Abstract
本发明公开了一种可明显改善皮肤光泽度的含有氧气的膏霜及其制备方法,按重量百分比计,该膏霜包含:旱金莲提取物0.001‑10%、棕榈酰甘氨酸0.001‑5%、余量的含有氧气浓度20‑1000ppm的水。本发明将富氧水、旱金莲提取物、棕榈酰甘氨酸优化比例添加到产品中,通过使用含有氧气的膏霜,可使皮肤的氧分压增加,含氧量提高,微循环有改善,长期使用皮肤的光泽度得到提升,使皮肤更加健康充满活力。

技术领域
本发明属于化妆品技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种含有氧气的膏霜及其制备方法。
背景技术
氧气对于人体的生命和健康至关重要,人体没有氧气只能存活5分钟,氧气最主要的作用是产能,参与机体的各种运作。在细胞水平上,氧的供给是保证皮肤细胞产生所需的代谢能量的条件,从而保证皮肤的平衡和活力。
富氧水在化妆品中已有报道,但距离实际应用仍然存在技术障碍:
一方面,常压下氧气在纯水中的溶解度只有8ppm,富氧水需要通过专门的设备和工艺,在生产过程中加入氧的成分,使水中的含氧量达到20ppm。然而常规的富氧水生产工艺有在水中鼓入氧气,但此工艺生产的氧气不能长期稳定在水中,容易挥发。
另一方面,氧气扩散能力和溶解性较差,通过空气进入皮肤的氧气,只能存在于皮肤表面。上层皮肤分子氧的供给几乎全部来自周围的大气。血液中的氧气被可逆地结合到血红蛋白形成氧合血红蛋白。到达细胞附近时,氧从血红蛋白上分离,通过浓度梯度穿透毛细血管壁进入细胞外环境,氧随后被细胞捕获利用。上层皮肤随着深度的增加,分子氧的供给在减少,而毛细血管只存在于真皮乳头层及以下,表皮中有众多细胞处于或低于临界氧分压状态,因为不能得到足够的氧气和能量而处于休眠状态。
微循环是人体内微动脉和微静脉之间的血液循环,其基本功能是提供给细胞氧气、能量和营养物质,微循环的功能随着人年纪的增长而逐步下降。皮肤发生微循环障碍,供氧不足,代谢物堆积,皮肤就会黯沉,无光泽。
因此,为提升氧气在化妆品中的积极效果,不仅需要维持高浓度氧气在化妆品中的稳定性,还需要解决如何使氧气进入皮肤表皮的深层细胞中以及实现皮肤深层的氧合作用。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的第一目的在于提供一种新的含有氧气的膏霜,按重量百分比计,其包含:旱金莲提取物0.001-10%、棕榈酰甘氨酸0.001-5%、余量的含有氧气浓度20-1000ppm的水。
较佳的,所述含有氧气浓度20-1000ppm的水中,氧气以氧笼形水合物或微纳米气泡形式存在。
进一步的,所述含有氧气20-1000ppm的水为日本医药科学希望株式会社制造的富氧水或者国内的静态螺旋切割器制造的富氧水,优选含有氧气浓度20-100ppm更优选50ppm的富氧水。日本医药科学希望株式会社制造的富氧水中的氧气以氧笼形水合物形式存在,即使在摇晃和加热情况下氧气都稳定存在,且应用到化妆品中不会与化妆品成分发生反应。而富氧水采用静态螺旋切割器制备时,可以将气液体微纳米化切割细化,将氧气切割成微纳米量级小气泡能够稳定存在水中。
较佳的,所述含有氧气的膏霜还包含增稠剂、多元醇、保湿剂、乳化剂、油脂。
进一步的,所述含有氧气的膏霜包含增稠剂0.01-3%、多元醇0.5-20%、保湿剂0.01-5%、乳化剂0.5-5%,油脂0.1-30%。
较佳的,所述含有氧气的膏霜还含有透明质酸钠,含量优选0.02-0.15%。
优选的,按重量百分比计,其包含:旱金莲提取物1-10%、棕榈酰甘氨酸0.2-10%、增稠剂0.1-1%、多元醇5-20%、透明质酸钠0.02-0.15%、保湿剂0.5-5%、乳化剂0.5-5%,油脂10-30%、余量的含有氧气浓度20-1000ppm的水。
更优选的,按重量百分比计,其包含:旱金莲提取物3-10%、棕榈酰甘氨酸1-5%、增稠剂0.4-1%、多元醇10-20%、透明质酸钠0.05-0.1%、保湿剂1-2%、乳化剂2-5%,油脂15-30%、余量的含有氧气浓度20-1000ppm的水。
所述增稠剂为卡波姆、丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、丙烯酰胺类、黄原胶、纤维素、聚丙烯酸钠、琼脂、藻酸钠和皱波角叉菜中的一种或多种。优选为丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物和聚丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸钠。
所述多元醇为甘油、1,3-丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇、双丙甘醇、1,2-戊二醇、1,2-己二醇中的的一种或多种。优选的甘油、1,3-丁二醇。
所述保湿剂为甜菜碱、海藻糖、木糖醇、肌醇和泛醇中的一种或多种,优选肌醇和甜菜碱。
所述乳化剂为聚甘油类乳化剂、蔗糖类乳化剂、糖苷类乳化剂、阴离子乳化剂、阳离子乳化剂、PEG链类乳化剂、聚醚类乳化剂中的的一种或多种。优选的PolyAquol 2W,制造商法国INNOVACOS,由聚甘油-2硬脂酸酯、甘油硬脂酸酯、硬脂醇组成。
所述油脂为各类植物油、硅油、合成油脂、植物来源的半合成油脂中的一种或多种,优选的角鲨烷、季戊四醇四(乙基己酸)酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷、植物甾醇/辛基十二醇月桂酰谷氨酸酯、椰油醇-辛酸酯/癸酸酯。
较佳的,所述含有氧气的膏霜还含有山嵛醇。
较佳的,所述含有氧气的膏霜还含有稳定剂。
所述稳定剂包括脂肪醇、防腐剂、香精、精油、抗氧化剂等中的一种或多种。
所述防腐剂为辛酰羟肟酸、苯氧乙醇、对羟基苯乙酮、辛甘醇、乙基己基甘油、甘油辛酸酯、氯苯甘醚、苯甲醇、山梨酸钾、苯甲酸钠、脱氢乙酸及其钠盐、茴香酸钠和尼泊金酯类中的一种或多种,优选为苯氧乙醇、Spectrastat CGC-10,Spectrastat CGC-10生产商美国英狄士,由辛酰羟肟酸、甘油辛酸酯、1,3-丙二醇组成。
本发明的第二目的在于提供一种制备所述的含有氧气的膏霜的方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:将含有氧气浓度为20-1000ppm的水、多元醇、透明质酸钠、增稠剂混合搅拌加热至75-80℃得到水相;将乳化剂、油脂、棕榈酰甘氨酸混合搅拌加热至75-80℃得到油相,将油相加到水相中,搅拌均质至料体细腻均匀,降温至40-45℃,加入保湿剂、旱金莲提取物,搅拌均匀,过滤出料,获得所述含有氧气的膏霜。
本发明具有以下优点和有益效果:
本发明富氧水选用的是日本医药科学希望株式会社独家技术创造的气液混合泵,产生超级振动,形成氧笼形水合物,从而稳定溶解在水中。即使在摇晃和加热情况下氧气都稳定存在,且应用到化妆品中不会与化妆品成分发生反应,氧含量在50ppm左右。还有国内的静态螺旋切割器,可以将气液体微纳米化切割细化,将氧气切割成微纳米量级小气泡能够稳定存在水中。
本发明添加了旱金莲提取物,其富含阿拉伯半乳聚糖,可以提高细胞运氧载体——细胞球蛋白的含量,帮助血管中的氧气运送进入到毛细血管的作用,加强了皮肤深层的氧合作用,从而改善肤色暗沉等问题。
本发明添加的棕榈酰甘氨酸,是在甘氨酸的结构上接入棕榈酰基后的产物,更容易渗入皮肤深层,促进新血管的形成,从而改善皮肤的微循环网络,促进皮肤的新陈代谢,还可以减轻皮肤的慢性炎症。
本发明添加的透明质酸钠HA,其具有良好的保湿作用,又是皮肤和其它组织中广泛存在的天然生物分子,从八十年代开始用于化妆品中,被誉为理想的天然保湿因子(natural moisturizing factor,NMF)。HA的保湿性能随空气湿度变化小,且还有清除自由基的作用。普通分子量与小分子量透明质酸钠结合在一起使用,在皮肤上形成薄膜锁水,小分子透明质酸更易渗透至角质层,使肌肤表层透亮光滑。
本发明使用PolyAquol 2W乳化剂可以使膏霜形成液晶结构,其形成的层状结构与皮肤角质层类似,可以减少经皮水分流失,保护肌肤屏障。
本发明将含有氧气浓度为20~1000ppm的富氧水、旱金莲提取物、棕榈酰甘氨酸优化比例添加到产品中,可以明显改善皮肤光泽度。
总之,本发明使用氧含量在20ppm以上的富氧水、旱金莲提取物、棕榈酰甘氨酸制成的膏霜,直接涂抹于皮肤上,由皮肤表层吸收,可以为皮肤带来更多的氧气。富氧水为皮肤表层带来更多的氧气;旱金莲提取物富含阿拉伯半乳聚糖,可以提高细胞运氧载体——细胞球蛋白的含量,帮助血管中的氧气运送进入到毛细血管的作用,加强了皮肤深层的氧合作用;棕榈酰甘氨酸可以改善真皮层微循环网络结构,促进皮肤新陈代谢。富氧水、旱金莲提取物和棕榈酰甘氨酸相辅相成,为皮肤带来更多的氧气,使细胞活性提高,长期使用皮肤变得更有光泽,充满活力,皱纹也相应得到淡化。
进一步实验证实,通过使用本发明含有氧气的膏霜,皮肤的氧分压增加,含氧量提高,微循环有改善,长期使用皮肤的光泽度得到提升,使皮肤更加健康充满活力。
本发明的含有氧气的膏霜可用于但不限于脸部、眼部、颈部等部位。
具体实施方式
为了更清楚地说明本发明,下面结合优选实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。本领域技术人员应当理解,下面所具体描述的内容是说明性的而非限制性的,不应以此限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1和对比例1-3
实施例1和对比例1~3的膏霜的组成及配比如下表1所示。

制备方法:
将含有氧气浓度为50ppm的富氧水、甘油、丁二醇、透明质酸钠、丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、聚丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸钠加入水相搅拌加热至75-80℃,将PolyAquol 2W、山嵛醇、角鲨烷、季戊四醇四(乙基己酸)酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷、植物甾醇/辛基十二醇月桂酰谷氨酸酯、椰油醇-辛酸酯/癸酸酯、棕榈酰甘氨酸加入油相搅拌加热至75-80℃,将油相加到水相中,搅拌均质10分钟至料体细腻均匀,降温至40-45℃,加入苯氧乙醇、甜菜碱、肌醇、Spectrastat CGC-10、旱金莲提取物,搅拌均匀。检验合格,过滤出料,获得所述含有氧气的膏霜。
效果例
(1)经皮氧分压测试
试验对象:选取同一地区、年龄段在25-50岁的志愿者40名,平均分为4组,每组10名,分别以实施例1及对比例1~3的膏霜进行经皮氧分压测试。
试验方法:经皮测量皮肤的氧气分压(tcpO2)。测量最初皮肤参数,在1.5,3,4.5和6小时后测量处理过和未处理的皮肤参数。
应用区域:前臂内侧。
测试仪器:雷度米特TCM 4经皮监测仪。
试验结果:实施例1-对比例3的氧分压测试如下表2。

由表2结果可以看出,含有氧气浓度50ppm的水、旱金莲提取物、棕榈酰甘氨酸的实施例1和对比例1的膏霜涂抹在皮肤上,经皮氧分压增长比例高,皮肤中的含氧量高。膏霜中不含氧气浓度为50ppm的水的对比例2和3的经皮氧分压增长不明显。
(2)皮肤亮度测试
试验对象:选取同一地区、年龄段在25-50岁的志愿者40名,平均分为4组,每组10名,分别实施例1及对比例1~3的膏霜进行皮肤亮度测试。
检测周期:1个月、3个月
试验方法:用DELFIN SKINGLOSSMETER皮肤亮度测量仪测试皮肤的亮度。
试验结果:详见表3,实施例1的志愿者皮肤亮度改善明显,对比例3的志愿者皮肤亮度基本没有改善,对比例1和对比例2的改善度在中间值。

经过实施例和对比例的经皮氧分压测试、皮肤亮度测试可以看出,本发明的含有氧气的膏霜配合旱金莲提取物、棕榈酰甘氨酸,通过使用含有氧气的膏霜,皮肤的氧分压增加,含氧量提高,微循环有改善,长期使用皮肤的光泽度得到提升,使皮肤更加健康充满活力。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种含有氧气的膏霜,其特征在于,按重量百分比计,其包含:旱金莲提取物0.001-10%、棕榈酰甘氨酸0.001-10%、余量的含有氧气浓度20-1000ppm的水。
2.如权利要求1所述的含有氧气的膏霜,其特征在于,其还包含增稠剂0.01-3%、多元醇0.5-20%、透明质酸钠0.02-0.15%、保湿剂0.01-5%、乳化剂0.5-5%,油脂0.1-30%。
3.如权利要求2所述的含有氧气的膏霜,其特征在于,按重量百分比计,其包含:旱金莲提取物1-10%、棕榈酰甘氨酸0.2-10%、增稠剂0.1-1%、多元醇5-20%、透明质酸钠0.02-0.15%、保湿剂0.5-5%、乳化剂0.5-5%,油脂10-30%、余量的含有氧气浓度20-1000ppm的水。
4.如权利要求2所述的含有氧气的膏霜,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为卡波姆、丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、丙烯酰胺类、黄原胶、纤维素、聚丙烯酸钠、琼脂、藻酸钠和皱波角叉菜中的一种或多种。
5.如权利要求2所述的含有氧气的膏霜,其特征在于,所述多元醇为甘油、1,3-丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇、双丙甘醇、1,2-戊二醇和1,2-己二醇中的一种或多种。
6.如权利要求2所述的含有氧气的膏霜,其特征在于,所述保湿剂为甜菜碱、海藻糖、木糖醇、肌醇和泛醇中的一种或多种。
7.如权利要求2所述的含有氧气的膏霜,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为聚甘油类乳化剂、蔗糖类乳化剂、糖苷类乳化剂、阴离子乳化剂、阳离子乳化剂、PEG链类乳化剂和聚醚类乳化剂中的的一种或多种。
8.如权利要求2所述的含有氧气的膏霜,其特征在于,所述油脂为植物油、硅油、合成油脂、植物来源的半合成油脂中的一种或多种。
9.如权利要求2所述的含有氧气的膏霜,其特征在于,其还含有稳定剂;所述稳定剂包括脂肪醇、防腐剂、香精、精油、抗氧化剂等中的一种或多种。
10.一种制备权利要求2~9任一项所述的含有氧气的膏霜的方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:将含有氧气浓度为20-1000ppm的水、多元醇、透明质酸钠、增稠剂混合搅拌加热至75-80℃得到水相;将乳化剂、油脂、棕榈酰甘氨酸混合搅拌加热至75-80℃得到油相,将油相加到水相中,搅拌均质至料体细腻均匀,降温至40-45℃,加入保湿剂、旱金莲提取物,搅拌均匀,过滤出料,获得所述含有氧气的膏霜。
