The disinfectant atomizing device 2 sprays and disinfects 15 minutes before the automatic sealing, the ultraviolet lamp 5-6 disinfects when the barrel cover is closed, and the disinfection is automatically carried out for half an hour when the continuous opening of the barrel cover is not carried out.
