Abstract
本发明提供一种智能防盗锁扣、防盗锁系统和防盗挂钩,包括锁壳、锁件、弹性件、主控板、驱动电机和解锁件,锁壳设置有锁槽,锁槽朝外地设置有锁口,锁壳内设置有卡块,锁件可滑动地设置在锁壳上,锁件设置有锁舌和卡扣,锁舌可移动至锁口处,卡扣与卡块可分离地卡合,弹性件弹性抵接在锁壳和锁件之间,主控板设置在锁壳内,主控板在锁壳的外壁处设置有数据接口,主控板与驱动电机连接并控制驱动电机运转,驱动电机与解锁件连接并驱动解锁件移动或转动,解锁件与卡扣邻接并可驱动卡扣远离卡块地移动。通过电子钥匙与数据接口连接,继而通过数字化的验证才能解锁,继而提高安全性和可靠性。

技术领域
本发明涉及智能防盗设备领域,尤其涉及一种智能防盗锁扣、防盗锁系统和防盗挂钩。
背景技术
在商店的货物架上一般采用挂钩对商品进行挂载和陈列,以供客人选择购买,为了对商品进行防盗,现有技术中一般在挂钩的外端部上设置有挂钩锁,现有的挂钩锁一般采用磁力解锁,防盗性能相对较差。
发明内容
本发明的第一目的是提供一种实现数字化和智能化解锁的智能防盗锁扣。
本发明的第二目的是提供一种具有上述智能防盗锁扣的防盗锁系统。
本发明的第三目的是提供一种具有上述智能防盗锁扣的防盗挂钩。
为了实现本发明第一目的,本发明提供一种智能防盗锁扣,包括锁壳、锁件、弹性件、主控板、驱动电机和解锁件,锁壳设置有锁槽,锁槽朝外地设置有锁口,锁壳内设置有卡块,锁件可滑动地设置在锁壳上,锁件设置有锁舌和卡扣,锁舌可移动至锁口处,卡扣与卡块可分离地卡合,弹性件弹性抵接在锁壳和锁件之间,主控板设置在锁壳内,主控板在锁壳的外壁处设置有数据接口,主控板与驱动电机连接并控制驱动电机运转,驱动电机与解锁件连接并驱动解锁件移动或转动,解锁件与卡扣邻接并可驱动卡扣远离卡块地移动。
由上述方案可见,通过移动锁件和锁舌可实现对锁槽的锁闭,并通过卡扣与卡块卡合锁定,继而实现相应的防盗功能,而在解锁时,可通过电子钥匙与数据接口连接,继而通过数字化的验证,以及利用主控板智能化地对驱动电机驱动,继而实现驱动解锁件移动或转动,最后带动驱动卡扣远离卡块地移动,实现卡扣与卡块分离,以及锁槽的解锁,可见通过数字化的密码钥匙才能解锁,继而提高安全性和可靠性。
更进一步的方案是,解锁件为蜗杆,驱动电机与蜗杆连接并驱动蜗杆绕蜗杆的轴向转动,蜗杆设置有旋转齿,卡扣与旋转齿连接。
更进一步的方案是,卡扣设置有尖部、扣部和斜面部,斜面部连接在尖部和扣部之间,扣部与卡块可分离地卡合;旋转齿形成齿槽,尖部位于齿槽内,斜面部可与旋转齿邻接。
更进一步的方案是,卡扣的移动方向平行于蜗杆的径向。
由上可见,通过螺杆和旋转齿的转动,由于旋转齿与斜面部的邻接,继而带动卡扣的移动,继而实现卡扣与卡块分离,不仅采用结构简单的蜗杆结构便可实现解锁动作,且有效小型化便于智能防盗锁扣的推广使用。且沿蜗杆的径向移动的尖部能够稳定地插入齿槽中,避免锁定时的卡位,从而提高锁定稳定性。
更进一步的方案是,锁壳设置有定位块,弹性件为弹簧,弹簧沿蜗杆的径向布置,弹簧抵接在定位块和锁件之间。
由上可见,沿径向布置的弹簧能够稳定地为锁件提供复位力。
更进一步的方案是,智能防盗锁扣还包括设置在锁壳内的触发开关,锁件可与触发开关邻接,触发开关与主控板连接。
由上可见,通过锁件与触发开关邻接,继而可获知锁定到位,触发锁定状态。
更进一步的方案是,锁槽的槽壁贯穿设置有滑槽,锁舌位于滑槽内移动。
更进一步的方案是,锁壳的外壁贯穿设置有滑口,锁件可滑动地设置在滑口中。
由上可见,通过滑槽与锁舌的配合,以及滑口与锁件的配合,从而使得锁件和锁舌的移动更为稳定,继而也提高锁槽的锁定稳定性。
为了实现本发明第二目的,本发明提供一种防盗锁系统,包括如上述方案的智能防盗锁扣和电子钥匙,电子钥匙可与数据接口连接。
为了实现本发明第三目的,本发明提供一种防盗挂钩,包括如上述方案的智能防盗锁扣和挂钩,挂钩穿过锁槽。
由上述方案可见,通过电子钥匙可与数据接口连接,继而利用数字化的密码钥匙才能解锁,继而提高安全性和可靠性,同时挂钩穿过锁槽,利用锁槽的锁闭,实现商品在挂钩的防盗。

具体实施方式
参照图1至图5,防盗挂钩包括防盗锁系统和挂钩12,防盗锁系统包括智能防盗锁扣2和电子钥匙14,挂钩12的固定端与固定架11固定连接,商品挂载在挂钩12上,挂钩12的自由端呈弯曲设置,挂钩12穿过智能防盗锁扣2的锁槽和锁舌,通过挂钩12自由端的封锁,以实现商品的防盗。
智能防盗锁扣2包括锁壳21、锁件25、弹性件26、主控板231、驱动电机241和解锁件242,锁壳21包括相互扣合的底壳211和面壳212,底壳211设置有U型的锁槽213,锁槽213朝外地设置有锁口215,锁槽213的槽壁贯穿设置有滑槽214,底壳211在锁槽213的一侧的设置有外壁贯穿设置有滑口220,底壳211的底部的外壁贯穿设置有接口222,面壳212也相对应地设置有锁槽216、锁口218、滑槽217和滑口221,底壳211和面壳212在扣合后,两者的锁槽、锁口、滑槽、滑口分别相互连通。
主控板231设置在锁壳21内,主控板231在锁壳21的外壁处设置有数据接口232,数据接口232位于接口222处,数据接口232可采用USB接口等常用接口,驱动电机241和解锁件242均位于锁壳21内,主控板231与驱动电机241连接并控制驱动电机241运转,驱动电机241与解锁件242连接并驱动解锁件242移动或转动,在本实施例中,解锁件242为蜗杆,驱动电机241与蜗杆连接并驱动蜗杆绕蜗杆的轴向转动,蜗杆设置有旋转齿243,旋转齿243形成有齿槽。
锁件25设置有锁舌251和卡扣252,锁舌251和卡扣252分别沿蜗杆的径向延伸,卡扣252设置有尖部253、扣部254和斜面部255,斜面部255连接在尖部253和扣部254之间,锁舌251呈板状布置,锁件25可滑动地设置在滑口220和滑口221中,锁件25穿过锁壳21的外壁,锁舌251位于滑槽214和滑槽217内移动,锁舌251沿蜗杆径向朝内移动时,则移动至锁口215和锁口218处,继续形成对锁槽213和锁槽216的封锁,锁舌251沿蜗杆径向朝外移动时,则形成对锁槽213和锁槽216的解锁。
锁壳21内设置有卡块224,卡扣252沿蜗杆径向朝内移动时,斜面部255与卡块224滑动配合,继而扣部254与卡块224卡合,且尖部253伸入到齿槽内。
锁壳21设置有定位块223,在本实施例中,弹性件26为弹簧,弹簧沿蜗杆径向布置,弹簧抵接在定位块223和锁件25之间,弹性件26向锁件25施加沿蜗杆的径向的弹性力,智能防盗锁扣2还包括设置在锁壳21内的触发开关27,锁件25的锁定移动可与触发开关27邻接,通过触发开关27与主控板231连接,继而检测卡扣252的锁定到位,改变锁定状态。且锁槽位于卡块和卡扣的上方,锁槽位于锁壳的顶部,触发开关位于卡块的下方,蜗杆沿竖直方向布置,锁舌和卡扣沿水平方向延伸,数据接口位于锁壳的底部。
参照图4和图5,将智能防盗锁扣2与挂钩12连接时,挂钩12穿过锁槽213和锁槽216,朝内推动锁件25,继而锁舌251封闭锁槽213和锁槽216,且扣部254与卡块224卡合,尖部253位于齿槽内,锁件25与触发开关27邻接,触发开关27的触发信号使主控板231转入至锁定状态。当然,主控板上还设置有无线通讯模块或报警模块,当非法行为使锁件25与触发开关27分离,此时可进行声音或灯光的报警,以及通过无线通讯模块通知相关人员。
解锁时,将电子钥匙14与数据接口232连接,电子钥匙14可采用内置电池的有源供电方式向智能防盗锁扣2供电,主控板231通过电子钥匙14的验证后,使驱动电机241驱动蜗杆转动,随着蜗杆的转动,随着斜面部255与旋转齿243邻接,继而使得驱动卡扣252远离卡块224地移动,从而实现卡扣252与卡块224分离地,并在弹簧的作用下,锁件和锁舌朝外移动,继而实现锁槽213和锁槽216的解锁,且由于锁件与触发开关27的分离,继而也使得使主控板231转入至解锁状态。
当然上述只是本案的较佳实施例,在具体应用时,可具有更多变化,例如解锁件可采用齿条,驱动电机通过齿轮与齿条连接,继而实现齿条的移动和卡扣的移动解锁,又或者解锁件可采用齿轮,驱动电机连接齿轮,通过齿轮的转动,继而也能够实现卡扣的移动解锁。只要利用驱动电机驱动解锁件的移动或转动,带动卡扣的解锁便能够实现本发明的目的。
由上可见,通过移动锁件和锁舌可实现对锁槽的锁闭,并通过卡扣与卡块卡合锁定,继而实现相应的防盗功能,而在解锁时,可通过电子钥匙与数据接口连接,继而通过数字化的验证,以及利用主控板智能化地对驱动电机驱动,继而实现驱动解锁件移动或转动,最后带动驱动卡扣远离卡块地移动,实现卡扣与卡块分离,以及锁槽的解锁,可见通过数字化的密码钥匙才能解锁,继而提高安全性和可靠性。
Claims (10)
1.智能防盗锁扣,其特征在于,包括:
锁壳,所述锁壳设置有锁槽,所述锁槽朝外地设置有锁口,所述锁壳内设置有卡块;
锁件,所述锁件可滑动地设置在所述锁壳上,所述锁件设置有锁舌和卡扣,所述锁舌可移动至所述锁口处,所述卡扣与所述卡块可分离地卡合;
弹性件,所述弹性件弹性抵接在所述锁壳和所述锁件之间;
主控板,所述主控板设置在所述锁壳内,所述主控板在所述锁壳的外壁处设置有数据接口;
驱动电机,所述主控板与所述驱动电机连接并控制所述驱动电机运转;
解锁件,所述驱动电机与所述解锁件连接并驱动所述解锁件移动或转动,所述解锁件与所述卡扣邻接并可驱动所述卡扣远离所述卡块地移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的智能防盗锁扣,其特征在于:
所述解锁件为蜗杆,所述驱动电机与所述蜗杆连接并驱动蜗杆绕所述蜗杆的轴向转动,所述蜗杆设置有旋转齿,所述卡扣与所述旋转齿连接。

所述卡扣设置有尖部、扣部和斜面部,所述斜面部连接在所述尖部和所述扣部之间,所述扣部与所述卡块可分离地卡合;
