the air bag mechanism (1) comprises an air outlet pipe (11), a one-way valve (12), an annular air bag (13), a safety valve (14), an air pump (15), an air inlet pipe (16), a rotary connector (17), a transverse pipe (18), a branch conduit (19), an air guide pipe (19 a), an air outlet hole (19 b) and an electromagnetic valve (19 e), wherein the annular air bag (13) is fixedly connected to an opening at the upper end of the hopper body (2), an exhaust pipe is connected to the outer surface of the annular air bag (13), the exhaust pipe penetrates through the hopper body (2), and the electromagnetic valve (19 e) is installed at one end, located on the hopper body (2), of the exhaust pipe; an air pump (15) is fixedly connected to the outer surface of the hopper body (2), an air outlet of the air pump (15) is connected with one end of an air inlet pipe (16), the other end of the air inlet pipe (16) penetrates through the hopper body (2) and is connected with the annular air bag (13), and a one-way valve (12) is mounted on the air inlet pipe (16); the outer surface of the annular air bag (13) is connected with an air outlet pipe (11) communicated with the interior of the annular air bag, the air outlet pipe (11) penetrates through the hopper body (2), a safety valve (14) is installed on the air outlet pipe (111), one end, located outside the hopper body (2), of the air outlet pipe (11) is rotatably connected with an air guide pipe (19 a) horizontally arranged through a rotary connector (17), the air guide pipe (19 a) penetrates through the hopper body (2) and is rotatably connected with the hopper body (2), one end, located inside the hopper body (2), of the air guide pipe (19 a) is fixedly connected with a transverse pipe (18) communicated with the interior of the hopper body, the lower surface of the transverse pipe (18) is fixedly connected with a plurality of branch guide pipes (19) communicated with the interior of the transverse pipe, and a plurality of air outlet holes (19 b) are formed in the outer surface of the branch guide pipes (19).

The hopper convenient for blanking as defined in claim 1, wherein the air bag mechanism (1) further comprises a rotating shaft (19 c), the horizontal tube (18) is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft (19 c), the rotating shaft (19 c) and the air duct (19 a) are concentrically arranged, and the horizontal tube (18) is rotatably connected with the hopper body (2) through the rotating shaft (19 c).
