Specifically, when shell 21 is inserted into limiting fixing groove 122, limiting protrusion 216 is located inside second limiting groove 119 and attached to the side wall of second limiting groove 119, and limiting protrusion 216 and second limiting groove 119 can limit plug 10, thereby effectively preventing poor contact between wire end male end 30 and wire end female end 40 caused by shaking of socket 20 during the operation of the automobile.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 4 and 8, the plug 10 further includes a locking element 14, the locking element 14 includes a push-pull plate 141 and two locking bars 142 oppositely disposed and vertically fixed on a surface of the push-pull plate 141, an arc-shaped limiting notch 144 is formed on a side surface of the locking bar 142, the locking bar 142 is inserted into the second limiting recess 119, and when the first limiting protrusion 212 and the second limiting protrusion 113 are engaged, the limiting protrusion 216 is located inside the arc-shaped limiting notch 144. Specifically, the locking element 14 is provided with two locking bars 142, and the side surfaces of the locking bars 142 are provided with the arc-shaped limiting notches 144, so that the locking bars 142 can limit the limiting protrusions 216 through the arc-shaped limiting notches 144, and the stability of the plug 10 and the socket 20 during plugging is improved.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 4 and 8, three sliding seats 123 are disposed on a surface of one end of the female end fixing sleeve 12 away from the insertion port 112, the three sliding seats 123 all extend towards the inside of the limit fixing groove 122, three sliding grooves 145 adapted to the sliding seats 123 are disposed at a bottom end of the push-pull plate 141, and the push-pull plate 141 is slidably connected to the sliding seats 123 through the sliding grooves 145. Specifically, sliding groove 145 and sliding seat 123 may facilitate the insertion of locking member 14 and plug housing 11, and may limit locking member 14 to prevent locking member 14 from shifting.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 to 4 and 8, the locking element 14 further includes a locking block 143, the locking block 143 is fixed on a surface of the push-pull plate 141 and located between the two locking bars 142, a wedge-shaped limiting portion 146 is disposed on an outer side surface of the locking bar 142, a first limiting port 124 and a second limiting port 125 are disposed on a surface of one end of the plug bush 11 away from the plug interface 112, the first limiting port 124 is located on a side close to the plug interface 112, a clamping portion 147 is disposed on a bottom surface of the locking block 143, a boss 126 is disposed on a surface of the plug bush 11, and when the wedge-shaped limiting portion 146 is located in the first limiting port 124, a side wall of the clamping portion 147 abuts against a side wall of the boss 126.
Specifically, the locking element 14 is inserted into the plug housing 11 through the sliding seat 123, and when the wedge-shaped limiting portion 146 is disposed on the outer side surface of the locking bar 142 and inserted into the first limiting opening 124, the side surface of the clamping portion 147 at the bottom of the clamping block 143 abuts against the side surface of the boss 126, so as to limit and fix the locking element 14. When two wedge-shaped limiting parts 146 are pressed inwards, the wedge-shaped limiting parts 146 are separated from the first limiting port 124 in a clamping manner, the locking piece 14 can be pulled out outwards or the wedge-shaped limiting parts 146 are clamped with the second limiting port 125, and meanwhile, the limiting protrusions 216 are separated from the clamping manner with the arc-shaped limiting notches 144, so that convenience is provided for disassembling the plug 10 and the socket 20.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the end of the latch 143 is located below the first pressure supply end 1152 and extends toward the first pressure supply end 1152. With the above arrangement, when the locking element 14 is withdrawn, the latch 143 limits the pressing direction of the first pressure supply end 1152; therefore, when the plug 10 and the socket 20 are disassembled, the locking member 14 needs to be firstly pulled out to press the first pressure supply end 1152, so that the mistaken pressing of the first pressure supply end 1152 is effectively prevented, and the stability of the plug 10 and the socket 20 during plugging is improved.
In this embodiment, three sliding grooves 145 penetrate through the latch 143.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the female end fixing sleeve 12 extends to the outside of the plug sleeve 11 in a direction away from the insertion port 112, a second waterproof sealing sleeve 16 is disposed at one end of the female end fixing sleeve 12 away from the insertion port 112, an end cover 15 is disposed at an end portion of the female end fixing sleeve 12, two opposing claws 127 are disposed at two sides of the female end fixing sleeve 12, two opposing locking grooves 151 are disposed at two sides of the end cover 15, the claws 127 are disposed inside the locking grooves 151, side walls of the claws 127 abut against inner walls of the locking grooves 151, and the wire end female end 40 passes through the second waterproof sealing sleeve 16 and the end cover 15 and extends in an outside direction of the end cover 15. Specifically, the second waterproof sealing sleeve 16 can prevent moisture from entering the connector from the female end fixing sleeve 12, and the end cover 15 is fixed on the end face of the female end fixing sleeve 12, so that the inside of the connector can be effectively protected.
