The support bar 16 is slightly shorter than the height of the outlet channel 23 and supports the sealing plate 13.
The width of the horizontal plate 18 is 1/8-1/10 of the height of the outlet channel 23. The horizontal plate 18 is provided to effectively support the support rod 16 until the water is discharged and the sealing plate 13 is sealed when it falls, by the impact of the water flow and the gravity of the weight ball 19.
