Description
[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The invention relates to an alloy material, in particular to a PA/ABS alloy material based on pyrene ketone dye coloring.
[ background of the invention ]
Polyamide, commonly known as nylon (PA), has excellent mechanical properties, excellent chemical reagent resistance, good self-lubricity and good flexibility, and is widely applied to automobile parts, electric tool housings, electronic and electrical parts and the like, but polyamide is not resistant to strong alkali, has poor dimensional stability and notch impact, and has great water absorption. These disadvantages in turn limit the application of PAs. The acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin is commonly called ABS resin, has better impact resistance and heat resistance, better chemical stability and lower water absorption rate. The PA is subjected to blending modification by using the ABS to prepare the PA/ABS alloy material, so that the water absorption of the PA can be greatly reduced on the premise of improving the toughness of the PA resin, and the problem of unstable size is solved; and the ABS can also improve the tensile strength and heat resistance of ABS, reduce the viscosity of PA, improve the processability and improve the impact property and dimensional stability, so the ABS is widely developed and applied in the last two decades. However, the colorability is poor, most of which are limited to grey black, limiting further applications, especially bright orange red.
Therefore, it is necessary to provide a PA/ABS alloy material based on pyrene ketone dye coloring to solve the problem.
[ summary of the invention ]
The invention mainly aims to provide the PA/ABS alloy material based on pyrene ketone dye coloring, so that the notch impact strength of the alloy material is greatly improved, the coloring performance of a product is improved, and the application range is expanded.
The invention realizes the purpose through the following technical scheme: the PA/ABS alloy material based on the pyrene ketone dye coloring comprises, by mass, 50% of PA resin, 36.85% -44.55% of ABS resin, 4% -12% of compatilizer, 0.3% of antioxidant, 0.3% of light stabilizer, 0.15% of dispersing agent, 0.1% of titanium dioxide and 0.3-0.6% of pyrene ketone dye.
Further, the PA resin is PA6 resin.
Further, the PA resin is PA6 YH 800.
Further, the ABS resin comprises a first ABS resin and a second ABS resin.
Further, the first ABS resin is ABS 717K; the ABS resin accounts for 15% of the total mass of the alloy material.
Further, the second ABS resin is ABS HR-181, and the second ABS resin accounts for 21.85-29.55% of the total mass of the alloy material.
Further, the light stabilizer comprises a first light stabilizer and a second light stabilizer; the first light stabilizer accounts for 0.15% of the total mass of the alloy material; the second light stabilizer accounts for 0.15% of the total mass of the alloy material.
Further, the first light stabilizer is Chimassorb 944.
Further, the second light stabilizer is Tinuvin 770.
Compared with the prior art, the PA/ABS alloy material based on pyrene ketone dye coloring has the beneficial effects that: by adopting the acrylonitrile-styrene-methacrylic acid copolymer as the compatilizer, the acrylic acid copolymer can be well matched with the pyrene ketone red dye, so that the notch impact strength and the red coloring performance of the alloy material are greatly improved while various mechanical properties of an extruded product are ensured; the notch impact strength of the alloy material can reach 60KJ/m2The color (bright red) of the product is kept unchanged within three months under the condition of light protection (delta E)<1.0)。
[ detailed description ] embodiments
Example (b):
the embodiment is a PA/ABS alloy material based on pyrene dye coloring, which comprises, by mass, 50% of PA resin, 36.85% -44.55% of ABS resin, 4% -12% of compatilizer, 0.3% of antioxidant, 0.3% of light stabilizer, 0.15% of dispersant, 0.1% of titanium dioxide and 0.3-0.6% of pyrene dye.
The PA resin is PA6 resin, and PA6 YH800 can be adopted.
The ABS resin comprises a first ABS resin and a second ABS resin, wherein the first ABS resin accounts for 15% of the total mass of the alloy material, and the second ABS resin accounts for 21.85-29.55% of the total mass of the alloy material. The first ABS resin is ABS 717K; and the second ABS resin is ABS HR-181.
The light stabilizer comprises a first light stabilizer and a second light stabilizer, wherein the first light stabilizer is Chimassorb 944 and accounts for 0.15% of the total mass of the alloy material; the second light stabilizer is Tinuvin 770, and accounts for 0.15% of the total mass of the alloy material.
The preparation method of the PA/ABS alloy material based on pyrene ketone dye coloring comprises the following steps: the components are uniformly mixed according to a set proportion, and then extrusion molding is carried out by adopting an extrusion process, wherein the extrusion temperature is 230-260 ℃, and the screw extrusion speed is 300-500 rpm.
In this example, when a product is prepared from a PA/ABS alloy material colored with a pyrene-based dye, the used equipment includes a kedouron STS 50 twin-screw extruder, a Brabender weightless feeding scale, a 5m circulating water tank, an ormima granulator, a Xinyi high-speed mixer, a maccabo vibrating screen, and the like. The extrusion process is a very mature molding process, and the details are not repeated in this embodiment.
To verify the effectiveness of this protocol, 4-group comparative examples and 4-group examples are provided below, as shown in table 1.

And according to the proportion of each group of components, obtaining a corresponding product under the same extrusion condition, and then testing and analyzing the performance of the obtained product, wherein the results are shown in table 2.
TABLE 2 results of various performance tests carried out on the products obtained according to the compounding ratios in Table 1
The amido bond (-CO-NH-), the PA/ABS processing temperature and the color limit the red coloring performance of the PA resin, and the scheme adopts the pyrene ketone red dye to be applied to the PA/ABS alloy material, thereby greatly improving the coloring performance of the PA/ABS alloy material.
Since ABS and PA are typical non-crystalline and crystalline incompatible systems, compatibility techniques are required to improve the compatibility and enhance the various properties of PA/ABS. However, MAH-g-ABS or similar additives (such as styrene-N-phenylmaleimide-maleic anhydride) are mostly selected as compatilizers in the market, and when the pyrene ketone red dye is used for coloring PA/ABS, the maleic anhydride grafting additives and the pyrene ketone red dye can generate chemical reaction in the blending process, and the mechanical properties of the PA/ABS alloy are greatly reduced. The performance of the produced product is not satisfactory and can not meet the performance requirement. According to the scheme, the acrylonitrile-styrene-methacrylic acid copolymer is used as the compatilizer, and can be well matched with the pyrene ketone red dye, so that the notch impact strength and the red coloring performance of the alloy material are greatly improved while various mechanical properties of an extruded product are guaranteed; the notch impact strength of the alloy material can reach 60KJ/m2The color (bright red) of the product is kept unchanged within three months under the condition of light protection (delta E)<1.0)。
The above description is only an embodiment of the present invention, and not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all modifications of equivalent structures and equivalent processes performed by the present invention or directly or indirectly applied to other related technical fields are included in the scope of the present invention.
