The central shaft 142 is rotatably disposed in the shaft tube 12, and the central shaft 142 is disposed in the shaft hole of the at least one bearing 123. The permanent magnet 143 is disposed inside the motor case 141.
The stator assembly 13 includes a circuit board 15, and the circuit board 15 is disposed on the outer periphery of the shaft tube 12 and electrically connected to the coil 133 of the stator assembly 13. The circuit board 15 has at least one electronic component 151 and at least one grounding segment 152, and the at least one grounding segment 152 is disposed around the at least one electronic component 151. The at least one grounding segment 152 is a conductive segment, and in one embodiment, the at least one grounding segment 152 is a copper foil or other conductive material. The at least one grounding section 452 is disposed around the at least one electronic component 451 and the at least one coil 455. The at least one coil 455 is disposed on the first surface 453 of the circuit board 45, axially opposite to the permanent magnet 443. The at least one coil 455 may be wound and disposed on the first surface 453 of the circuit board 45, or the at least one coil 455 may be formed on the first surface 453 of the circuit board 45 by an electroforming or etching process, for example: and printing the coil. The at least one electronic component 451 can be disposed on the first surface 453 or the second surface 454 of the circuit board 45.
In one embodiment, the first side 453 and the second side 454 of the circuit board 45 are exposed out of the base 41, and the at least one grounding section 452 is disposed on the first side 453 and the second side 454 of the circuit board 45, that is, the first side 453 and the second side 454 have the at least one grounding section 452.
