Abstract

According to the embodiment of the invention, the collected image information is subjected to primary characteristic image extraction and then uploaded to the cloud for further identification to obtain an image identification result, and the voice information is subjected to primary text conversion and/or voice characteristic extraction and then uploaded to the cloud for further processing to obtain a corresponding voice processing result, so that the image identification result and/or the voice processing result is sent to a corresponding electric appliance in the local area network to execute corresponding operation, the data volume uploaded through the network can be reduced, the network delay is reduced, the processing speed of the image information and the voice information can be improved, the network burden is reduced, the cloud computing burden is reduced, and the user experience is improved. Besides, the electric appliance can be awakened nearby, and the intelligence of electric appliance control is improved.
Optionally, the apparatus 100 further comprises: a storage unit (not shown) for storing the offline download resources of the appliances in the local area network, so that the appliances in the local area network share the offline download resources.
For example, the present invention can be implemented in a terminal device, and offline download resources of each electrical appliance in a local area network can be stored in the terminal device side, and each household electrical appliance in the local area network can obtain offline download resources of other electrical appliances stored in the terminal device through a serial port or the local area network, so that more shared resources can be utilized under an offline condition. Therefore, the invention can also realize that different household appliances share the offline resources, for example, the offline resources stored by the household air conditioner and other appliances can be mutually used, such as downloaded music, videos and the like.
The invention also provides a storage medium corresponding to the appliance control method, on which a computer program is stored, which program, when executed by a processor, carries out the steps of any of the methods described above.
The invention also provides a terminal corresponding to the electric appliance control method, which comprises a processor, a memory and a computer program stored on the memory and capable of running on the processor, wherein the processor executes the program to realize the steps of any one of the methods.
The invention also provides a terminal corresponding to the electric appliance control device, which comprises any one of the electric appliance control devices.
According to the scheme provided by the invention, the collected image information is subjected to primary characteristic image extraction and then uploaded to the cloud for further identification to obtain an image identification result, and the voice information is subjected to primary text conversion and/or voice characteristic extraction and then uploaded to the cloud for further processing to obtain a corresponding voice processing result, so that the image identification result and/or the voice processing result are issued to corresponding electric appliances in the local area network, corresponding operation is executed, the data volume uploaded through the network can be reduced, the network delay is reduced, the processing speed of the image information and the voice information can be improved, the network burden is reduced, the cloud computing burden is reduced, and the user experience is improved. The invention can also realize that different household appliances share the off-line resources, and can also utilize more shared resources under the off-line condition.
The functions described herein may be implemented in hardware, software executed by a processor, firmware, or any combination thereof. If implemented in software executed by a processor, the functions may be stored on or transmitted over as one or more instructions or code on a computer-readable medium. Other examples and implementations are within the scope and spirit of the invention and the following claims. For example, due to the nature of software, the functions described above may be implemented using software executed by a processor, hardware, firmware, hardwired, or a combination of any of these. In addition, each functional unit may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit.
In the embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed technology can be implemented in other ways. The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units may be a logical division, and in actual implementation, there may be another division, for example, multiple units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, units or modules, and may be in an electrical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and the parts serving as the control device may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
The integrated unit, if implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic or optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.

Claims (10)
1. An appliance control method, comprising:
acquiring an image acquired by image acquisition equipment of an electric appliance in a local area network, and performing feature extraction on the image to obtain a corresponding feature image, wherein the feature image comprises: the area image of the user and/or the gesture area image of the user;
the method comprises the steps of obtaining user voice collected by voice collecting equipment of an electric appliance in a local area network, and identifying and processing the user voice to obtain corresponding voice recognition information, wherein the voice recognition information comprises the following steps: voice text information;
uploading the characteristic image to a cloud server for characteristic image recognition to obtain a corresponding image recognition result, and/or uploading the voice recognition information to the cloud server for processing to obtain a corresponding voice processing result;
and transmitting the image recognition result and/or the voice processing result to a corresponding electric appliance in the local area network, and executing corresponding operation by the corresponding electric appliance according to the image recognition result and/or the voice processing result.
2. The method of claim 1,
the image recognition result comprises: a control instruction corresponding to the position of the user and/or the gesture of the user; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the voice processing result comprises: a control instruction corresponding to the user voice and a response voice corresponding to the user voice.
3. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein issuing the voice processing result to a corresponding appliance in the local area network comprises:
when the voice processing result is an electric appliance awakening instruction, if the awakening instruction corresponds to more than two electric appliances in the local area network, determining the electric appliance which is closest to a user in the more than two electric appliances according to the voice energy of the user or the image processing result;
the awakening instruction is issued to the electric appliance which is closest to the user in the more than two electric appliances so as to awaken the electric appliance which is closest to the user;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
issuing the image recognition result to a corresponding electric appliance in the local area network, wherein the image recognition result comprises the following steps:
and when the image recognition result is the position of the user, the image recognition result is issued to the air conditioner in the local area network, so that the air conditioner can carry out wind-sheltering control or wind-following control according to the position of the user.
4. The method of claim 1 or 2, further comprising:
and storing the offline download resources of the electric appliances in the local area network so as to be used for sharing the offline download resources by the electric appliances in the local area network.
5. An appliance control device, comprising:
the image processing unit is used for acquiring images acquired by image acquisition equipment of the electrical appliance in the local area network, and performing feature extraction on the images to obtain corresponding feature images, wherein the feature images comprise: the area image of the user and/or the gesture area image of the user;
the voice processing unit is used for acquiring user voice acquired by voice acquisition equipment of an electric appliance in a local area network, and recognizing and processing the user voice to obtain corresponding voice recognition information, wherein the voice recognition information comprises: voice text information;
the uploading unit is used for uploading the characteristic image to a cloud server for characteristic image recognition to obtain a corresponding image recognition result, and/or uploading the voice recognition information to the cloud server for processing to obtain a corresponding voice processing result;
and the sending unit is used for sending the image recognition result and/or the voice processing result to corresponding electric appliances in the local area network, and the corresponding electric appliances execute corresponding operations according to the image recognition result and/or the voice processing result.
6. The apparatus of claim 5,
the image recognition result comprises: a control instruction corresponding to the position of the user and/or the gesture of the user; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the voice processing result comprises: a control instruction corresponding to the user voice and a response voice corresponding to the user voice.
7. The apparatus of claim 5 or 6,
the sending unit sends the voice processing result to the corresponding electric appliance in the local area network, and the sending unit comprises:
when the voice processing result is an electric appliance awakening instruction, if the awakening instruction corresponds to more than two electric appliances in the local area network, determining the electric appliance which is closest to a user in the more than two electric appliances according to the voice energy of the user or the image processing result;
the awakening instruction is issued to the electric appliance which is closest to the user in the more than two electric appliances so as to awaken the electric appliance which is closest to the user;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the sending unit sends the image recognition result to the corresponding electrical appliance in the local area network, and the sending unit comprises:
and when the image recognition result is the position of the user, the image recognition result is issued to the air conditioner in the local area network, so that the air conditioner can carry out wind-sheltering control or wind-following control according to the position of the user.
8. The apparatus of claim 5 or 6, further comprising:
and the storage unit is used for storing the offline download resources of all the electric appliances in the local area network so as to be used for sharing the offline download resources by all the electric appliances in the local area network.
9. A storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 4.
10. A terminal device comprising a processor, a memory, and a computer program stored on the memory and operable on the processor, the processor implementing the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 4 when executing the program, or comprising an appliance control apparatus according to any one of claims 5 to 8.
