Abstract

The invention discloses a combined design method of a solid temporary plugging material with undersize holes, and belongs to the field of oil and gas exploitation. The combined design method of the solid temporary plugging material comprises the following steps: performing acid liquor displacement on the rock core by adopting a temporary plugging agent temporary plugging performance evaluation experimental device, forming acid-etched earthworm holes on the rock core, performing temporary plugging agent displacement on the acid-etched rock core, and performing solid temporary plugging material combination design of small-size holes according to the displacement pressure change rule; the temporary plugging agent is displaced by temporary plugging fluid prepared from carrier fluid and temporary plugging agent. Technical Field
The invention relates to a combined design method of a solid temporary plugging material with undersize holes, belonging to the field of oil and gas exploitation.
Background
Acid fracturing is a common method for increasing production and improving low-permeability carbonate reservoirs, and in acid fracturing, acid liquor flows in cracks, reacts on the surfaces of the cracks and is filtered into a stratum under the pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the cracks. Due to acid rock reaction, the filtered acid liquor erodes the stratum to form wormholes, and the acid liquor filtration is aggravated. Severe acid fluid loss is a major factor limiting the distance of action of live acid, and limiting acid fluid loss through wormholes is a major way to reduce fluid loss. The acid-etched earthworm holes are usually temporarily blocked by adopting a solid particle temporary blocking agent, and the temporary blocking effect depends on the temporary blocking material and size combination. The earthworm hole is a small-size hole, so that the temporary plugging agent is required to enter the earthworm hole on one hand, and the temporary plugging agent has a better temporary plugging effect on the other hand. Therefore, the acid fracturing design needs a temporary plugging material combination design method with undersized holes.
At present, a crack diversion trench displacement experiment is adopted for temporary plugging agent evaluation and combined design, the crack form is different from that of an acid-etched earthworm hole, and the design method cannot be used for temporary plugging agent design of the earthworm hole.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a combined design method of a solid temporary plugging material with undersize holes. According to the method, a carbonate rock core is acidized and displaced to form an acid-etched earthworm hole which is communicated from an inlet to an outlet, then the core is used for carrying out a temporary plugging agent displacement experiment, the temporary plugging agent is combined in different sizes, types and shapes, the change rule of the temporary plugging pressure is observed, and therefore the type, the size and the combination of the temporary plugging agent are optimized.
The invention firstly provides a combined design method of a solid temporary plugging material with undersize holes, which comprises the following steps:
performing acid liquor displacement on the rock core by adopting a temporary plugging agent temporary plugging performance evaluation experimental device, forming acid-etched earthworm holes on the rock core, performing temporary plugging agent displacement on the acid-etched rock core, and performing solid temporary plugging material combination design of small-size holes according to the displacement pressure change rule;
the temporary plugging agent is displaced by temporary plugging fluid prepared from carrier fluid and temporary plugging agent.
In the above-mentioned solid temporary plugging material combination design method, the temporary plugging agent temporary plugging performance evaluation experimental apparatus includes an intermediate container, a core holder and a confining pressure pump;

the intermediate container is an acid-resistant container; the liquid inlet pipeline and the liquid discharge pipeline are both acid-resistant pipelines.

(3) selecting a solid temporary plugging agent according to the size of the wormhole subjected to acid etching, preparing temporary plugging liquid, and pouring the temporary plugging liquid into an intermediate container;
(4) loading the acid-etched rock core into a rock core holder, applying confining pressure to the rock core, and performing temporary plugging fluid displacement; the injection pressure was collected.
In the above solid temporary plugging material combination design method, in the step (1), the confining pressure is 2-10 MPa, specifically 5 MPa; the displacement capacity of the acid liquid displacement is 1-10 ml/min, and specifically can be 5 ml/min; the displacement time of the acid liquid displacement is 10-30 min, and specifically can be 20 min;

the mass fraction of the guanidine gum is 0.2-1%;
the mass fraction of the cross-linking agent is 0.4-0.8%;
the temporary plugging liquid is prepared by a method comprising the following steps: and adding guanidine gum into water, then regulating the pH value of the water to 9-11 by using a NaOH solution, finally adding a temporary plugging agent and a crosslinking agent, and uniformly mixing to obtain the temporary plugging liquid.
The invention has the following advantages:
1. acid liquor displacement is carried out on the carbonate rock core to form an acid-etched earthworm hole penetrating through the rock core, a small-size eyelet is simulated, and the rock core with the earthworm hole can be repeatedly used.
2. The displacement pipeline of the temporary plugging agent is enlarged to 10mm, the temporary plugging agent is prevented from plugging the pipeline, and the carrier fluid carries the temporary plugging agent to enter the earthworm hole and is close to the actual stratum condition.
3. The rock core with the earthworm holes formed is adopted for displacement of the temporary plugging agent, and the matching relation between the size of the temporary plugging agent and the size of the earthworm holes can be simulated.
4. The solid temporary plugging material combination design of small-size holes is designed through the temporary plugging effect.

The hydrochloric acid corrosion inhibitors of the following examples were purchased from Beijing, Maishi oil field chemical technologies, Inc.; the acid thickener is purchased from Beijing Xitao technology development Co., Ltd; temporary plugging agents were purchased from kenou (suzhou) applied chemistry ltd; the guanidine gum is purchased from Kyoho Kyokun oil field science and technology company of Jiangsu Kunshan; the cross-linking agent was purchased from Kyokun oil field science and technology, Jiangsu Kunshan.

Example 2
A combined design method of a solid temporary plugging material with undersize holes comprises the following steps:
(1) selecting a carbonate rock core, and installing the carbonate rock core in a core holder of the temporary plugging agent temporary plugging performance evaluation experimental device in the embodiment 1; preparing a displacement acid solution, pouring 500ml of water into a beaker, adding a hydrochloric acid corrosion inhibitor to enable the mass fraction of the hydrochloric acid corrosion inhibitor in the displacement acid solution to be 1%, continuously stirring, adding an acid solution densifier to enable the mass fraction of the hydrochloric acid corrosion inhibitor in the displacement acid solution to be 0.5%, stirring for 10 minutes, then filling the prepared displacement acid solution into an intermediate container, and applying 5MPa confining pressure to the rock core.
(2) And setting displacement volume to be 5ml/min, carrying out an acid liquor displacement experiment, forming an acid wormhole which is communicated from an inlet to an outlet on the rock core, and stopping acid injection after displacing for 20 min.
(3) And taking out the acid-etched carbonate rock core, and observing the size and the form of the acid-etched earthworm hole, wherein the size of the earthworm hole is 4-5 mm.
(4) Selecting a solid temporary plugging agent according to the size of the wormholes; the temporary plugging agent is a combination of a 2mm particle temporary plugging agent and a 20/60-mesh powder temporary plugging agent, and the mass ratio of the temporary plugging agent to the powder temporary plugging agent is 1: 1.
(5) Preparing temporary plugging liquid, pouring 1000ml of water into a stirring cup, continuously stirring, gradually adding guar gum, adjusting the pH value to 9-11 by using a NaOH solution, stirring for 10 minutes, adding the temporary plugging agent obtained in the step (4), stirring for 2 minutes, uniformly mixing, adding a cross-linking agent to form temporary plugging liquid, and pouring the prepared temporary plugging liquid into an intermediate container; wherein, the mass fractions of the guanidine gum, the temporary plugging agent and the cross-linking agent in the temporary plugging liquid are respectively 0.3 percent, 4 percent and 0.4 percent.
(6) And (4) loading the acid-etched carbonate rock core into a rock core holder, and applying 5MPa confining pressure to the rock core.
(7) And (3) opening an injection system, setting the discharge capacity to be 20ml/min, performing temporary plugging fluid displacement, adjusting the confining pressure timely according to the injection pressure (ensuring that the confining pressure is always more than 2MPa higher than the displacement pressure) in the experimental process, and collecting the injection pressure.
(8) And observing an injection pressure change curve, and stopping the experiment within 2200 seconds because the temporary plugging pressure is not high all the time, which shows that the temporary plugging effect is not good. As a result, as shown in fig. 3, it can be seen from fig. 3 that the particles did not cause plugging in the wormholes.
(9) And (4) taking out the rock core after the experiment, and observing the temporary plugging condition of the temporary plugging agent in the earthworm hole. Example 3
On the basis of example 2, the core with earthworm holes of example 2 is used for carrying out experiments, the size and the addition of the temporary plugging agent are changed, the temporary plugging agent adopts 4mm particle temporary plugging agent +20/60 mesh powder temporary plugging agent, the mass ratio is 1:2, the mass fraction is 6%, the subsequent operation steps are the same as example 2, and the difference is that the temporary plugging agent in example 2 is replaced.
The experimental result is shown in fig. 4, and it can be seen from fig. 4 that the temporary plugging pressure rises to 10MPa, which indicates that the temporary plugging effect of the temporary plugging agent is better, and the experiment is stopped.
