The initial twist yarn which has no burrs and the strength is obviously improved avoids the influence of a large amount of burrs on the cloth surface of the cord fabric prepared in the later period.
Due to the fact that the modulus of the aramid fiber is high, a large amount of primary twisted yarn burrs exist in the aramid fiber twisted yarns produced in the production process in the prior art, the product quality is unqualified, and unevenness of the cloth surface of the cord fabric produced in the later stage can be caused. This application production system has effectively overcome this technical problem, and the aramid fiber of production twists hardly has the production of burr.

The aramid fiber protofilaments without twist are made into primary twist yarns with the twist of 100t/m-300 t/m.
Wherein the winding linear speed during the preparation of the twisted yarn is 10-30 m/min;

The twisted yarn prepared by the method has uniform twist, good bobbin forming, no yarn breakage, no pasting, no scratch and other abnormalities of the cord, high strength retention rate (the strength of aramid fiber primary twisted yarn is kept above 90%), more than 219N and strength loss reduced to below 8.4%.
The production of yarn twisting burrs is well avoided, the problem that the yarn twisting burrs exist in the field is innovatively solved, the product with qualified quality is prepared, and meanwhile, the quality of the cord fabric prepared by the cord fabric is improved.

Claims (10)

1. An aramid fiber cord fabric primary-twist line production system is characterized by comprising a raw yarn barrel, an upper tension mechanism, a wire guiding mechanism, a lower tension mechanism, a reciprocating yarn guide, a lower roller, an upper roller and a primary-twist bobbin;
