Detailed Description
The embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to specific embodiments, and other advantages and effects of the present invention will be easily understood by those skilled in the art from the disclosure of the present specification. The invention is capable of other and different embodiments and of being practiced or of being carried out in various ways, and its several details are capable of modification in various respects, all without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
The experimental procedures used in the following examples are all conventional procedures unless otherwise specified. Materials, reagents and the like used in the following examples are commercially available unless otherwise specified. The fullerene is a hydroxylated derivative of fullerene (C60(OH) x. nH2O), is dissolved in water and is purchased from Xiamen Funan New materials science and technology Co.
Example 1
Fullerene c60 energized eye lotion is prepared from raw materials and formula shown in tables 1 and 2.
The preparation method comprises adding the components of phase A into a container with stirring, mixing, and sequentially adding the components of phase B (except pH regulator) and phase D. During the mixing, heating may be optionally performed. Finally, the pH is adjusted to 6.5-7.2 by using a pH regulator.
TABLE 1 Fullerene c60 composition of energized eye drops
TABLE 2 Fullerene c60 formulation of energized eye drops
Example 2
Preparation method of fullerene c60 energized eye lotion
The difference from example 1 is that in step S3, the minimum weight percentage of fullerene added to the eye lotion is determined by:
s31, setting the experimental range of fullerene, namely the weight percentage range a is more than C and less than b, wherein a is 0.01-0.05, and C is 2-3;
s32, dividing the experimental range into 2n +2 sections, wherein n is 1 or 2, and the lengths of two adjacent sections are j and k, wherein Preparing eye drops with fullerene content of (2n +1) points;
s33, examining the microbiological performance of the prepared (2n +1) eye drops, taking the test point l with the least bacteria number, and changing the test range into l-j < C < l + k;
s34, dividing j into 2n +2 sections, wherein j1 and k1 are arranged at two adjacent ends, and j1 is equal to j, and preparing eye drops with fullerene content of (2n +1) points;
s35, examining the microbiological performance of the prepared (2n +1) eye drops, and repeating S32-S34 until the minimum weight percentage of fullerene meeting the microbiological standard is found; the eye drop is inoculated with 10000cfu/ml of mould and 1000000cfu/ml of bacteria, if the mould is reduced by 90 percent at the 7 th day, the bacteria is reduced by 99.0 percent, and the number of bacteria is continuously reduced within 28 days, the eye drop meets the microbiological standard.
The weight percentage of fullerene in the eye lotion determined by the method of the embodiment quickly determines the minimum value of fullerene under the premise of meeting the microbiological standard. Not only plays the role of oxidation resistance and corrosion prevention, ensures that the product meets the sanitary standard, but also plays the role of adjusting the functions of eyes.
