Abstract
本发明提出一种船用双级压缩喷射跨临界CO2熟冻系统。涉及制冷制热循环技术领域以及海产品加工技术领域。本发明由双级压缩机、气体冷却器、蒸发器(冷库冷风机)、喷射器、中间冷却器、气液分离器、节流阀A、节流阀B、辅助电加热器和煮锅组成。利用双级压缩机出口处的高温CO2流体为热源加热海水煮熟海产品,再利用蒸发器(冷库冷风机)侧CO2流体蒸发吸热对海产品进行低温速冻。本发明可应用于北极虾和帝王蟹此类需要煮熟冷冻的海产品的海上冷冻加工,从而保持北极虾和帝王蟹的风味和口感,减少营养流失,有效延长冷冻的保鲜期。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及制冷制热循环技术领域以及海产品加工技术领域,具体涉及船用双级压缩喷射跨临界CO2熟冻系统。
背景技术
随着全球变暖等气候问题受到越来越多的关注,制冷行业现阶段广泛应用的高GWP制冷剂的替代与淘汰势在必行。在此背景下,自然制冷剂CO2凭借其优良的环境性能成为了替代制冷剂的热门选择。
CO2拥有安全无毒,低温下粘度小,换热性能好,单位容积制冷量大和结构紧凑等优点。但是由于其临界温度只有31.2 ℃,系统通常在跨临界条件下行,运行压力高,单级跨临界循环的效率又很低。
国内科研院所对 CO2 在船用制冷系统中应用的研究方兴未艾,由于传统的跨临界CO2制冷循环中,存在高低压差大,节流过程能量损失严重,系统性能较差。
北极虾是一种蛋白质含量高、体内酶活性强的水产品,虽然冷冻后的北极虾脂质氧化在一定程度上被抑制了,但是水解酶的活性在低温下并不停止,因此,随着贮藏时间的延长,脂质还是会在脂质水解酶的作用下缓慢氧化和水解,使虾肉变质,同时冷冻处理后的虾肉组织变化大,没有新鲜时肌肉的纤维状,解冻后,会出现大量的肌肉组织脱水,严重影响虾肉的口感和风味。所以可采用煮熟后冷冻的方式较好的保持北极虾的口感风味。
发明内容
针对上述存在的问题,本发明提出一种船用双级压缩喷射跨临界CO2熟冻系统。在熟冻的工艺基础上,将煮熟和速冻冷舱结合起来,利用双级压缩机出口处的高温CO2流体为热源加热海水煮熟海产品,再利用蒸发器(冷库冷风机)侧CO2流体蒸发吸热对冷库内的海产品进行低温速冻。
本发明提出一种船用双级压缩喷射跨临界CO2熟冻系统包括双级压缩机、气体冷却器、蒸发器(冷库冷风机)、喷射器、中间冷却器、气液分离器、节流阀A、节流阀B、辅助电加热器、煮锅和溶液泵。所述双级压缩机出口与气体冷却器入口相连,所述气体冷却器出口与节流阀A入口相连,所述节流阀A出口处流体分两路,一路通过中间冷却器热媒侧与双级压缩机高压级入口相连;另一路通过中间冷却器的冷媒侧与喷射器主流入口相连,所述喷射器出口处流体分两路,一路通过气液分离器蒸汽侧与双级压缩机低压级进口相连;一路通过气液分离器液体侧与节流阀B入口相连,所述节流阀B出口与蒸发器(冷库冷风机)入口相连,所述蒸发器(冷库冷风机)出口与喷射器二次流进口相连;所述气体冷却器冷却流体出口与煮锅冷却流体入口相连,煮锅冷却流体出口通过溶液泵与气体冷却器冷却流体出口相连。
优选的,所述双级压缩机采用单机双级压缩机。
进一步的,所述气体冷却器出口与中间冷却器入口的连通管路上设置节流阀A,气液分离器液体侧出口与蒸发器(冷库冷风机)入口的连通管路上设置节流阀B。
进一步的,所述中间冷却器中的冷媒侧换热流体为制冷剂CO2。
优选的,所述气体冷却器中的换热流体为海水,所述气体冷却器选用套管式气体冷却器。
进一步的,气体冷却器冷却流体出口处与煮锅相连。
优选的,双级压缩机低压级吸气压力范围1.2~3MPa,高压级吸气压力范围为3~7MPa,高压级排气压力范围7~12MPa。
优选的,喷射器的主流吸气压力范围为3~6MPa,主流吸气温度范围为0~20℃,二次流流吸气压力范围为0~3MPa,二次流吸气温度范围为-45~-35℃。
优选的,气体冷却器工作温度范围为35~120℃,蒸发器(冷库冷风机)工作温度范围-35~-23℃。
煮锅内海水温度低于沸点温度时,在煮锅的基础上可增加辅助电加热器以弥补热量的不足。

具体实施方案
下面结合附图,以具体实施例为例,详细说明本发明的实施方式。
如图1所示,一种船用双级压缩喷射跨临界CO2熟冻系统包括低压级压缩机1a、高压级压缩机1b、气体冷却器2、蒸发器(冷库冷风机)8、喷射器5、中间冷却器4、气液分离器6、节流阀A3、节流阀B7、辅助电加热器10、煮锅9和溶液泵(11)。
具体结构为:所述高压级压缩机1b出口与气体冷却器2入口相连,所述气体冷却器2出口与节流阀A3入口相连,所述节流阀A3出口处流体分两路,一路通过中间冷却器4热媒侧与高压级压缩机1b入口相连;另一路通过中间冷却器4的冷媒侧与喷射器5主流入口相连,所述喷射器5出口处流体分两路,一路通过气液分离器6蒸汽侧与低压级压缩机1a进口相连;一路通过气液分离器6液体侧与节流阀B7入口相连,所述节流阀B7出口与蒸发器(冷库冷风机)8入口相连,所述蒸发器(冷库冷风机)8出口与喷射器5二次流进口相连;所述气体冷却器2冷却流体出口与煮锅9冷却流体入口相连,煮锅9冷却流体出口通过溶液泵11与气体冷却器2冷却流体出口相连。
具体换热过程:气液分离器6中的CO2蒸汽进入低压级压缩机1a压缩成中温中压的过热蒸汽后进入高压级压缩机1b压缩成高温高压的过热蒸汽,高温高压的过热蒸汽进入气体冷却器2中,将热量释放到海水中,被加热后的海水进入煮锅9中,在辅助加热器10的作用下煮熟海产品。
气体冷却器2出来的低温高压的CO2流体经节流阀A3节流降压后进入中间冷却器4,与低压级压缩机1a排出的中温中压的CO2蒸汽混合,中间冷却器4中的气态CO2进入高压级压缩机1b压缩完成循环;中间冷却器4中液态CO2进入喷射器5,与来自蒸发器(冷库冷风机)6出口的低压CO2混合。
喷射器5出口处的两相流CO2进入气液分离器6。气液分离器6中的气态CO2进入低压级压缩机1a压缩,气液分离器6中的液态CO2经节流阀B7节流后进入蒸发器(冷库冷风机)8蒸发,吸收蒸发器(冷库冷风机)8冷舱热量,对上一批已经煮熟的海产品进行低温速冻。蒸发器(冷库冷风机)8出来的饱和气体进入喷射器5喉部入口,与中间冷却器4进入喷射器5的液态CO2混合喷射后进入气液分离器6后完成循环。
当不需要煮熟只需为冷舱提供冷量时,此时煮锅9用作循环水箱,气体冷却器2将热量释放到海水中,被加热的海水直接由煮锅9排入大海中。
最佳工况条件为:蒸发温度为-35℃,蒸发压力为1.2MPa,压缩机1低压级吸气温度为-23℃,吸气压力为1.8MPa,高压级排气温度100℃,排气压力10.7MPa,中间冷却器4传热温差为5℃,喷射器5主流吸气压力为4.4MPa,主流吸气温度为9℃。
Claims (5)
1.一种船用双级压缩喷射跨临界CO2熟冻系统,其特征在于由双级压缩喷射跨临界CO2制冷循环系统和冷却水循环系统组成,其中双级压缩喷射跨临界CO2制冷循环系统包括低压级压缩机(1a)、高压级压缩机(1b)、气体冷却器(2)、蒸发器(冷库冷风机)(8)、喷射器(5)、中间冷却器(4)、气液分离器(6)、节流阀A(3)、节流阀B(7);冷却水循环系统包括气体冷却器(2)、辅助电加热器(10)、煮锅(9)和溶液泵(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高压级压缩机(1b)出口与气体冷却器(2)入口相连,所述气体冷却器(2)出口与节流阀A(3)入口相连,所述节流阀A(3)出口处流体分两路,一路通过中间冷却器(4)热媒侧与高压级压缩机(1b)入口相连;另一路通过中间冷却器(4)的冷媒侧与喷射器(5)主流入口相连,所述喷射器(5)出口处流体分两路,一路通过气液分离器(6)蒸汽侧与低压级压缩机(1a)进口相连;一路通过气液分离器(6)液体侧与节流阀B(7)入口相连,所述节流阀B(7)出口与蒸发器(冷库冷风机)(8)入口相连,所述蒸发器(冷库冷风机)(8)出口与喷射器(5)二次流进口相连。
3.根据权利要求1所述的气体冷却器(2)冷却流体出口与煮锅(9)冷却流体入口相连,煮锅(9)冷却流体出口通过溶液泵(11)与气体冷却器(2)冷却流体出口相连。
4.根据权利要求1所述的船用双级压缩喷射跨临界CO2熟冻系统,其特征在于所述气体冷却器(2)出口与中间冷却器(4)入口的连通管路上设置节流阀A(3),气液分离器(6)液体侧出口与蒸发器(冷库冷风机)(8)入口的连通管路上设置节流阀B(7)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的船用双级压缩喷射跨临界CO2熟冻系统,其特征在于利用气体冷却器(2)释放的热量去加热煮锅内的海产品。
