When the dye vat 21 is used, firstly, the dye vat 21 is placed inside the traveling mechanism 1 when the cloth is printed, and the bottom of the dye vat 21 is abutted against the surface of the traveling mechanism 1, so that the support of the dye vat 21 is realized, the dye is poured into the dye vat 21 from the feed port 23 when the cloth is printed, the cloth is connected with the roller column 22 in a rolling manner, the cloth is provided with a supporting point, and the dye is convenient to furl when being salvaged; the dye vat 21 is placed on the surface of the bottom plate 12, the fixing frame 13 abuts against the side plate 14 on the side face of the dye vat 21, the dye vat 21 is supported, the handle 15 on the side wall of the fixing frame 13 is pushed, the universal wheel 11 at the bottom of the bottom plate 12 is connected with the ground in a rolling mode, and the whole structure is convenient to move and carry; then, when the cloth is printed and dyed, the two pressing columns 52 are pulled, the two ends of the fixing cylinder for winding the cloth are placed in the placing groove 51 at the top of the fixing plate 31, the springs 56 in the two upright columns 54 are contracted by loosening the two pulling columns 52, the two pressing columns 52 are abutted against the cloth, when the number of turns of the cloth on the fixing cylinder is reduced, the two pressing columns 52 are always abutted against the cloth at the outermost ring, the loosening of the cloth which is not printed and dyed is avoided, the blanking is facilitated, then one end of the cloth passes through the space between the two guide rollers 33, the space between the two roller brushes 34 and the space between the two guide plates 47, and finally enters the inside of the dye vat 21 for printing and dyeing; before the cloth is printed and dyed, the cloth passes through the two guide rollers 33, the two guide rollers 33 are in rolling connection with the printed and dyed cloth, the two guide rollers 33 are pulled to rotate relatively, the rotation directions are opposite, the two belt reels 37 on the side surfaces of the two first mounting plates 32 are further driven to rotate while the two guide rollers 33 rotate, the two belt reels 37 on the side surfaces of the two second mounting plates 35 are further driven by the belt 37 on the side surfaces of the two first mounting plates 32 through the belt 36, the roller brushes 34 between the two groups of second mounting plates 35 are further driven to rotate, the rotation directions are opposite, the non-printed and dyed cloth passes through the two roller brushes 34, the cloth to be printed and dyed is placed in the dye vat 21 to be printed and dyed, the printed and dyed cloth is pulled to realize the rotation of the guide rollers 33, the two roller brushes 34 are further driven to clean the two sides of the non-printed and dyed cloth, impurities and residual textile threads on the cloth are cleaned, printing and dyeing are facilitated, and blockage of a discharge port of a dye vat during discharge is avoided; finally, the cloth pipe that will not print and dye continues to pass between two guide plates 47 after passing between two roller brushes 34, and can stimulate the handle 42 of two collecting box 41 lateral walls back to back when passing the cloth between two guide plates 47, the inside slip of four slide 46 at guide rail 45 has been realized, extension spring 43 opens, thereby the distance between two guide plates 47 has been increased, do benefit to the cloth and pass between two guide plates 47, and extension spring 43 has tension, avoided two rubber pads 48 to block the cloth, and two rubber pads 48 have realized better with the cloth contact, avoid the sweeps to drop the inside of dye vat 21, protect the cloth not damaged by guide plate 47, the debris that roller brushes 34 cleaned drops the inside that collects to collecting box 41 from guide plate 47 after the clearance, conveniently regularly clear up the sweeps.

The cloth printing and dyeing device capable of cleaning up scraps based on the Internet of things big data technology is characterized by comprising a travelling mechanism (1), a containing mechanism (2), a cleaning mechanism (3), a containing mechanism (4) and a protection mechanism (5), wherein the containing mechanism (2) used for containing dye is placed in the travelling mechanism (1), the cleaning mechanism (3) used for cleaning up scraps on the surface of cloth which is not printed and dyed is installed at the top of the containing mechanism (2), two groups of containing mechanisms (4) used for collecting the cleaned scraps are oppositely installed on the inner side of the cleaning mechanism (3), the protection mechanism (5) used for protecting the cloth which is not printed and dyed and avoiding loose cloth is installed at the top of the cleaning mechanism (3), and an inverted L-shaped structure is formed between the cleaning mechanism (3) and the protection mechanism (5), the cleaning mechanism (3) and the accommodating mechanism (4) are arranged in parallel;
the containing mechanism (2) comprises a dye vat (21), a roller column (22) and a feeding hole (23), the dye vat (21) is placed inside the travelling mechanism (1), the feeding hole (23) is formed in the top of the dye vat (21), and the roller column (22) in a cylindrical structure is rotatably connected inside the dye vat (21);
the traveling mechanism (1) comprises universal wheels (11), a bottom plate (12), a fixing frame (13), side plates (14) and handles (15), wherein a dye vat (21) is placed on the surface of the bottom plate (12), the fixing frame (13) is welded on the surface of the bottom plate (12), the dye vat (21) is placed inside the fixing frame (13), the universal wheels (11) are installed at four corners of the bottom plate (12), the side plates (14) which are abutted against the fixing frame (13) are welded on two sides of the dye vat (21), and the handles (15) are welded on the side walls of the fixing frame (13);
