背景技术

现有技术中，颈肩腰腿痛的治疗主要分为西医治疗和中医治疗两种。西医治疗本病常以消炎止痛、激素、封闭、紫外线照射、牵引、手术等方法；其缺点是治标不治本，治疗时间长，疗效差，费用大，治愈率低，且手术危险性极高。中医治疗本病主要分为外用膏药止痛、推拿等方法；其缺点是治标不治本，疗效差，治疗时间长，治疗不方便，难以坚持，停止治疗即复发。

当归：味甘、辛、温，归肝、心、脾经。补血；活血；调经止痛；润燥滑肠。主血虚诸证；月经不调；经闭；痛经；症瘕结聚；崩漏；虚寒腹痛；痿痹；肌肤麻木；肠燥便难；赤痢后重；痈疽疮疡；跌扑损伤。
丹参：味苦，微寒。归心、肝经。活血祛瘀，通经止痛，清心除烦，凉血消痈。用于胸痹心痛，脘腹胁痛，瘕瘕积聚，热痹疼痛，心烦不眠，月经不调，痛经经闭，疮疡肿痛。
地黄：味甘；性温。归肝；肾经。补血滋润；益精填髓；用于血虚萎黄；眩晕心悸；月经不调；崩不止；肝肾阴亏；潮热盗汗；遗精阳痿；不育不孕；月经不调；崩漏下血；腰膝酸软；耳鸣耳聋；头目昏花；须发早白；消渴；便秘；肾虚喘促。
独活: 性味辛、苦，微温；归肾、膀胱经。功效：祛风除湿，通痹止痛。主治用于风寒湿痹，腰膝疼痛，少阴伏风头痛。
续断: 性微温，味苦、辛；归肝、肾经。功效：补肝肾，续筋骨，调血脉。主治：腰背酸痛，足膝无力，胎漏，崩漏，带下，遗精，跌打损伤，金疮，痔漏，痈疽疮肿。
乳香: 味辛、苦，温。归心、肝、脾经。活血行气止痛，消肿生肌。用于胸痹心痛，胃脘疼痛，痛经经闭，产后瘀阻，症瘕腹痛，风湿痹痛，筋脉拘挛，跌打损伤，痈肿疮疡。
没药：味辛、苦，性平。归心、肝、脾经。散瘀定痛，消肿生肌。用于胸痹心痛，胃脘疼痛，痛经经闭．产后瘀阻，癥瘕腹痛，风湿痹痛，跌打损伤，痈肿疮疡等病症的治疗。
杜仲：性味甘，温。归肝、肾经。功效：补肝肾，治腰脊酸疼，足膝痿弱，小便余沥，阴下湿痒，高血压、安胎的功效。有补益肝肾、强筋壮骨、调理冲任、固经安胎的功效。 可治疗肾阳虚引起的腰腿痛或酸软无力，肝气虚引起的胞胎不固，阴囊湿痒等症。
牛膝：性味苦、酸，平；归肝、肾经。功效：补肝肾，强筋骨，逐瘀通经，引血下行。主治用于腰膝酸痛，筋骨无力，经闭症瘕，肝阳眩晕。
细辛：辛，温，有小毒。归心、肺、肾经。功效为解表散寒，祛风止痛，通窍，温肺化饮。主治风寒感冒，头痛，牙痛，风湿痹痛，鼻渊，肺寒咳嗽。
秦艽：味辛、苦，性平。归胃、肝、胆经。功效有祛风湿，清湿热，止痹痛，退虚热的作用。用于风湿痹痛，中风半身不遂，筋脉拘挛，骨节酸痛，湿热黄疸，骨蒸潮热，小儿疳积发热。
防风：性味辛、甘，温。归膀胱、肝、脾经。解表祛风，胜湿，止痉。用于风湿痹痛，风疹瘙痒。
川芎：辛，温，入肝、胆经。行气开郁，法风燥湿，活血止痛。具有活血祛瘀、行气开郁、祛风止痛的功效。
甘草：性味甘平，归心、肺、脾、胃经。具补脾益气、润肺止咳、缓急止痛、缓和药性之功，主治清热解毒、祛痰止咳、脘腹等。
连翘：性味苦、凉无毒；归心、肝、胆经。具有清热，解毒，散结，消肿的功效；主治温热，丹毒，斑疹，痈疡肿毒，瘰疬，小便淋闭。
全蝎：味辛，性平，有毒。归肝经。祛风止痉，通络止痛，玫毒散结。
蜈蚣：性味辛，温，有毒。入肝经。祛风，定惊，攻毒，散结。
南星：性味辛、苦、温；归经：入肺、肝、脾；经解毒消肿、祛风定惊、化痰散结。主治面神经麻痹、半身不遂、小儿惊风、破伤风、癫癎。外用治疗疮肿毒、毒蛇咬伤、灭蝇蛆。
路路通：苦、微涩，平。归肝、胃经。行气止痛，活血通络，利水消肿。
川乌：辛、苦，热；归心、肝、肾、脾经。功能主治祛风除湿，温经止痛。用于风寒湿痹，关节疼痛，心腹冷痛，寒疝作痛，麻醉止痛。
核桃：性味 甘、平温、无毒。功效：补肾养血，润肺纳气，润肠止带，强筋健骨，通润血脉，润肌乌发，固牙齿，补虚劳。主治：核桃肉治下焦虚寒，肾气虚弱，小便频数，四肢无力，腰腿疼，筋骨痛，虚劳喘嗽，女子崩带，核桃夹可治噎嗝，遗精、遗尿。
本发明采用常规的熬制方法，每日一副，以6-9副为一个疗程，中间间隔10-12天，5-10个疗程能够从根本上治愈颈肩腰腿痛，减少复发。
本发明是在传统中医理论和临床经验指导下，精选药物组方，本发明中药组合物中：其中当归、丹参和地黄补血活血，补肝益肾为君药；独活、续断、核桃祛风除湿，补肝肾，通润血脉为臣药；乳香、没药、蜈蚣、杜仲、牛膝、细辛、秦艽、防风、川芎、连翘、全蝎、南星、路路通和川乌，活血行气止痛，消肿除湿，通络散寒为佐药，甘草和核桃补脾益气、通润补虚为使药。
本发明与现有技术相比具有的有益效果是：本发明采用天然中药为原料，各原料药之间通过协同作用，熬制汤剂服用，使得本发明能够调节机体，从本质上治疗颈肩腰腿疼，大大降低了复发的可能性。

一种治疗颈肩腰腿痛的中药组合物，所用药材按照以下重量份配比：当归55份，丹参55份，地黄55份，独活45份、续断45份、乳香20份，没药20份，蜈蚣10份，杜仲25份，牛膝25份，细辛25份，秦艽25份，防风25份，川芎25份、甘草25份，连翘25份，全蝎10份，南星25份，路路通25份，川乌25份，核桃50份。

一种治疗颈肩腰腿痛的中药组合物，所用药材按照以下重量份配比：当归30份，丹参30份，地黄30份，独活20份、续断20份、乳香10份，没药10份，蜈蚣1份，杜仲10份，牛膝10份，细辛10份，秦艽10份，防风10份，川芎10份、甘草10份，连翘10份，全蝎1份，南星10份，路路通10份，川乌10份，核桃20份。

一种治疗颈肩腰腿痛的中药组合物，所用药材按照以下重量份配比：当归38份，丹参50份，地黄40份，独活38份、续断40份、乳香15份，没药15份，蜈蚣5份，杜仲15份，牛膝20份，细辛20份，秦艽20份，防风15份，川芎15份、甘草15份，连翘20份，全蝎2份，南星15份，路路通15份，川乌15份，核桃20份。

一种治疗颈肩腰腿痛的中药组合物，所用药材按照以下重量份配比：当归45份，丹参45份，地黄45份，独活35份、续断35份、乳香20份，没药20份，蜈蚣10份，杜仲20份，牛膝20份，细辛20份，秦艽20份，防风20份，川芎20份、甘草20份，连翘20份，全蝎10份，南星20份，路路通20份，川乌20份，核桃45份。

一种治疗颈肩腰腿痛的中药组合物，所用药材按照以下重量份配比：当归35份，丹参35份，地黄35份，独活25份、续断25份、乳香10份，没药10份，蜈蚣1份，杜仲15份，牛膝15份，细辛15份，秦艽15份，防风15份，川芎15份、甘草15份，连翘15份，全蝎1份，南星15份，路路通15份，川乌15份，核桃30份。

一种治疗颈肩腰腿痛的中药组合物，所用药材按照以下重量份配比：当归40份，丹参40份，地黄40份，独活26份、续断26份、乳香18份，没药18份，蜈蚣3份，杜仲16份，牛膝16份，细辛16份，秦艽16份，防风16份，川芎16份、甘草16份，连翘16份，全蝎2份，南星16份，路路通16份，川乌16份，核桃38份。
典型病例
1、钟某，男，50岁，患者半年前无明显诱因开始双膝关节疼痛，肿胀，关节活动受限，伸屈不利，阴雨天气疼痛加重，此前患者在医院抽出关节腔积液及口服药物治疗，症状不见好转，后来我处就诊，嘱患者使用本发明8个疗程，患者反馈双膝关节已恢复正常功能。
2、贺某某，55岁，腰部和膝盖部疼痛多年，畏寒怕冷，劳累更甚，严重时痛得直不起腰部和站不起来，使用本发明的组合物治疗10个疗程后，疼痛完全消失，康复如常人，至今未反复。
2、韩某，女，62岁，患者一年前无明显诱因开始右侧膝关节疼痛伴肿胀、伸屈不利、活动受限，阴雨天气疼痛加重，来我处就诊，通过观察患者临床症状及体征情况，嘱患者涂抹本发明实施例2所述中药喷雾剂，3个疗程，每天喷涂患处2次，一个疗程10天，经电话回访，患者反馈右侧膝关节症状基本消失，已恢复正常功能。
3、张某，女，58岁，肩周颈椎疼痛，无法久坐，使用本发明的中药组合物，使用5个疗程后，症状明显减轻，继续使用3个疗程后，症状基本消失，能够正常工作。

1.一种治疗颈肩腰腿痛的中药组合物，其特征在于，所用药材按照以下重量份配比：当归30-55份，丹参30-55份，地黄30-55份，独活20-45份、续断20-45份、乳香10-20份，没药10-20份，蜈蚣1-10份，杜仲10-25份，牛膝10-25份，细辛10-25份，秦艽10-25份，防风10-25份，川芎10-25份、甘草10-25份，连翘10-25份，全蝎1-10份，南星10-25份，路路通10-25份，川乌10-25份，核桃20-50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗颈肩腰腿痛的中药组合物，其特征在于，所用药材按照以下重量份配比：当归35-45份，丹参35-45份，地黄35-45份，独活25-35份、续断25-35份、乳香10-20份，没药10-20份，蜈蚣1-10份，杜仲15-20份，牛膝15-20份，细辛15-20份，秦艽15-20份，防风15-20份，川芎15-20份、甘草15-20份，连翘15-20份，全蝎1-10份，南星15-20份，路路通15-20份，川乌15-20份，核桃30-45份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗颈肩腰腿痛的中药组合物，其特征在于，所用药材按照以下重量份配比：当归38-42份，丹参38-42份，地黄38-42份，独活26-30份、续断26-30份、乳香15-20份，没药15-20份，蜈蚣2-7份，杜仲15-20份，牛膝15-20份，细辛15-20份，秦艽15-20份，防风15-20份，川芎15-20份、甘草15-20份，连翘15-20份，全蝎1-3份，南星15-20份，路路通15-20份，川乌15-20份，核桃38-40份。
