smokes normally, the temperature can be reduced to a standby temperature to enter a standby state when the user does not smoke for a long time, and once a gesture signal of smoking action of the user is detected, the temperature can be rapidly increased to a working temperature of smoking. Therefore, the power loss of the battery can be reduced, the loss of tobacco can be reduced, the cigarette utilization time is prolonged, the tobacco is prevented from producing scorched flavor or burnt flavor, and the use experience of a user is improved.

Claims (10)
1. An automatic temperature control method for a smoking set, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the first stage is as follows: after the heating element heats to the set working temperature, the working temperature is maintained in the set working time period, whether the cigarettes are sucked or not is judged, and if the cigarettes are sucked, the working time period is restarted and the working temperature is maintained after the suction is finished; if the air is not sucked, controlling the heating element after the working time period is ended to reduce the heating temperature to the set standby temperature;
and a second stage: maintaining the standby temperature in a set standby time period, simultaneously judging whether a user has an action of preparing smoking, immediately controlling the heating element to raise the heating temperature to the working temperature if the user has the action of preparing smoking, and returning to the first stage; and if no action for preparing smoking exists, controlling the heating element to stop working and shut down or further reducing the heating temperature to the set second standby temperature after the standby time period is ended.
2. The automatic temperature control method for flue-cured smoking set according to claim 1, further comprising:
and a third stage: if the heating temperature is reduced to the second standby temperature in the second stage, maintaining the second standby temperature in a set second standby time period, simultaneously judging whether a user has an action of preparing smoking, if so, immediately controlling the heating element to increase the heating temperature to the working temperature, and returning to the first stage; and if the smoking is not prepared, controlling the heating element to stop working and shut down after the second standby time period is ended.
3. The automatic temperature control method for flue-cured smoking set according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising:
and in the first stage, accumulating and calculating the total working time for maintaining the working temperature, judging whether the total working time reaches a set total working time threshold value, if not, continuing the first stage, and if so, controlling the heating element to stop working and shut down.
4. The automatic temperature control method for roasting smoking set according to claim 1, wherein the method for judging whether the cigarette is smoked is as follows:
obtaining the resistance value change rate by continuously detecting the resistance value of the heating element, if the resistance value change rate reaches a set resistance value change rate threshold value, judging that the cigarette is sucked, otherwise, judging that the cigarette is not sucked;
or the infrared detection unit continuously detects the distance value between the infrared light source and the human body, if the distance value reaches a set distance threshold value, the cigarette is judged to be sucked, otherwise, the cigarette is judged not to be sucked.
5. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the method for determining whether the user has an action of preparing to smoke is:
continuously detecting the three-dimensional coordinate position change and the moving speed of the smoking set through a gravity sensor to obtain a gesture signal of smoking set movement, if the gesture signal accords with a set gesture signal, judging that an action for smoking is ready, otherwise, judging that the action is not ready;
or the distance value between the infrared light source and the human body is continuously detected through the infrared detection unit, if the rate of reducing the distance value reaches the set rate-reducing threshold value, the action of preparing smoking is judged, otherwise, the action of preparing smoking is judged not to exist;
or the atmospheric pressure is continuously detected through the pressure sensor, if the change rate of the atmospheric pressure reaches the set threshold value of the change rate of the atmospheric pressure, the action of preparing smoking is judged, and if not, the action is judged not.
6. The automatic temperature control method for roasting smoking set according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the detection method of the heating temperature is as follows:
the heating temperature corresponding to the resistance value can be obtained by continuously detecting the resistance value of the heating element and according to the corresponding relation between the resistance value of the thermistor and the temperature;
or directly detects the heating temperature by a temperature sensor near the heating element.
7. The automatic temperature control method for roasting smoking set according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the setting method of the working temperature is as follows: setting a working temperature of a fixed value; or to set an operating temperature that is a function of the time period.
8. The automatic temperature control method for flue-cured smoking set according to claim 1, further comprising the following specific operation steps:
(1) setting relevant parameters on a microcontroller;
(2) turning on a starting switch to start the smoking set;
(3) the power unit outputs power to the heating element, and the smoking set enters a heating and temperature-rising state;
(4) the resistance value detection unit detects the resistance value of the heating element, the microcontroller calculates the heating temperature according to the resistance value and judges whether the heating temperature reaches the set working temperature, if so, the next step is carried out, and if not, the previous step is returned;
(5) after the temperature rise is finished, the microcontroller controls the vibration prompting unit to vibrate;
(6) the microcontroller controls the power output of the power unit to maintain the heating temperature of the heating element at the working temperature, the baking smoking set starts to enter a set working time period to be in a smoking waiting state, and the timing unit starts to calculate the time for maintaining the working temperature and the accumulated time;
(7) the resistance value detection unit detects the resistance value of the heating element, the microcontroller judges whether the cigarette is sucked according to the change rate of the resistance value of the heating element, if so, the step (6) is returned, and if not, the next step is carried out;
(8) the microcontroller judges whether the accumulated time for maintaining the working temperature exceeds a set total working time threshold, if not, the next step is carried out, and if so, the step (15) is carried out;
(9) the microcontroller judges whether the time for maintaining the working temperature in the time period exceeds the set working time period, if not, the step (7) is returned, and if so, the next step is carried out;
(10) the power unit reduces the output power, so that the heating temperature of the heating element is reduced to a set standby temperature, the heating element enters a set standby time period for standby, and the timing unit starts to calculate the standby time;
(11) the gravity sensor detects the position change and the moving speed of the three-dimensional coordinate of the smoking set, sends a gesture signal of smoking action and transmits the gesture signal to the microcontroller;
(12) the microcontroller judges whether the user has the action of preparing smoking according to the gesture signal, if so, the next step is carried out, and if not, the step (14) is carried out;
(13) the power unit increases the output power, so that the temperature of the heating element is quickly increased to the working temperature, and the step (6) is returned;
(14) the microcontroller judges whether the standby time exceeds the set standby time period, if not, the step (11) is returned, and if so, the next step is carried out;
(15) the microcontroller closes the power output of the power unit and shuts down the tobacco curing device.
9. The method of any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the method or steps are automatically controlled by a computer program preset in a microcontroller.
10. A tobacco roasting device with an automatic temperature control method is characterized by comprising a heating assembly and a battery assembly for realizing the method of any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the heating assembly comprises a heating element for roasting cigarettes, the battery assembly comprises a battery, a control circuit and a starting switch, the control circuit comprises a microcontroller, a power unit electrically connected with the microcontroller, a resistance value detection unit, a gravity sensor and a vibration prompting unit, the microcontroller comprises a timing unit, a computer program is preset in the microcontroller for automatic control, the power unit outputs power to the heating element, the resistance value detection unit is used for detecting the resistance value of the heating element, the gravity sensor detects a gesture signal of a user for preparing smoking action and transmits the gesture signal to the microcontroller, and the microcontroller sends out a heating control signal after judging that the smoking action exists according to the gesture signal, the timing unit respectively carries out time statistics on a continuous working temperature state and a standby state, and the vibration prompting unit carries out vibration prompting on the related working state of the smoking set.
