Claims (10)
1. A method for issuing emergency broadcast information through an intelligent television, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
when the intelligent television emergency broadcast back-end system obtains emergency information, assembling the emergency information according to an emergency information template to obtain emergency broadcast information;
the intelligent television emergency broadcast back-end system determines a corresponding sending range based on the emergency information and sends the emergency broadcast information to an intelligent television emergency broadcast terminal system in the sending range;
and when the intelligent television emergency broadcast terminal system receives the emergency broadcast information, displaying the emergency broadcast information in real time.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
the intelligent television emergency broadcast terminal system sends terminal registration information to the intelligent television emergency broadcast back-end system, wherein the terminal registration information comprises terminal IP address information, terminal user information and terminal user personalized setting information;
and after receiving the terminal registration information, the intelligent television emergency broadcast back-end system establishes a terminal information database according to the terminal registration information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the method further comprises:
and the intelligent television emergency broadcast back-end system determines the region range corresponding to each intelligent television terminal according to the terminal registration information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
and establishing long connection between the intelligent television emergency broadcast back-end system and the intelligent television emergency broadcast terminal system, and keeping heartbeat information.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
the intelligent television emergency broadcast terminal system returns feedback information about the emergency broadcast information to the intelligent television emergency broadcast back-end system;
wherein the feedback information comprises at least any one of:
the intelligent television terminal number information in the specific area;
the transmission success ratio information of the emergency broadcast information;
and the attention degree information of the terminal user to the emergency broadcast information.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the manner in which the smart television emergency broadcast terminal system presents the emergency broadcast information comprises at least any one of:
the intelligent television emergency broadcast terminal system displays sound information corresponding to the emergency broadcast information;
the intelligent television emergency broadcast terminal system displays image information corresponding to the emergency broadcast information;
and the intelligent television emergency broadcast terminal system displays the animation information corresponding to the emergency broadcast information.
7. An intelligent television emergency broadcast back-end system, wherein the back-end system comprises a service module and a support module;
the service module comprises an acquisition system, a template system, a release system, a user system, a strategy system and a service system;
the acquisition system is used for butting national, provincial and municipal, county level and community emergency center release platforms to acquire emergency information;
the template system is used for performing templating processing on the emergency information and assembling the emergency information according to an emergency information template to obtain emergency broadcast information;
the release system is used for sending the emergency broadcast information to a corresponding intelligent television emergency broadcast terminal system according to a message sending strategy;
the user system is used for receiving terminal registration information sent by the intelligent television emergency broadcast terminal system and establishing a terminal information database;
the strategy system is used for making the message sending strategy;
the service system is used for providing services for the intelligent television emergency broadcast terminal system;
the support module comprises a management module, an information base and an IT system;
the management module is used for providing management configuration of the intelligent television emergency broadcast back-end system;
the information base is used for providing a basic information base;
the IT system is used for providing services which can be expanded flexibly according to the number of the intelligent television terminals.
8. An intelligent television emergency broadcast terminal system comprises a service module and a resource module;
the service module comprises a display system, a setting system and a linking system;
the display system is used for displaying emergency broadcast information sent by the intelligent television emergency broadcast back-end system;
the setting system is used for determining personalized setting information of the terminal user based on user operation;
the link system is used for keeping long connection with the intelligent television emergency broadcast back-end system;
the resource module comprises sound effect materials, image materials and animation materials.
9. A computing device, wherein the device comprises a memory for storing computer program instructions and a processor for executing the computer program instructions, wherein the computer program instructions, when executed by the processor, trigger the device to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 6.
10. A computer readable medium having stored thereon computer program instructions executable by a processor to implement the method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
