Example 1
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a control method for a neutral point grounding mode of a transformer according to a first embodiment of the present invention, where the embodiment is applicable to a case of controlling the neutral point grounding mode of the transformer, and the method may be performed by a control device for the neutral point grounding mode of the transformer, where the device may be implemented by software and/or hardware, and where the device may be integrated into an electronic apparatus, such as a computer, having a control function for the neutral point grounding mode of the transformer, and the method specifically includes the following steps:
step 110, collecting the voltage of the high-voltage side of the transformer.
The control device of the grounding mode of the neutral point of the transformer can acquire the voltage of the high-voltage side of the transformer acquired by the voltage acquisition device through a port which is arranged on the control device and is electrically connected with the voltage acquisition device, so that the grounding mode of the neutral point of the transformer is controlled according to the voltage of the high-voltage side of the transformer.
And 120, determining the operation state of the bus of the transformer when the voltage of the high-voltage side of the transformer is a preset first voltage.
The preset first voltage may be 220kV, the operation state of the transformer bus includes a parallel operation state and a split operation state, when the voltage of the high-voltage side of the transformer is the preset first voltage, the operation state of the transformer bus may be determined by detecting states of a bus switch and two side knife switches on the transformer bus, if the bus switch and the two side knife switches are in a closed state, the transformer bus is in parallel operation, and if the bus switch or the two side knife switches are in an open state, the transformer bus is in split operation, so as to control a neutral point grounding mode of the transformer according to the operation state of the transformer bus.
And 130, in the process of converting the transformer into hot standby, controlling the state of a neutral point grounding disconnecting link of the transformer and the state of a transformer switch according to the voltage of the high-voltage side of the transformer and the running state of a bus of the transformer.
The transformer switch comprises at least one of a transformer high-voltage side switch, a transformer medium-voltage side switch and a transformer low-voltage side switch. When the voltage of the high-voltage side of the transformer is a preset first voltage, if the transformer buses run in a split mode, controlling the state of a neutral point grounding disconnecting link of the transformer on the same bus and the state of a transformer switch; the operation logic of the transformer bus in the split operation is the same as that of the state of the control transformer neutral point grounding disconnecting link and the state of the transformer switch when the transformer buses are in parallel operation.
Specifically, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of grounding a neutral point of a transformer at a high voltage side of 500kV, which is provided by the first embodiment of the present invention, when a load of the transformer is transferred, that is, the transformer is used for transferring heat, the switch and the neutral point at each side of the transformer need to be operated, and currently, a main transformer of a 500kV transformer substation of a power system adopts an autotransformer, and the main transformer is grounded through a direct-isolation device or directly grounded. Referring to fig. 2, if the state of the transformer neutral point grounding knife switch ZJ is detected when the voltage of the high voltage side of the transformer is 500kV, if the transformer neutral point grounding knife switch ZJ is in the open state, the transformer neutral point is grounded through the blocking device grounding knife switch GJ, then the low voltage side switch of the transformer is opened 301, the medium voltage side switch of the transformer is opened 201, the transformer neutral point grounding knife switch ZJ is closed, the blocking device grounding knife switch GJ of the transformer is opened, and the high voltage side switches of the transformer 5011 and 5012 are opened; if the transformer neutral grounding knife switch ZJ is in a closed state, the transformer high- voltage side switches 5011 and 5012 are directly controlled to be opened. The state of the neutral point grounding disconnecting link of the transformer and the state of the transformer switch are controlled, so that the transformer is turned into hot standby, the reliability of the operation of the neutral point of the transformer is improved, and the phenomenon that the service life of the transformer is influenced due to overvoltage of the neutral point of the transformer caused by the omission of the operation of the neutral point of the transformer by an operator is prevented.
According to the control method for the grounding mode of the neutral point of the transformer, when the collected voltage of the high-voltage side of the transformer is the preset first voltage, the running state of the bus of the transformer is determined, and in the process of transferring heat to standby of the transformer, the state of the neutral point grounding disconnecting link of the transformer and the state of the switch of the transformer are controlled according to the voltage of the high-voltage side of the transformer and the running state of the bus of the transformer. Compared with the existing control method of the grounding mode of the neutral point of the transformer, the control method of the grounding mode of the neutral point of the transformer, provided by the embodiment, achieves the purpose of transferring the transformer to a hot standby by controlling the state of the grounding knife switch of the neutral point of the transformer and the state of the transformer switch, and prevents operators from missing the operation of the neutral point of the transformer to cause overvoltage of the neutral point of the transformer so as to influence the reliability of control and the service life of the transformer, thereby improving the reliability of the operation of the neutral point of the transformer and the service life of the transformer.
Example two
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a control method for a neutral point grounding mode of a transformer according to a second embodiment of the present invention, where the present embodiment is applicable to a case of controlling the neutral point grounding mode of a transformer, and the method may be performed by a control device for the neutral point grounding mode of a transformer, and the device may be implemented by software and/or hardware, and the device may be integrated in an electronic device, such as a computer, having a control function for the neutral point grounding mode of a transformer, and the method specifically includes the following steps:
step 210, collecting the voltage of the high-voltage side of the transformer.
Step 220, judging whether the voltage of the high-voltage side of the transformer is a preset first voltage; if so, go to step 230; if not, step 288 is performed.
The preset first voltage can be 220kV, the grounding mode of the main transformer high neutral point of the 220kV transformer substation of the current power system comprises gap grounding, direct grounding and grounding through a blocking device, and the neutral point of the transformer comprises direct grounding and gap grounding; the high neutral point of the 110kV transformer substation comprises a mode of grounding through a gap and directly grounding; the main transformer of the 500kV transformer substation adopts an autotransformer, and the grounding mode of the main transformer is grounded through a direct-isolation device or directly grounded.
Step 230, detecting whether a bus-bar switch and two side disconnecting links on a transformer bus are in a closing position; if so, go to step 240; if not, step 287 is performed.
Specifically, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a grounding mode of a neutral point of a transformer with a high voltage side of 220kV, as shown in fig. 4, where it is determined that a bus L1 and a bus L1 are operated in a row or in parallel by detecting the switch states of a bus bar switch 2012 and two side knife switches, and if the bus bar switch 2012 and the two side knife switches are in a closed position, the bus L1 and the bus L2 are operated in parallel, and step 240 is executed; when the bus bar switch 2012 or the two-side knife switch is in the pulled position, the bus bar L1 and the bus bar L2 are operated in a split row, and step 287 is performed.
Step 240, detecting whether a neutral point grounding disconnecting link of a voltage side in the transformer is at a closing position; if so, go to step 250; if not, go to step 284.
Specifically, when the voltage at the high-voltage side of the transformer in the present embodiment is the preset first voltage, the transformer for heat transfer standby is exemplified by the transformer 1 in fig. 4, and if it is determined that the buses L1 and L2 are running in parallel by detecting the switching states of the bus bar switch 2012 and the two side knife switches during the heat transfer standby of the transformer 1, the state of the neutral point grounding knife switch ZJ12 at the medium-voltage side of the transformer 1 is detected.
Step 250, detecting whether a neutral point grounding disconnecting link of the high-voltage side of the transformer is at a closing position; if so, go to step 260; if not, step 282 is performed.
When the neutral point grounding switch ZJ12 of the transformer 1 is in the closed state, the state of the neutral point grounding switch ZJ11 of the transformer 1 is detected.
Step 260, detecting whether other transformer high-voltage side neutral points of the transformer substation where the transformer is located are provided with a blocking device or not; if so, go to step 281; if not, step 270 is performed.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the transformer 1 is further provided with a transformer 2 and a transformer 3, and when it is determined that the buses L1 and L2 are operated in parallel, it is possible to detect whether or not the high-voltage side neutral points of the transformers 2 and 3 have a blocking device. In addition, when determining that the buses L1 and L2 are running in separate rows, it is only necessary to detect whether there is a blocking device on the same bus, i.e., the high-side neutral point of the transformer 2.
And 270, controlling the high-voltage side neutral point grounding disconnecting link and the medium-voltage side neutral point grounding disconnecting link of the transformer to be closed.
Specifically, when the buses L1 and L2 are operated in parallel, if no blocking device is detected at the high-voltage side neutral point of the transformer 2, the high-voltage side neutral point grounding switch ZJ21 and the medium-voltage side neutral point grounding switch ZJ22 of the transformer 2 are controlled to be closed.
Step 280, sequentially controlling the switch on the low-voltage side of the transformer to be switched off, the switch on the medium-voltage side of the transformer to be switched off, and the switch on the high-voltage side of the transformer to be switched off.
After the high-voltage side neutral point grounding switch ZJ21 and the medium-voltage side neutral point grounding switch ZJ22 of the control transformer 2 are turned on, the low-voltage side switch 501, the medium-voltage side switch 1101, and the high-voltage side switch 2201 of the control transformer 1 are sequentially turned off. The state of the high-side switch 2201 of the transformer 1 may be detected first, and the high-side switch 2201 of the transformer 1 is controlled to be opened if it is in the closed state, and the high-side switch 2201 of the transformer 1 is not required to be operated if it is in the open state.
And 281, controlling the grounding disconnecting link of the high-voltage side neutral point blocking device of one transformer and the grounding disconnecting link of the medium-voltage side neutral point to be closed.
Specifically, when it is detected that the high-voltage side neutral point of the transformer 3 has a blocking device, the high-voltage side neutral point blocking device grounding knife switch GZ3 and the medium-voltage side neutral point grounding knife switch ZJ32 of the transformer 3 are controlled to be closed, and the step 280 is continuously executed.
And 282, sequentially controlling the opening of the low-voltage side switch of the transformer, the opening of the medium-voltage side switch of the transformer and the closing of the neutral point grounding disconnecting link of the high-voltage side of the transformer.
When detecting that the high-voltage neutral point grounding switch ZJ11 of the transformer is turned off, the low-voltage switch 501 of the transformer 1, the medium-voltage switch 1101, and the high-voltage neutral point grounding switch ZJ11 are sequentially controlled to be turned off. The state of the medium-voltage side switch 1101 of the transformer 1 can be detected, and if the medium-voltage side switch 1101 of the transformer 1 is in the closed state, the opening thereof is controlled, and if the medium-voltage side switch 1101 of the transformer 1 is in the open state, the operation thereof is not required.
If the neutral point grounding knife switch ZJ12 of the transformer 1 is in the open state and the direct current blocking device grounding knife switch GZ1 is in the closed state, the low-voltage side switch 501 of the transformer 1, the neutral point grounding knife switch ZJ12 of the medium voltage side switch 1101 is closed, the neutral point grounding knife switch ZJ11 of the high voltage side switch ZJ11 is closed, and the direct current blocking device grounding knife switch GZ1 is opened and the high-voltage side switch 2201 is opened.
Step 283, the high side switch of the transformer is controlled to be turned off.
And 284, sequentially controlling the low-voltage side switch of the transformer to be opened, the neutral point grounding disconnecting link of the medium-voltage side of the transformer to be closed, and the medium-voltage side switch of the transformer to be opened.
Specifically, when detecting that the neutral point grounding knife switch ZJ12 on the medium voltage side of the transformer 1 is opened, the low voltage side switch 501 of the transformer 1 is opened, the neutral point grounding knife switch ZJ12 on the medium voltage side is closed, and the medium voltage side switch 1101 is opened.
If the neutral point grounding switch ZJ12, the high-voltage neutral point grounding switch ZJ11, and the disconnecting device grounding switch GZ1 of the transformer 1 are all in the open state, the low-voltage side switch 501, the neutral point grounding switch ZJ12, the medium-voltage side switch 1101, the high-voltage neutral point grounding switch ZJ11, and the high-voltage side switch 2201 of the transformer 1 are sequentially controlled to be opened.
Step 285, detecting whether a grounding disconnecting link of a direct-isolation device of the transformer is at a closing position; if so, go to step 286; if not, go to step 283.
And 286, controlling the grounding disconnecting link of the blocking device to be disconnected.
Specifically, if it is detected that the dc blocking device grounding knife switch GZ1 of the transformer 1 is in the closed state, the dc blocking device grounding knife switch GZ1 is controlled to be opened.
Step 287, controlling the state of the neutral point grounding switch of the transformer on the same bus and the state of the transformer switch.
Specifically, if the bus L1 and the bus L1 are determined to run in a row according to the bus bar switch 2012 and the switch states of the two side switches, the state of the neutral point grounding switch of the transformer 1, the state of the neutral point grounding switch of the transformer 2, and the state of the switch of the transformer 2 are controlled, and the control process is the same as the operation logic of the control process when the buses run in parallel, that is, the process returns to step 240 to continue.
288, judging whether the voltage of the high-voltage side of the transformer is a preset second voltage; if so, go to step 289; if not, step 292 is performed.
The preset second voltage may be 500kV, and when it is determined that the voltage at the high-voltage side of the transformer is not the preset first voltage, it is determined whether the voltage at the high-voltage side of the transformer is the preset second voltage.
Step 289, detecting whether a neutral point grounding disconnecting link of the transformer is at a closing position; if so, go to step 290; if not, step 291 is performed.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, if the voltage at the high-voltage side of the transformer is a preset second voltage, it is detected whether the neutral point grounding switch ZJ of the transformer is in the closed position.
Step 290, control the high side switch of the transformer to open.
When the neutral point grounding disconnecting link ZJ of the detection transformer is positioned at the on position, the high- voltage side switches 5011 and 5012 of the control transformer are disconnected.
Step 291, the neutral grounding switch of the control transformer is closed, and step 290 is continued.
Specifically, when it is detected that the transformer neutral grounding switch ZJ is opened, the transformer neutral grounding switch ZJ is controlled to be closed, and the step 290 is returned.
