s4, collection and inspection: manually collecting the polished automobile hubs, checking polishing roughness changes of the inner walls and the outer walls of the automobile hubs, and replacing the automobile hubs which are not polished to perform polishing operation;
the automobile wheel hub surface refinement treatment in the above-mentioned steel automobile wheel hub surface refinement treatment process S1-S4 step needs to be accomplished the polishing treatment on automobile wheel hub surface by the cooperation of inboard grinding machanism (1), outside grinding machanism (2) and gyration fixture (3) of going up and down, wherein:
a plurality of groups of outer side polishing mechanisms (2) which are linearly distributed along the length direction of the rotary clamping mechanism (3) are arranged on the rotary clamping mechanism, a lifting inner side polishing mechanism (1) is arranged right above the outer side polishing mechanisms (2), and the lifting inner side polishing mechanism (1) is arranged on the rotary clamping mechanism (3);
the lifting inner side grinding mechanism (1) comprises an L-shaped straight plate frame (10), a guide post (11), a pushing cylinder (12), a lifting frame (13) and an inner side grinding unit (14); the L-shaped straight plate frame (10) is installed on the rotary clamping mechanism (3), guide posts (11) are symmetrically arranged on the L-shaped straight plate frame (10) in a sliding fit mode, the bottom shaft ends of the guide posts (11) are connected with the lifting frame (13) through pin bolts, the pushing cylinder (12) is installed on the L-shaped straight plate frame (10) through a cylinder seat, the output shaft of the pushing cylinder (12) is connected with the lifting frame (13) through a floating joint, the lifting frame (13) is installed on the L-shaped straight plate frame (10) in a sliding fit mode, and a plurality of groups of inner side polishing units (14) which are linearly distributed along the length direction of the lifting frame (13) are arranged on the outer wall of the lifting frame (13);
