Abstract
一种激光雷达及其装调方法,激光雷达包括至少一个收发组件(10),收发组件(10)包括:发射模组(101)、分束模组(102)、接收模组(103);发射模组(101)发出的出射光信号在穿过分束模组(102)之后,发射到探测区域内,在探测区域内被目标物体(11)反射得到反射光信号,反射光信号在经过分束模组(102)偏转之后,由接收模组(103)接收。该激光雷达的收发组件(10)装调过程中,将发射模组(101)、接收模组(103)依次对准分束模组(102)后固定在基座(100)上;获取接收模组(103)接收的反射光信号,并与预设的光信号阈值进行对比后调节接收模组(103)的位置。激光雷达整机组装时,只需要将多个收发组件(10)进行拼接即可,其装调过程简单快速,探测效果好,后期维护方便。
