Abstract
The invention discloses an elevator five-party communication system based on a wireless gateway, which comprises: the system comprises an intercom host, an intercom extension of a machine room, a 4G gateway, a car top interphone, a car interphone and a pit interphone; the machine room intercom extension is connected with the 4G gateway; the machine room intercom extension is connected with the intercom host through the 4G gateway; the machine room intercom extension is respectively connected with the car roof interphone, the car cage interphone and the pit interphone; the elevator emergency communication system realizes the elevator five-party communication based on a wireless mode, has the characteristics of simple wiring, simple application and high flexibility, and effectively overcomes the defects in the conventional elevator emergency communication system.

Background
With the rapid development of modern society, elevators become an indispensable part of people's lives. However, the number of elevator faults and people trapping events is also increasing and the safety of elevators is of increasing concern. When the elevator has an accident of people trapping, rescue is the first task, and how to establish quick and real-time communication with trapped people is the key point of rescue, which is very important. Most of existing elevator five-party communication equipment adopts a wired mode, and the problems of troublesome wiring, inflexibility, cost height difference and the like exist.

The purpose of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme: an elevator five-way communication system based on a wireless gateway comprises: the system comprises an intercom host, an intercom extension of a machine room, a 4G gateway, a car top interphone, a car interphone and a pit interphone; the machine room intercom extension is connected with the 4G gateway; the machine room intercom extension is connected with the intercom host through the 4G gateway; the machine room intercom extension is respectively connected with the car top interphone, the car interphone and the pit interphone.
As a further improvement of the above technical solution, the extension telephone of the machine room intercom includes an interface module, an audio processing module, a micro control module and a power supply module; the machine room intercom extension is respectively connected with a car top interphone, a car interphone and a pit interphone through the interface module; the micro control module is respectively connected with the interface module and the audio processing module; and the power supply module is used for supplying power to the interface module, the audio processing module and the micro control module. And the audio connection of the machine room intercom extension, the car top intercom, the car intercom and the pit intercom is realized.

The car interphone 106 is installed in a car, and the machine room intercom extension 103 is triggered by operating an emergency button. The car top interphone 104 is installed on the top of an elevator car, the car bottom interphone is installed at the bottom of the elevator car, the car top interphone 104 and the car bottom interphone both adopt handle telephones, the car top interphone and the car bottom interphone realize communication with the machine room intercom extension through off-hook, the car interphone 106 realizes communication through an elevator traveling cable, and meanwhile communication with the intercom host 101 is realized through a wireless network.
The machine room intercom extension 103 comprises an interface module, an audio processing module, a micro control module and a power supply module; the machine room intercom extension is respectively connected with a car top interphone 104, a car interphone 106 and a pit interphone 105 through the interface module; the micro control module is respectively connected with the interface module and the audio processing module; and the power supply module is used for supplying power to the interface module, the audio processing module and the micro control module.
As a preferred embodiment, still include computer lab camera, smoke detector, ladder year screen and elevator control panel.

The wireless gateway based elevator five-way communication system according to claim 1, characterized in that: the machine room intercom extension comprises an interface module, an audio processing module, a micro control module and a power supply module; the machine room intercom extension is respectively connected with a car top interphone, a car interphone and a pit interphone through the interface module; the micro control module is respectively connected with the interface module and the audio processing module; and the power supply module is used for supplying power to the interface module, the audio processing module and the micro control module.
