Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a technical framework diagram of a hospital admission reservation system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The admission reservation system may include: the system comprises an admission preparation center application module, an application support module, a configuration support module and a service support module.
The admission preparation center application module may include: the system comprises a central business summarizing unit, a patient list unit, an admission application unit, a bed reservation and management unit, a medical reservation and management unit, a doctor's advice execution and management unit, a bed examination reservation-only unit, a whole-hospital bed use monitoring unit, an admission notification management unit, a patient visit guide picture unit, a lost patient management unit and an admission notification management unit.
The application support module may include: an outpatient doctor unit, an inpatient doctor unit, a Hospital Information System (HIS) unit, a ward nurse unit, and a medical skill unit.
Configuring the support module may include: and the configuration center is used for authority management, message management, user role management, adjustable parameter management and the like.
The service support module may include: and the core basic service is used for technical architecture management, safety management, load balancing, system expansion, service guarantee and the like.
The admission reservation system can realize requirement conversion, intellectualization and productization.
An example of a hospital admission reservation procedure is described below:
in the first step, after the outpatient is admitted to the patient, the outpatient is admitted to a pre-hospital examination application when the patient's in-hospital diagnosis is clear.
And secondly, the patient holds the visit card or the admission list and goes to an admission preparation center to handle admission application.
And thirdly, after a central operator of the admission preparation center transacts the admission application for the patient, reserving the bed.
And fourthly, reserving the patient with the pre-hospital examination before admission after the bed reservation is finished.
And fifthly, on the bed reservation day, the patient transacts formal admission registration, pays advance fund, reviews the pre-hospital advice and performs pre-hospital examination.
And sixthly, the patient enters the ward to handle the procedure after the examination before admission.
And seventhly, opening a tomorrow operation application according to an examination and inspection report before patient admission when the doctors in the ward visit.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a block diagram illustrating a configuration of a reservation device for admission according to an embodiment of the present application, where the reservation device 500 for admission may include: an obtaining module 501, configured to obtain admission application information of a patient; the hospital admission application information comprises bed reservation information, and the bed reservation information comprises a first department corresponding to the patient with the disease; the first appointment module 502 is configured to query, according to the bed appointment information, the bed information of the first department and a second department having a mapping relationship with the first department, and make an appointment for the admission time of the patient according to the bed information.
In the embodiment of the present application, after the admission application information of the patient is acquired, bed information of a second department having a mapping relationship with a first department may be queried in addition to bed information of the first department corresponding to a disease of the patient. Therefore, the range of bed reservation of the patient can be expanded, the waiting time before the patient is admitted can be reduced, and the occupied rate of the bed among departments can be more even.
Further, the first reservation module 502 is further configured to: inquiring whether the first department has an empty bed within a preset time period according to the bed reservation information; if the first department does not have an empty bed in a preset time period, inquiring whether the second department has an empty bed in a preset time period according to the bed reservation information; and if the second department has the empty bed position in a preset time period, reserving the date when the second department has the empty bed position as the admission time of the patient.
In this embodiment, when there is no empty bed in a certain period of time in a first department, in order to reduce the waiting time before patient admission, it may be queried whether there is an empty bed in a certain period of time in a second department having a mapping relationship with the first department. Thus, the probability that the patient can make an appointment to an empty bed is increased, and the waiting time before the patient is admitted is correspondingly reduced.
Further, the admission reservation device 500 further includes: and the second reservation module is used for reserving the date of the empty bed position existing in the first department as the admission time of the patient if the empty bed position exists in the first department within a preset time period.
In the embodiment of the application, when the first department has an empty bed in a certain time period, the date when the empty bed exists in the first department can be directly reserved as the admission time of the patient, so that the patient can be admitted as soon as possible.
Further, the bed reservation information further comprises information of an attending doctor corresponding to the patient; the first reservation module 502 is further configured to: when empty bed positions exist in the first department or the second department within a preset time period, reserving the date of the nearest empty bed position in the bed positions meeting a preset rule as the admission time of the patient; wherein, the main doctors of the bed according with the preset rule are matched with the information of the main doctors.
In the embodiment of the application, the bed closest to the region where the patient is received by the main doctor of the patient can be selected to make an appointment in the empty bed, so that the condition that a large amount of time and physical strength are wasted in the ward changing process during ward round or treatment of the doctor can be avoided, and the ward round or treatment efficiency of the doctor can be improved.
Further, the bed reservation information also comprises special nursing information; the first reservation module 502 is further configured to: judging whether the special nursing information represents that the patient needs special nursing; and if the special nursing information represents that the patient needs special nursing, inquiring whether the first department has an empty bed in a preset time period according to the bed reservation information.
In the embodiment of the application, there are some special diseases which need to be cared by a professional nurse, so for the part of patients needing special care, the bed needs to be reserved in the corresponding first department to ensure the normal operation or treatment.
Further, the admission application information further includes pre-admission check reservation information, and the admission reservation apparatus 500 further includes: the first determination module is used for determining examination information before admission according to the examination reservation information before admission and the admission time; wherein the examination information before admission comprises examination items required to be examined by the patient and idle time corresponding to the examination items; and the second determination module is used for determining the idle time of which the difference value with the admission time is less than a preset threshold value according to the check-before-admission information, and the idle time is used as the check-before-admission time.
In the embodiment of the application, the interval between the reserved check-up time before admission and the admission time can be smaller than the preset threshold value, so that the longer waiting time after the admission of the patient is avoided, and the bed position is wasted or the longer waiting time after the examination of the patient is avoided, so that the check result is inaccurate.
Further, the check-before-admission time and the admission time are the same day.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a block diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the electronic device 600 includes: at least one processor 601, at least one communication interface 602, at least one memory 603, and at least one communication bus 604. Wherein the communication bus 604 is used for implementing direct connection communication of these components, the communication interface 602 is used for communicating signaling or data with other node devices, and the memory 603 stores machine-readable instructions executable by the processor 601. When the electronic device 600 is in operation, the processor 601 communicates with the memory 603 via the communication bus 604, and the machine-readable instructions, when invoked by the processor 601, perform the admit reservation x method described above.
For example, the processor 601 of the embodiment of the present application may implement the following method by reading the computer program from the memory 603 through the communication bus 604 and executing the computer program: step S101: the hospital admission application information of the patient is acquired, the hospital admission application information comprises bed reservation information, and the bed reservation information comprises a first department corresponding to the patient with the disease. Step S102: and inquiring the bed information of the first department and the second department which has a mapping relation with the first department according to the bed reservation information, and reserving the admission time of the patient according to the bed information.
The processor 601 may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. The Processor 601 may be a general-purpose Processor, including a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), and the like; but also Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Field-Programmable Gate arrays (FPGAs) or other Programmable logic devices, discrete Gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components. Which may implement or perform the various methods, steps, and logic blocks disclosed in the embodiments of the present application. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
The Memory 603 may include, but is not limited to, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Read Only Memory (ROM), a Programmable Read Only Memory (PROM), an Erasable Read Only Memory (EPROM), an electrically Erasable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), and the like.
It will be appreciated that the configuration shown in FIG. 6 is merely illustrative and that electronic device 600 may include more or fewer components than shown in FIG. 6 or have a different configuration than shown in FIG. 6. The components shown in fig. 6 may be implemented in hardware, software, or a combination thereof. In this embodiment, the electronic device 600 may be, but is not limited to, an entity device such as a desktop, a laptop, a smart phone, an intelligent wearable device, and a vehicle-mounted device, and may also be a virtual device such as a virtual machine. In addition, the electronic device 600 is not necessarily a single device, but may also be a combination of multiple devices, such as a server cluster, and the like.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer program product comprising a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, the computer program comprising program instructions, which when executed by a computer, the computer is capable of performing the steps of the admission reservation method in the above embodiments, for example, including: acquiring admission application information of a patient; the hospital admission application information comprises bed reservation information, and the bed reservation information comprises a first department corresponding to the patient with the disease; and inquiring the bed information of the first department and a second department which has a mapping relation with the first department according to the bed reservation information, and reserving the admission time of the patient according to the bed information.
In the embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one logical division, and there may be other divisions when actually implemented, and for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection of devices or units through some communication interfaces, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
In addition, units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
Furthermore, the functional modules in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated together to form an independent part, or each module may exist separately, or two or more modules may be integrated to form an independent part.
In this document, relational terms such as first and second, and the like may be used solely to distinguish one entity or action from another entity or action without necessarily requiring or implying any actual such relationship or order between such entities or actions.

Claims (10)

1. A reservation method for admission, comprising:
acquiring admission application information of a patient; the hospital admission application information comprises bed reservation information, and the bed reservation information comprises a first department corresponding to the patient with the disease;
and inquiring the bed information of the first department and a second department which has a mapping relation with the first department according to the bed reservation information, and reserving the admission time of the patient according to the bed information.
2. The reservation method for admission according to claim 1, wherein the inquiring of the bed information of the first department and the second department having a mapping relationship with the first department according to the bed reservation information and the reservation of the admission time of the patient according to the bed information comprises:
inquiring whether the first department has an empty bed within a preset time period according to the bed reservation information;
if the first department does not have an empty bed in a preset time period, inquiring whether the second department has an empty bed in a preset time period according to the bed reservation information;
and if the second department has the empty bed position in a preset time period, reserving the date when the second department has the empty bed position as the admission time of the patient.
3. The reservation method for admission according to claim 2, wherein after said inquiring of the first department according to the bed reservation information whether there is an empty bed within a preset time period, the method further comprises:
and if the first department has an empty bed position in a preset time period, reserving the date of the empty bed position existing in the first department as the admission time of the patient.
4. The reservation method for admission according to claim 1, wherein the bed reservation information further includes information of an attending physician corresponding to the patient;
the inquiring of the bed information of the first department and the second department having a mapping relation with the first department according to the bed reservation information and the reservation of the admission time of the patient according to the bed information comprises:
when empty bed positions exist in the first department or the second department within a preset time period, reserving the date of the nearest empty bed position in the bed positions meeting a preset rule as the admission time of the patient; wherein, the main doctors of the bed according with the preset rule are matched with the information of the main doctors.
5. The reservation method for admission according to claim 1, wherein the bed reservation information further includes special care information;
the inquiring of the bed information of the first department and the second department having a mapping relation with the first department according to the bed reservation information and the reservation of the admission time of the patient according to the bed information comprises:
judging whether the special nursing information represents that the patient needs special nursing;
and if the special nursing information represents that the patient needs special nursing, inquiring whether the first department has an empty bed in a preset time period according to the bed reservation information.
6. The reservation method for admission according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the application information for admission further comprises pre-admission check reservation information, the method further comprising:
determining examination information before admission according to the examination appointment information before admission and the admission time; wherein the examination information before admission comprises examination items required to be examined by the patient and idle time corresponding to the examination items;
and determining the idle time with the difference value smaller than a preset threshold value with the hospitalization time according to the examination information before hospitalization, and taking the idle time as the examination time before hospitalization.
7. The reservation method for admission according to claim 6, wherein the check-before-admission time is the same day as the admission time.
8. A reservation device for admission, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the admission application information of the patient; the hospital admission application information comprises bed reservation information, and the bed reservation information comprises a first department corresponding to the patient with the disease;
the first reservation module is used for inquiring the bed information of the first department and a second department which has a mapping relation with the first department according to the bed reservation information and reserving the admission time of the patient according to the bed information.
9. An electronic device, comprising: a processor, a memory, and a bus;
the processor and the memory are communicated with each other through the bus;
the memory stores program instructions executable by the processor, the processor invoking the program instructions to perform the admit reservation method of any of claims 1-7.
10. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing computer instructions which, when executed by a computer, cause the computer to perform the hospital admission reservation method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
