As shown in fig. 1, the reversing hopper comprises: two side plates 3, a back plate 2, a front plate 7, a bottom plate 5, two side ear plates 1, a lower ear plate 8 and two roller supports 6. The front plate 7, the rear plate 2, the two side plates 3 and the bottom plate 5 are welded with each other to form a hopper accommodating space. The front plate 7 is parallel to the rear plate 2, the rear plate 2 and the bottom plate 5 form an included angle alpha, and the included angle alpha ranges from 0 degrees to alpha degrees and from 90 degrees. The side ear plate 1 and the lower ear plate 8 are respectively welded on the side plate 3 and the rear plate 2 to form ears. The lower ear plate 8 and the back plate 2 form an included angle beta, and the included angle beta ranges from alpha to beta to alpha plus 90 degrees. As shown in figure 2, when clinker enters the hopper, in the horizontal conveying process of the clinker, the lug of the previous reverse hopper is tightly attached to the front plate 7 of the next reverse hopper, so that even if the material is scattered backwards due to forward inertia or bumping, the material can enter the next reverse hopper from the lug, and no material is scattered on the ground.
As shown in fig. 3, during the lifting and conveying of clinker, the material is inevitably spilled from the rear of the previous hopper due to the inclination of the hopper. The lug of the previous reverse hopper is tightly attached to the front plate 7 of the next reverse hopper and is positioned above the front plate of the next reverse hopper, the front hopper and the rear hopper are tightly overlapped, no gap is generated, and therefore the material which is sprinkled backwards by the previous reverse hopper can enter the next reverse hopper along the lug, and leakage of the material is effectively avoided. When the output is increased rapidly in a certain time period, the materials are higher than the lugs and overflow out of the hopper, and the overflowing materials flow along the lugs to the next reverse hopper, so that no leakage is realized, the conveying capacity of the clinker can be improved to the maximum degree, and the clinker is not easy to overflow.

A reversing hopper for a clinker chain bucket conveyor, the reversing hopper comprising: the hopper comprises two side plates (3), a rear plate (2), a front plate (7), a bottom plate (5), two side lug plates (1), a lower lug plate (8) and two roller supports (6), wherein the front plate (7), the rear plate (2), the two side plates (3) and the bottom plate (5) are welded with each other to form a hopper containing space, the front plate (7) is parallel to the rear plate (2), the rear plate (2) and the bottom plate (5) form an included angle alpha, the roller supports (6) are fixedly connected to two sides below the bottom plate (5), the hopper is characterized in that the included angle alpha ranges from 0 degrees to alpha less than 90 degrees, the side lug plates (1) and the lower lug plate (8) are respectively welded on the side plates (3) and the rear plate (2) to form lugs, and the lower lug plate (8) and the rear plate (2) form an included angle beta, wherein alpha is more than beta and less than alpha +90 degrees, the upper edge of the front plate (7) is lower than the upper edge of the side plate (3) and higher than the upper edge of the rear plate (2).

4. A reversing hopper for a clinker bucket conveyor according to claim 1 or 2 wherein the roller support (6) is secured to the bucket conveyor by bolts.
