an upper air bag (6) is arranged at the position, close to the outer side, of the inner arc surface of the extension arc plate (5) of the male head (1), a lower air bag (7) is arranged at the position, close to the outer side, of the inner arc surface of the extension arc plate (5) of the female head (2), the upper air bag (6) and the lower air bag (7) are both semi-annular air bags, and after the male head (1) and the female head (2) are butted, the upper air bag (6) and the lower air bag (7) in an inflated state form a closed circular ring;
a medicine injection channel is arranged on the shell (3) of the male head (1), a liquid discharge channel is arranged on the shell (3) of the female head (2), and a valve is arranged at the outlet of the liquid discharge channel;
the inner cambered surfaces of the shells (3) of the male head (1) and the female head (2) are provided with ultrasonic generators (9).

The closed medical leg trauma wound cleanser of claim 1, wherein: a medicine ejector (17) is embedded in the shell (3) of the male head (1), a medicine outlet of the medicine ejector (17) is connected with the spray head (16) through a hose, and a medicine feeding hole communicated with a medicine storage cavity of the medicine ejector (17) is formed in the outer arc surface of the shell (3).
